Tony Abbott, their leader will be Prime Minister. He is a very big friend of Israel and is not shy about saying so.

It is a good result
Thankfully, the Greens don’t hold the balance of power, but they do need the help of independents to get legislation through the Senate.
I hope Mr. Abbot remembers that a good friend is a friend in deed. We will watch this space and hope that it isn’t an empty one
