Democrats used every trick in the book to steal the election

NY Times best-selling author Kenneth R. Timmerman is the author of Deception: The Making of the YouTube Video Hillary and Obama blamed for Benghazi, and 10 other works of non-fiction. The Election Heist, a fictional account of the 2020 election, is his fourth published novel.

Even before Thursday’s stunning press conference by Trump campaign lawyers Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis, it had become clear the Democrats had used an “all of the above” strategy to steal the 2020 presidential election.

The tactics they used included old-fashioned ballot stuffing, pay-per-vote, ballot harvesting, dead voters, double-voting, illegal voting, and the intimidation of voting officials and volunteers who might otherwise blow the whistle on what they saw.
I go into all of these tactics, as well as the far more sinister scenario laid out by Sidney Powell, of a foreign-owned company hacking the electronic vote results, in my fictional account of the 2020 election, The Election Heist.

My book was published in August. It was finished last December. And yet, scene after scene, tactic after tactic, are now playing themselves out before our very eyes.

It would be easy for me to say, I predicted this. But in truth, the Democrats have been refining these vote-stealing tactics over decades; and in this election, they deployed them all.

Does anyone remember the old euphemism ascribed to Democrat Party activists, Vote Early and Vote Often? That actually happened this year if you believe sworn affidavits collected by the President’s legal team in Michigan and Pennsylvania from election workers who were told to log in voters showing up at the polls who had already voted as someone else.

In separate affidavits, election officials recounted that they personally witnessed batches of Biden ballots being run through vote tabulation machines again and again, so those same ballots would count twice or even three times.

How about the jokes from your favorite email chains? “My Republican Dad just voted Democrat for the first time ever. He’s been dead for 4 years.” In Nevada, Team Trump says they have identified over 3,000 votes cast by dead voters, and on Tuesday filed another lawsuit challenging the election results because officials failed to examine the signatures on mail ballots. Separately, it was discovered that a “non-partisan” Native American voters rights group in Nevada offered gas cards and other cash rewards to voters for casting their ballots.

My analysis of the Pennsylvania voter logs from the secretary of state’s office, found 1,531 mail-in ballots cast by voters born before November 3, 1920 – in other words, over 100 years old. And that is excluding voters assigned a birth date of Jan. 1, 1900 by registrars while awaiting for them to provide identification documents with their actual birth date.

How many of us went to bed on election night when Trump was leading in every swing state, in many cases by enormous margins, only to wake up the next morning to learn he had lost them all?

At 3 AM on November 4, Trump was winning Wisconsin by 4.1%, with 91% of the vote counted. He was winning Georgia by 2.6% with 93% of the vote counted, Michigan by 8.4% with 71% of the vote counted, and Pennsylvania by double-digits. By noon on Wednesday, he was behind in all of the swing states.

Yes, many of these states counted the mail-in ballots last, and Biden was heavily-favored to win those by 60% and possibly more. But in Democrat-controlled cities – Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta, and Philadelphia – vote-counting was called to a halt overnight, and when it resumed the next morning, hundreds of thousands of ballots seemed to have magically appeared, almost all of them for the former vice-president.

As attorney Sidney Powell explained, when the Trump vote on election night overwhelmed the Dominion/Smartmatic vote-switching algorithm, Democrats had to halt the count so they could “backfill” and make up the deficit by stuffing the ballot boxes with more old-fashioned methods.

In Atlanta, officials pretended they halted the vote count because of a burst water pipe at State Farm Arena, and sent Republican poll-watchers home. But a subsequent open records request to Fulton County proved that was a lie. Meanwhile, as if by miracle, hundreds of thousands of ballots were found in the dead of night – almost all of them for Biden.

Similar scenarios repeated themselves elsewhere, where Republican poll-watchers were prohibited from observing the vote count. As Rudy Giuliani said in the Thursday press conference, GOP poll-watchers were farther away from the counting tables than the witness in the film “My Cousin Vinnie” who couldn’t tell how many fingers a lawyer was holding up.

The situation was particularly egregious in Detroit and Philadelphia, where no Republican poll-watcher could observe or corroborate that mail-in ballot envelopes had been signed by actual voters.

As Giuliani said, once the ballots have been taken out of the enclosing envelopes, “they could have been Mickey Mouse. Or a dead voter. Or the same person voting thirty times.”

Of the 17,000 provisional ballots voted on election day in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Giuliani said that 15,000 of them were cast by voters who had already voted. This, he said, was “circumstantial evidence of fraud.”

Giuliani said the Trump team’s evidence showed “on purpose cheating. Intentional cheating. You’re cheating as an institution.”

Voters were allowed to vote in states requiring Voter ID without any ID check. Voters who had already voted by mail were allowed to vote in person. Ballots that were received after the cut-off date were back-dated and then mixed in with legal votes, the Trump lawyers claimed.

In Detroit, a truck arrived at 4 AM that poll-workers thought was bringing food. Instead, it was packed with “thousands and thousands” of ballots, some of them in garbage cans and paper bags “and all of them for Biden, with no down ticket races marked,” Giuliani said. The Trump team estimates somewhere between 60,000 and 100,000 Biden votes were brought in on that single truck.

In Georgia, I examined the official absentee voter files published by the secretary of state’s office and found 48,733 non-military voters who requested their ballots be sent to them OUTSIDE of Georgia. – more than three times Biden’s initial margin of victory. Was this because they were vacationing away from home during COVID? Or because they had moved out of the state and were double voting?

When I asked a county supervisor of elections if they had any means of verifying the legitimacy of these ballots, I was sent this reply: “No sir, we have no way to verify, only by the voters’ word.  As my daddy taught me growing up your word was good as gold, however my dad has been dead 29 years and today I hate to say it but to some people your word does not mean anything!”

Giuliani claimed the vote stealing tactics stemmed from “a common plan, a common scheme, and it comes from the Democrat party.” The plan explained why Biden didn’t feel like he had to engage in active campaigning.

And while I agree with that overall assessment, it’s hard to avoid the conclusion that the sheer breadth and scope of the election cheating, and the huge number of people who carried it out, show something even more sinister: a mindset among Democrat party activists that cheating is not just okay, it is virtuous, if it can defeat Donald Trump.

  1. Looks like plenty of “republican” legislators are also corrupt and refuse to enforce the rights the constitution give them to right the wrongs!
Is this the rino, never-trumpers and the old guard brainwashing still affecting the “legislators”?
    DOJ NOWHERE!
    FBI NOWWHERE!
Hopefully the Trump Adm has plan B

  2. The Republicans hold the majority in The US Senate and hold the US Executive Branch. Where is the outrage in the US Congress. When do the hearings start? When is the Supreme Court going to begin arguments?

I have not heard a peep from O’Connell or a roar from Ted Cruz….
Lot’s of smoke…perhaps even a few mirrors…but..where is the fire?
How about paneling a Grand Jury.
Is Biden really alive or is he a sophisticated robot. He fractured his bionic foot playing with his dog today, that confirms it.
