@Bear.
Thanks for the correction. But I am still against such a plan.. As I have often written or said, if we want them to go, don’t offer them a featherbed in Israel. So if you want them to emigrate, stop providing them with work permits in Israel and stop building economic zones in Area C. As for the “refugees” end their support in Gaza, Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem. UNRWA currently provides them with education, health care and social security.. Tell them to emigrate to Jordan where they will receive similar benefits. There are 2 million of them in these areas..
Also we must not extend our law to A, B, and C until Jordan has grated citizenship to all of them.. Mudar has agreed to do this.
Israel has no obligation to give a path to citizenship to citizens of other countries. Therefore , we wont be fuelling the claim of being an apartheid regime. Once they have Jordanian citizenship, they will be considered foreign residents in Israel. We have absolutely no obligation to give a path to citizenship to foreign residents.

Victory is the correct concept. In order to achieve actual victory one must destroy PA/PLO, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, etc and supporting terrorists.
1. Apply Israeli Civil Law to all of Area C, including the Jewish Towns and Jordan Valley.
State that Israel reserves the right to apply Israeli Civil Law to anywhere else in Judea/Samaria.
2. Build in all of Judea and.Samaria. Focus on E1, the Jordan Valley, Gush Etzion to start.
3. After destroying the terrorist groups. Take over and administer the Arab PA Cities and surrounding villages. Any villages or cities that turn violent will be closed off and workers will not be allowed to exit to work in Israel.
4. Form an NGO to buy Palestinian Properties in Jerusalem and elsewhere in Judea/Samaria starting with Area C in villages next to Jewish Towns. Resell these properties to Jews and recycle the money to buy more Arab owned properties.
5. Form a different NGO to help Arabs quickly move to other countries. Provide financial incentives to help them go. Make sure they receive their funds when it is confirmed they are leaving.
6. Residency for Arabs in new areas where Israeli Civil Law is applied shall only be possible after a vetting process which determines they are not a security risk.
They will need to demonstrate loyalty to the Jewish Democratic State of Israel.
This will require learning Hebrew; your children will be required to provide civil national service at age 18 to 20.
Arab residents will be required to inform on anyone planning terrorist acts including family members. This will be a condition of residency!

@Ted, David’s plan is different than Glick’s because it does have a path to citizenship but also a plan to eviction with an option leaving voluntarily.
I like my plan better where apply sovereignty to areas based on the population. It is staged starting with Jewish Areas. Later when you get populations to move out of chunks or complete areas of A & B you then apply sovereignty and not before.
@Bear
Thanks for posting. This plan is basically the same as Glick’s.
I am against “the path to loyal citizenship.”. We must not undermine our plans to promote emigration by, at the same time, offering citizenship for loyalty.
That is no protection against the agenda of the Arabs, loyal or otherwise.

With David Rubin’s plan or something similar as I have suggested, if Jordan ever gets ruled by a completely friendly democratic regime it could be helped economically by immigration by Arabs from Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem who would be spurring the Jordanian economy by building new neighbors or even a city or two in Jordan with money their pockets by selling their properties to Israelis or moving stipends from an Israeli NGO.
David Rubin (former Mayor of Shiloh) who speaks here is for a ONE STATE SOLUTION with Israeli sovereignty from the Jordan River to the Sea: Here is some of what he proposes. Which has some similarity to things I and others have suggested:
Peace for Peace”:
1. The entire land of Israel is the eternal sovereign inheritance of the Jewish people. Israeli sovereignty will be declared within the borders in Israel’s possession, which at this time consists of the territory from the Mediterranean Sea to the Jordan River.
2. Israel extends its hand in unconditional peace and cooperation, peace for peace, to all its Arab neighbors, including those who live within its borders.
3. A path to loyal citizenship in the State of Israel will be offered for all non-citizens of Israel living within its borders, including Judea and Samaria. Such a path will include an extensive 3-year course in Zionism, Jewish history, Bible, and civics, culminating in a required oath of loyalty to the Jewish State of Israel, and followed by a 3-year commitment of national service to Israel, as performed by other citizens.
4. Residents who refuse this path to citizenship will be offered a stipend to be resettled in one of the neighboring countries. The option of subsidized resettlement will be on the table for one year. After that point, a small number of non-citizens will be allowed to remain, based on Israel’s needs. The others will be deported. No rational, sovereign country would allow the continued residence of those who wish its destruction.
As has been revealed in recent demographic studies, Israel need not fear such a scenario. Given past experience in eastern Jerusalem, many Arab residents would reject the offer and Israel would nonetheless be putting an end to the nagging “apartheid state” accusations without imperiling Israel’s demographic future.
