A few years ago I was encouraged by Felix Quigley and Gil-White and others of the same mind, that Serbia falsely accused of genocide and other war crimes, to investigate the record. It took me a year and a half of study before I would embrace their position. More specifically I cam to the conclusion that there was no massacre in Srebrenica as alleged.
Now it appears that Bosnia wants to extradite from Israel an Israeli Serb for complicity.
Julia Goren, a young Jewish journalist, one of the best journalists around today, who did yeoman work on reporting the truth about Serbia in the lead-up to the bombing of Serbia by NATO, comments on the extradition hearings.
Will Israel Extradite a Citizen to a Show Trial in Muslim Bosnia?

The latter usually means his chances of avoiding extradition to a Bosnian show trial aren’t good. Political expediency has been the rule governing all world governments facing Bosnian-Muslim demands for war crimes extraditions, based on dubious howls of “genocide.” So dubious that laws have been enacted in Europe to enforce the belief that extrajudicial executions of Muslim soldiers are on par with the Holocaust.
And so the world’s political classes sit on their haunches to see if Jewish Israel passes the test and gives Muslim Bosnia what it wants. Or if, as the alternative is likely to be interpreted, Jews “still think they have the monopoly on genocide.” But if Srebrenica is the barometer, they certainly do, as will be laid out here. For now, the question is: Will Israel try to join the world club that will never have it, a club in which due process is due to all but Serbs?

It is a wicked crime against humanity to extradite this man.

Even if it were true 8000 is mass murder not genocide:

1944, apparently coined by Polish-born U.S. jurist Raphael Lemkin in his work “Axis Rule in Occupied Europe” [p.19], in reference to Nazi extermination of Jews, lit. “killing a tribe,” from Gk. genos “race, kind” (see genus) + -cide. The proper formation would be *genticide.

At least, 3,000 of them reached the Moslem lines and subsequently registered to vote in the Bosnian elections, so why would you think that the number you mention is not disputed???
Moreover, almost two decades of searching has not brought any mass graves containing ~8,000 bodies to light.

Approximatly 8,000 Bosnian boys amd young men disappeared from the face of this earth. That is a genocide and it is not being disputed. Even the Bosnian Serbs do not deny THAT FACT.
And exactly how many bosnian war crime perpetrators have been extradited to Israel for the role they played during the holocaust? Ever hear of the Handzar Division ?
