Unfortunately, I have not been able to find David Martin’s presentation online. I’m not surprised considering the vast efforts to delegitimize and censor him, including online. I will keep on searching for it.

Dr. Martin has been very helpful in elucidating the history of the US bioweapons program.
Katherine Watt, at https://www.bailiwicknews.substack.com, has elucidated the legal architecture that has been put in place in US federal law since the 1960’s which has made it “legal” for the DoD to contract with pharmaceutical companies for military/medical countermeasures for use in a medical emergency. These countermeasures are by legal definition not drugs. The substances so designated as “military countermeasures” are not regulated by any regulatory agency in the US government, not by FDA or any other agency.
The vaccine manufacturers signed a contract with the DoD to deliver these military countermeasures because of a “medical emergency.” However, the pandemic was a fake pandemic because SARS COV2 was a virus that was no more lethal than the flu. The “case numbers” were widely inflated due to useless PCR tests which have now been shown to have had a rate of >95% false positive results. Those who died from COVID could have died from anything, but if they tested “positive” were considered to have died from COVID. Hundreds of thousands of people died needlessly because the US government refused to allow doctors to treat patients at home early with already FDA approved medications. And we are now learning that millions of people around the world have died from the so-called vaccines, which were extremely toxic.
What has confused many people, due to propaganda and PSYOPS, is the idea of a pandemic virus. It is important to note, as has Sasha Latypova, (duediligenceandart.substack.com), that there is no such thing as a virus that is simultaneously highly lethal and highly transmissible. There are viruses that are highly lethal, and viruses that are easily transmissible, but not both. If there were such a thing, man would have been gone long before now.
So while gain of function research is a serious problem, unethical, and not allowed under international bioweapons treaties, the virus they modified in a lab was not itself the bioweapon. The bioweapons were the vaccines cooked up in response to the pathogen.
The pathogen, a harmless bat coronavirus, was made more pathological to human airway epithelium, but even so, the virus was not the cause of the great damage to human beings in the fake pandemic. The agent of harm is as follows:
The US bioweapons program that has had accompanying legislation in place that has made it legal to commit genocide against the people of the US and other countries. These various acts of Congress and Presidential Executive Orders, up to and including the most recent PREP act, indemnify the government, and the contracting companies such as Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson for the use of biochemical weapons (vaccines) on the people.
It is thus illegal to sue the government or any government official for committing genocide with these poisons.
The legal architecture in place made it possible for hospitals to utilize NIH protocols decided by bureaucrats instead of doctors caring for patients during the fake pandemic. This led to many deaths because these protocols were extremely damaging. Attorneys for patients could not get patients transferred to other hospitals, and could not even get the hospitals to FEED the patients, because our entire government including local police can not go against government orders which hospitals had to follow or lose all government funds. Thus the agents of genocide were multiple. The virus was not then, the primary agent of genocide but everything else ordered by the government were agents of genocide.
