  1. The Left’s Unhinged Reaction to Justice in the Rittenhouse Trial Has Begun

“Squad” member and truth-challenged Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) has decided the whole Rittenhouse case — including the judge, jury, and Kyle — are proof of “white supremacy in action,” despite the fact that Kyle was charged in the shooting of three white men, one of which was throwing the N-word around.

    https://townhall.com/tipsheet/spencerbrown/2021/11/19/the-lefts-unhinged-reaction-to-justice-in-the-rittenhouse-trial-has-begun-n2599380?utm_source=thdailypm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=nl&bcid=3952281a779b94fec47b887264c9ca182a680085babd5824edc6aff9305e0a77&recip=19668080

  2. Only radicals leftists or ignorant fools think Rittenhouse verdict was not correct. Mayor of NY deBlassio is the perfect he example he thinks the verdict was disgustting.

One of the people he shot in testimony admitted that before he was shot once by Rittenhouse he fired a handgun at Rittenhouse. Prosecutor put the palm of his hand on his face when hearing this testimony. After this testimony it was very clear that Rittenhauser acted in self defense. Prosecutors, knowingly putting lying witnesses on the stand. They charged the now fully acquitted defendant before they even had gathered the facts. A former prosecutor I know said he would never have even charged in this case.

Chase a man with a gun and shoot at him you could just get hurt or killed. That is what happen here. Criminals in a riot took on a guy with a gun and lost! Justice!!

  3. What happened to Kyle Rittenhouse has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with politics and his excellent (and probably very expensive) attorneys.

His case reminds me of all those judicial slaps-on-the-wrist in the pre-Nazi Germany given to actual war (WWI) criminals, political assassins, etc. as long as they were of the “right kind”.

I find this development very disturbing.

  4. Rittenhouse not guilty. Just as I had interpreted the situation it was a case of self-defense.

Will the leftists riot now in Wisconsin and elsewhere?

  5. Politically charged trial. It appears at a quick glance this was a case of self-defense. Though the defendant did appear to be looking for trouble (not a crime in itself, even if stupid).

Rittenhouse faces charges including first-degree intentional homicide, which is Wisconsin’s murder count; attempted first-degree intentional homicide; first-degree reckless homicide and reckless endangering.

Rittenhouse was 17 when he and at least one friend said they traveled to the Wisconsin city of Kenosha from Illinois on Aug. 25, 2020, to protect local businesses and provide medical aid after two nights of unrest, with businesses being looted and set on fire.

He fatally shot Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, in an initial confrontation and just moments later fatally shot Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, 27.

Kyle Rittenhouse closing arguments: Prosecutors say he was ‘wannabe soldier’; defense says he was helping community when attacked by ‘mob’The prosecution painted Rittenhouse as a tourist vigilante from Illinois, armed with bad judgment and a rifle he couldn’t legally possess, looking for vengeance against anti-police rioters.

His defense attorneys said he was essentially a Kenoshan, driven by a youthful sense of patriotism to protect and defend his community, forced to kill two people and wound a third to save his own life.

  6. MICHAEL, I have solved the matter and thank you for your response. Oiut of respect, I naturally turned to you first, being (I think) a biochemist, and by “others” I knew that PELONI would feel it his duty to post also .

PELONI- I DO understand your response, and I have, in the long ago past been in touch with Ben Best. But the Canadian Cryonics Society never seemed to be very active. It is illegal in Canada as I understand.

Just a couple of years ago, a fledgling Cryonics Group in Vancouver (mostly in Burnaby) took the matter to court and got an admission from the govt. that the actual preparation for cryonic preservation was not contravening whatever section (I think Sec 14) which had been assumed by all for many years to be the barrier.
So preparation by a suitable and informed mortician is O.K. including jabs of Heparin and Sodium Citrate +CPR for 20 mins) the body is then packed with ice, especially around the head to bring the temp. rapidly down to -80 , and shipped off to a Cryonics facility in the US. The facility does the perfusion with EG 10% mixture, EG 32% mixture and the balance, about 70%, is VM1, and a couple of other items to counteract the toxicity you mention.

The reason I asked about it was because I have been a member of CI located in Clinton Township, a suburb of Detroit, since it’s inception, and long before with the Founder Robert Ettinger. with whom I often corresponded. . We were both enthusiastic SF readers, and actually read nearly all the same stories. He used to send me a newsletter, for some years before he started the Institute, of which I still have all the issues stored somewhere. You know how long ago that was.

I had seen and bought his book “The Prospect of Immortality” when it came out, and it intrigued me, causing me to write to him.

A fascinating subject indeed. I can say no more, but I believe, like Ettinger that some day, his prophecies will come to pass.

  7. @Edgar

This is a good bit outside my wheelhouse, but not entirely unfamiliar to me.

I have my own sources on this topic, but they all date back to 2006-8(a bit out of date but perhaps still relevant).

Vitrification is the process of rapidly cooling tissues and thereby creating a glass type structure in tissues without developing crystal formations associated with freezing water in the tissues. The rapid cooling of tissues are useful when transporting tissue samples or organ transplants. They also use this with in-vitro fertilization(IVF) and freezing sperm, as well as cryogenics. The lack of crystal formation during this process is critical because it affects the “ultra-structure” of the cells and the cell-to-cell structure to in tissues. The three-dimensional structure of cells and their related proteins are critical to a specific tissue’s functions. In biological systems, function always follows form and should the formation of the cellular structure be disrupted, the function will be deteriorated as a consequence. Vitrification is found in nature with some frogs and insects being able to withstand freezing upto nearly -90degrees celsius without recognizable injury – the catch being how can you recognize injury in frogs and insects.

As we discuss this further, think of it as if it you were adding antifreeze to the tissues to prevent crystal formation, because that is what they are doing, in part. Small crystal formation is tolerable to a point, but large crystal formations always create significant damage. The damage can actually occur more readily during the warming process than the freezing process, so it is important that both steps(cooling/warming) be addressed to prevent both crystal formation and the resulting cellular damage. Also, the damage from the cooling/warming process due to the crystal formation occurs largely at the cell membrane level, so it is important that the vitrification process also help limit the damage of the cell membranes in addition to preventing the crystal formations. The frogs/insects use glycerol and sugar to achieve this. In 2004-7, while working for Cryogenics Institute, Dr. Pichugin created what he called Cryogenics Institute Vitrification Mixture one which is shortened to CI-VM-1 or just VM-1. The VM-1 consists of 35% ethylene glycol** and 35% dimethyl sulfoxide based on weighted percentages. The VM-1 has toxic qualities so it requires a carrier solution to help limit the amount of VM-1 needed. The carrier solution used with VM-1 by Dr. Pichugin was called m?RPS?2 – a mixture of glucose, potassium chloride(KCl), hydrogen chloride (HCl), and TRIS buffer[used to maintain physiologic pH]). VM-1 with the m-RPS-2 carrier soulution was very successful they estimate that 80% of the cell structure was kept intact by this combination during the vitrification process. Sorry, it is a bit technical, but let me know if it is not clear.

**ethylene glycol is the chemical used in many antifreeze products.

Ben Best, the director of the Cryonics Society of Canada, has written extensively on the vitrification process and other related subjects on his website at
    https://www.benbest.com/cryonics/cryonics.html
His site seems not to have been updated in some time(15yrs it looks like) and there is a good bit of info for you to peruse on this and related topics, and most of it is not too deep in the science, though some of it is quite technically focused.

I have not found any reference to VM-3 online outside of a brief mention in the patent application for VM-1 back in 2005 which was never actually granted due to it being commercially employed for more than a yr before the application.

Also, I am not sure if Best is alive or available for contact, but you might contact him or the Cryonics Society of Canada(http://www.cryocdn.org/contact.html) for to see if they have more info on VM-3.

    Hope this helps.

  8. MICHAEL S. and OTHERS

Do you know anything about a purported chemical tissue preservative called VM1, and is it better or worse than VM3. Do you know what they contain or consist of.

  9. SHA ETS Is Temporarily Stayed; State Legal Developments Merit Attention

On November 6, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals granted an emergency motion to stay enforcement of the November 5, 2021 OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) pending further action. The brief order noted that “the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with [the ETS].” Additional briefing will occur during the week ending November 13.

The order does not specify whether its stay extends beyond the Fifth Circuit, but it enjoins the federal government from taking any action to enforce the ETS while it is in effect. As such, the stay’s practical effect is a nationwide pause.

The Fifth Circuit’s order is a temporary measure, ostensibly to keep the status quo in place pending the conclusion of the appeal. The Circuit Court’s briefing schedule suggests it intends to issue a final ruling presumably within a week or two at most. It is also possible that there will be a consolidation proceeding between the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation next week, as multiple parties have filed challenges to the ETS in multiple circuits. As such, the case may end up being transferred out of the Fifth Circuit before the court has a chance to issue a final ruling. Further, the federal government has the option of asking the US Supreme Court to dissolve this temporary stay..

  10. @Bear

Israel can NOT allow this take to take place.

I can not agree with you more.

Regarding your speculation that the setup is unlikely, I am not sure if your words here reference our previous conversation, but I suspect it does. For my part in that conversation, I never speculated that it was a setup and it hardly needed to be guessed that the topic would be raised again. The issue is not an obscure topic. Furthermore, following the botched Sept 1 statement by Lapid and the claims that Lapid had arranged to allow the Consulate after the budget was passed, there was a motive to have a strong statement prepped and ready at hand. I don’t think that this is a point of contention nor one of criticism. Lapid/Bennett are each politicians and politicians, as a point of routine, strategically prep their responses. Such matters are a point of necessity. When politicians don’t have a clear idea of what to say, they will sometimes badly describe their opposition to a significant topic with silly words such as

“We think it’s a bad idea and we’ve told America we think it’s a bad idea”.

or, at least, I hope that was the reason Lapid’s words lacked a sense of dogmatic opposition on Sept 1. Regardless, I am very glad either Lapid took the time to learn how to directly assert himself on this topic or someone else coached this stronger response. As you note above, this is not a point on which any weakness can be afforded.

  11. So the Question asked PM Bennett in the Press Conference the other day about the Consulate in English was asked by a CNN reporter. So if anyone who believes the question was a setup to have the government express its view about its objection to a Consulate for the Pals in Jerusalem, this is unlikely.

The Palestinian PM is making Israel’s point in which he says they want this consulate for them as they want to become the future Embassy of the US for a Palestinian State with Jerusalem as the capital.

Israel can NOT allow this take to take place. This would be an earthquake in Israel and would cause a major confrontation with the Biden Administration.

  12. Israel’s 2021 budget was passed in the Knesset on Thursday morning.
The 2021 budget was approved in the third reading in the Knesset plenum.

The current government could possibly be around for a full term now or at least 1.5 year more. However, now that the budget has passed we may see this diverse coalition start some serious infighting.

Even though Bennett will likely be willing to honor his commitment to the PM’s office over to Lapid in another 1.5 years I am not so sure all others in Yamina will do so but getting new elections after the budget passed will certainly not happen any time soon.

  13. @Bear. Bear I agree with you 100% that this is an appalling decision by Gantz. Gantz has for years been a supporter of of the program of the Institute for National Security Studies, run by peacenik academics from Tel Aviv University. Back in 2018, he gave speech to a meeting of the INSS in which he endorsed their program of a Palestinian state in Judea-Samaria and Gaza, the compulasary evacuation of the major settlement blocs, and a ban on any future Jewish settlements outside of the large settlement blocs. The iNSS even recommended no new Jewish construction at all, even in the settlement blocs, and even to allow for natural growth.” In effect the INSS plan called for the the gradual abandonment of most settlements and the handover of nearly all of Judea-Samaria, and possibly parts of Jerusalem, to the PLO. Gantz endorsed this plane in a “secret” speech to the INSS annual conference. But when his speech leaked out to the Israeli press (I think it was the Times of Israel that broke the story). But Gantz confirmed the jist of it in an interview that he held shortly afterwards, just after he announced his candidacy for prime minister.

This is why I have been opposed to Gantz having a role in the Israeli government from that time forward. And I still do.

At the time, the Jerusalem Post reported that he was negotiating with the Knesset members in the Arab bloc to explore the possibility of their joining a coalition government headed by himself. These negotiations fell through at the time. But this year he did join such a coalition with Arab knesset members, together with Bennet and Lapid. All of them were wrong to join such a coalition. But Gantz is one of the Jewish party leaders whose views are close to the that of the Arab ‘United List” on this issue, more so than Bennet and even Lapid.

Bennet and Shaked (although I still love her) were wrong to join such a coalition. They have allowed themselves to be held political hostage to both the pro-Arab Jewish leftists and the Hamsniks. Truly deplorable.

  14. Israel is doing things the USA and leftists do not like such as building in Judea & Samaria, declaring NGOs as terrorists because they are affiliated with or are fronts for known terrorists entities.

This is in spite of Meretz and Raam being in the coalition.

  15. PELONI..

I think that you have covered just about everything, for which I am grateful. You have mentioned items in sufficient detail that I had no idea about, but so clearly, that I don’t even need to look them up.

I am totally against the idea of testing right now, just as READER has advised. And I dread the thought of a taxi, from which I would surely be infected. The story about your aunt is a laugh, but she should have had a seat belt on…that is, if those Uber guys have them. I am being very careful, as I’m sure all our members are these days. When post is delivered, I bunch it with my feet and take hold of it with toilet paper, without touching the envelopes with my bare hands. I leave them for a few days to “cool” down. And after handling them, I wash immediately with alcohol mixed with soap and water.

I hope this is enough to keep me O.K. I see that Ivermectin is available in Nebraska, although the stupid govt. here would hold it at customs if I ordered it. And no doctor here would be allowed to prescribe it. I see that 46% of all PCR tests are wrong, and can give false positives. The Johns Hopkins report has repute. You are both ahead of the curve on that.

So today is about Day 10-11. so far so good. And thank you for your encouraging info.

  16. READER..

Thank you for the advice , which I think is good advice. I am staying isolated as usual, and my daughter got me an Oxymetre which I use about 3-4 times a day. She emails me every few hours just to make sure I’m O.K. My sense of smell is excellent and my Oxy is 98, pulse between 52-64. I always had a very slow pulse and when young, and very athletic in many sports, it would be about 44.

    So thank you again.

  17. @Edgar

If you feel fine, DO NOT TEST.

I think that would be asking for trouble.

It won’t do you any good, the PCR tests produce lots of false positives.

How do you know whether your daughter has COVID or a regular flu (which you do not want to have either) with a positive test?

You don’t want to be put into a corona ward or in a nursing home because of the test.

    That’s what I would do, anyway – I mean I wouldn’t test.

  18. @Edgar
Very good to hear you and your family are doing well. Just a bit of good news, 98% of the time, people will show signs before day 11.5 or they never will and most show signs by day 5.

The testing is very problematic, as you probably know. Positive tests don’t mean you are positive and negative tests don’t mean that you are negative. The level of false positive tests on people not exhibiting symptoms is ridiculously high and a so many people will test positive one day and negative the next – this has happened to my neighbor and his family several times. I know there are home tests available that are mailed off for results, but I am not sure of the situation on them in Canada currently or how you would obtain it. You were wise to be concerned about the use of a taxi which is also problematic as you noted, but it is not just the surfaces in the vehicle as the circulating air will carry the virus and concentrate it. The concentration occurs if the driver is infected, but if a previous passenger was infected, their infected particles may continuously be circulated in the vehicle. Also the circulating virus will easily walk through a mask itself or through one of the many openings around the edges.

Having stated all this, if you are intent to know if you will show a positive PCR, drive with a window open in the taxi, at least a crack if not more, to get non-AC circulating air. I would avoid touching what surfaces I could but washing your hands later will remedy any contaminants. Til then, do not touch your face, and make a particular note to not do so. Once you get back home, wash your hands with soap and water – the hand sanitizer is useful if you can’t wash with soap, but it is less useful in removing both live and dead virus from your hand and each will give a false positive PCR if they wind up in the nose or mouth, even if you don’t have a full infection. Also, before you go to the clinic, rinse your mouth and nose with antiseptic solution, Betadiene works well if you have it.

Driving while sitting on paper reminds me of a funny story. My cousin’s vehicle broke down and had to have her car towed, but they insisted she order an Uber to get to the mechanic. So she bought a newspaper and sat on it in the Uber and when the driver stepped sharply on the brake, she slid off the seat, LOL…I would have paid a lot to have seen this in person. In any case, I don’t think I would use the paper, but it is a thought.

Most of this, you will have likely already known about, but I thought I should mention what I thought would be relavent. Personally, I would probably not take the chance in the public Taxi just to gain the input from the testing which is terribly unreliable, especially since your are not ill, but that is just my own input. Hope some of this was helpful and hope to hear of your continued good health and your families continued improvement. Cheers.

  19. Just a little update on my posts of a few days ago, in which I mentioned that my daughter and family were recovering well, from what a test had shown to have been COVID.

Peloni very kindly included them inn his prayers, and again I thank him sincerely.

The day before my daughter felt “out-of-sorts” she had been with me, bringing some supplies. So at that time she was already contagious. She was excellently masked and gloved, but I was neither. So far, I have only had to wear a simple mask 3 times.

Tonight is the 9th day since my daughter’s visit, and I should have already shown signs of infection, being in the “older” category. However, so far Thank G-D, I feel perfectly well. I may go for a test to check my status, they have “drive-through” test stations here. However, how to get there is unclear, as my daughter can’t.

The way is likely by taxi, but I am damned sure that taximen don’t disinfect seats and handles after each passenger. So the taxi itself may be a reeking virus pit. My only solution is to make sure I sit on a large piece of paper, and wear gloves.

Any better suggestions would be appreciated.

  20. Syrians claim Israel twice claim Israel attacked Iranian militia inside Syria this week and militia and Syrian soldiers were wounded and killed. NO retaliatory missile fire was reported.

  21. Israel Green Pass System does include people who have recovered from Covid aside from those inoculated with the vaccination.

  22. Syrians claimed Israel planes coming from the South near Jordan/Iraq/Syrian border attacked an Iranian base near Homs.

No Syrian fire was reported at Israel.

  23. I mentioned this before, but it’s worth repeating: DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB OVER VACCINE MANDATES. Declare a religious or ethical exemption and when they fire you, bring a wrongful termination suit against your former employer and you will win. You can find the required paperwork on http://www.flemingmethod.com and on the site of American Front Line Doctors and on http://www.aapsonline.com(I think). DO NOT QUIT. They have no legal cause to fire anyone.

  24. ToreSays podcast follower filed a lawsuit in Arkansaw that they adapted from Tore’s lawsuit filed in Ohio based on mask usage.

Circuit Judge Xollie Duncan has ruled that only the governor or the Department of Health have authority to issue mask mandates or set quarantine rules. Travis Story, attorney for the plaintiffs, said no masks will be required in Bentonville schools tomorrow because of the judge’s temporary restraining order.

    From Tore:

FYI you guys know that our Arkansas Fam who sued over mask mandates won right?

YOU the people CAN do this.
YOU the people WILL do this .
YOU the people have ALL THE POWER.

    YOU DID THIS ???

  25. @Bear
This study was a retrospective study that simply looked at incidental findings of myocarditis. In truth myocarditis is very very difficult to diagnose. It requires a biopsy of the heart muscle or a special cardiac MRI called a CMR. Oftentimes myocarditis presents with no clinical signs at all. The period that this retrospective study examined was in the period prior to the revelation by those who were quite aware of myocarditis being associated with the genetic-vaccines. So no one was looking for it. In light of this fact, to suggest myocarditis was to be found associated with the genetic-vaccines would be a gutsy call by a doctor given the political uproar over the genetic-vaccines being so resoundingly declared as “safe”. Meanwhile other prospective studies have shown marked increases in myocarditis associated with the genetic-vaccines. Vaers has shown marked increases in myocarditis with nearly 7K cases documented associations(https://openvaers.com/covid-data) in tight temporal connection with the genetic-vaccines. The FDA has labeled the genetic-vaccines as being associated with causing myocarditis(https://www.cnbc.com/2021/06/26/fda-adds-warning-of-rare-heart-inflammation-to-pfizer-moderna-vaccines.html). This retrospecive study is nothing to hang any confidence on, which is likely why the Vaccine Committee wisely cautioned young men to limit any serious exercise following vaccination. They should pursue this with looking at some people currently being vaccinated as it is a very easy thing and would provide certainty, if this is what they wanted. The goal should be to support caution and prevent harm pending certain knowledge which we can gain, if that is what was desired. I can’t believe anyone could argue with this.

Myocarditis is a very dangerous and under-reported disease. If left undiagnosed and untreated early, myocarditis scars the heart, as heart cells don’t heal. They are replaced with scar tissue which is rigid and doesn’t contract. Additionally, scarred heart tissue acts as a poor conductor of the electical signal that is essential to keeping the heart beating – this is why myocarditis often causes sudden death without any notice. To use data which was gathered while no one was looking for suspected cases of myocarditis should not be used to support the theory that it isn’t occuring against the prospective studies, Vaers data and FDA rulings. This is a very serious matter that retrospective studies can only provide a positive test – ie, it would be significant if myocarditis was shown in high numbers, while having no records of something that no one is looking for, and for which would upset an established political dialogue, are very uncertain grounds upon which to declare a significant finding.

They should do the trial work. There is no excuse for relying on this type of study as being seriously conclusive of anything.

  26. Large Israeli study shows Pfzier vaccine is safe.

Israeli Study: Chance of Myocarditis After COVID-19 Vaccine Extremely Rare

The chance of contracting myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, after receiving a Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine is extremely rare, new Israeli research reveals.

Researchers at Beilinson Hospital and the Clalit Health Insurance Fund published on Wednesday the findings of a large-scale study that includes data from two and a half million vaccinated Israelis, which shows that the risk of myocarditis after receiving a Pfizer-developed vaccination is extremely rare and does not cause significant muscle damage in the short and medium-term.

The incidence of myocarditis is 2.13 cases per 100,000 vaccinated, with 98% of them having a mild to moderate disease without any impairment of heart function.

One person suffered from a serious illness that required hospitalization, after which he recovered. The rare side effect occurred more after the second vaccine dose, 69% more than after the first, in men more than in women, and more between the ages of 16 and 29.

Dr. Guy Whitberg, Cardiologist at Beilinson Hospital, said that “this study is the first to reliably assess the incidence of myocarditis, the main side effect that was found to be related to the corona vaccine.”

The study’s findings show that it is a relatively rare side effect even in the population group at the highest risk, young men.

Furthermore, the study findings show that “in the vast majority of cases, it is a mild disease with a benign course that does not significantly affect cardiac function in the short term and is not expected to affect patients’ health in the long term,” he noted.

Professor Ran Kornowski, director of the cardiology department at Beilinson Hospital, noted that these are “significant results and that researchers hope they will enable informed decisions about the enormous and proven benefit of the vaccine’s high efficacy, and the importance of preventing viral morbidity, relative to the side effect of myocarditis.”

  27. Files of the Nuremberg Trials published online
    Anna C.By Anna C.October 3, 20212 Mins Read

On the 75th anniversary of the Nuremberg trial of the major war criminals of World War II, Stanford University digitized the historical files of this trial and made them publicly available online.

From November 20, 1945, to October 1, 1946, leading representatives of the National Socialist regime had to answer before an international military tribunal. The 24 main defendants included Hermann Göring, Rudolf Hess, Joachim von Ribbentrop, Wilhelm Keitel and Karl Dönitz.

The documents were provided by the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington has digitized the documents. Stanford University made the files searchable using text recognition and divided them into types of documents such as charges, closing arguments, pardon, and witness lists.
Over 5000 files are now online
Indictment against Hermann GOERING et al., lodged with the International Military Tribunal, 6 October 1945

It took around 20 years to digitize 5,215 files: A total of about 270,000 individual pages or 50 terabytes of data. About two-thirds of the files are in German. The archive also contains restored audio recordings from Nuremberg that are 75 years old.

The collection can be viewed under the name “Taube Archive of the International Military Tribunal (IMT) at Nuremberg (1945-1946)“. Files such as the closing argument by Wilhelm Keitel, Field Marshal General of the High Command of the Wehrmacht, can now be viewed online without registration.

“We need to harness today’s technological capabilities to reach a much broader and a global audience.”
David Cohen, professor and director of the Chair of Human Rights and International Justice at Stanford

    Further publications planned

In addition to the trial files, the research group plans to add another 1,000 hours of audio and six hours of film material. They contain recordings of the legal proceedings against the 24 main defendants. These recordings should follow in mid-2022.

For the first time in history, the entire government of a country was charged and had to answer on the basis of its own documentation. Between 1945 and 1949 further trials took place before the International Military Court, twelve so-called Nuremberg follow-up trials, including against doctors, the Flick Group, IG Farben, generals from Southeast Europe, and the Wehrmacht High Command. The files of the follow-up processes are not yet included in the archive but are to be digitized in cooperation with the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and also put online.

  28. Excellent roundup and overview of the successful application of Ivermectin in Uddar Predesh in India – thank you!! Perhaps (?? Without doubt!!) had this been the prescription for Americans, our own death and hospitalization numbers would have been GREAT reduced!! Time to charge Mengele Fauci with “crimes against humanity!!” (He was equally guilty, from all that I’ve heard & read, during the HIV-Aids crisis a generation ago!!)

  29. As of 10/1 the followers of ToreSays podcast, and whistleblower for the Shadowgate documentaries, have filed writs of madamus challenging the vaccines, masks and mandates in 38 US states. Her anticipation is that since she has filings with more than half of the US states, way more, her case will be heard by the US SCOTUS.

  30. The followers of ToreSays podcast have now filed Writs of Mandamus in 24 states regarding coercive vaccine tactics. She is hoping to get all 26 states which have statutes or constitutional support for such cases to succeed and move on to the SCOTUS. Deadline before the first one to be heard is 10/1.

  31. @Bear
Does this change the budget passage? Won’t they need to change the budget? Serious question. I can’t say I am not disappointed, but I am not much surprised either. This was no accident either. Israel should look to her own needs as best she can. Step by step, Obama’s third term does not disappoint.

  32. US Broken Promise: Congress Shoot Down $1B Emergency Aid to Replenish Israel’s Iron Dome

Just a few hours before a scheduled vote on the American Budget Law, a group of progressive Democratic Congress members forced the House of Representatives to remove a clause that would have funded replenishment of Israel’s Iron Dome aerial defense system.

The withdrawal of the emergency aid clause – which would have paid for the replenishment of Israel’s Iron Dome aerial defense batteries and interceptor missiles — came after a group of Congress members announced they would not support the budget if the Iron Dome funding was included.

President Joe Biden had promised both former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and current Prime Minister Naftali Bennett that he would ensure the Iron Dome system was replenished with the Tamir interceptor missiles it needs to protect the country.

  33. Not sure if anyone is following what Tore, from the ShadowGate documentaries and ToreSays podcast, has been upto recently. She has filed a case in Ohio against the vaccines based on State Constitutional grounds. She has a following of about 2million people, and among these, she has followers who are copying her suit and filing in other states. It is now upto 9 or 10 states and they have grounds in 26 states based on language in the state constitutions and state legal codes. She uses her base to find lawyers and experts who helped her create a very strong case that is being pursued on many fronts. A good friend of mine read her filing and he thinks she has an open and shut case base on the Ohio State Constitution, but he added that the Ohio State Supreme Court is stacked against her and she will lose there, but that she will likely win in the SCOTUS, as it is a “very impressive argument based on clear language stated in the constitution”(his words). In any case, there are going to be 25 other filings in other states using her petition as a template, or they are hoping.

She also has a lawsuit on masks in her daughter’s school district that is also being copied around the country by her followers, though I don’t know if any or how many have been filed outside of her state of Ohio, but 5 others have filed in other school districts in Ohio.

This is what local organization can bring. Very impressive.

  34. Chris Christie delivered a semi-noteworthy speech at the Ronald Reagan Library late last week.

The former two-term governor of New Jersey has stayed in the public eye the past four years with podcast and television interviews, plus appearances most Sundays on ABC’s This Week, where he promotes himself and remains a critic of the Biden administration.

During his 40-minute lecture in Southern California, Christie made some headlines.

“We need to free ourselves from the quick sand of endless grievances,” he said early in his speech. “We need to face the realities of the 2020 election and learn, not hide from them. We need to discredit extremists in our midst. We need to renounce the conspiracy theorists and the truth-deniers, the ones who know better and the ones who are just plain nuts.

  36. The man who exposed Adolf Eichmann
After six decades, the name of the man who provided key details to the capture of Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann has been revealed.

After six decades of anonymity, it was revealed this week that Gerhard Klammer, a German geologist, provided key information that allowed Israeli spies to track down Adolf Eichmann, according to German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung.
Eichmann, one of the key organizers of the “Final Solution” that exterminated six million Jews and planned to exterminate more, was hanged in Israel on June 1, 1962 at midnight, at the age of 56.
Klammer’s identity remained a secret since the Mossad abducted Eichmann in 1960, but 32 years after he died, his family has chosen to release his name and role in bringing the war criminal to justice.
Gerhard Klammer opposed the Nazi regime and studied geology, philosophy and history in Germany. He emigrated to Argentina to find work, around the same time Eichmann arrived under a fake name, Ricardo Klement.
Both Eichmann and Klammer worked at the same construction company in Argentina. When the firm encountered financial difficulties, Klammer returned to Germany. The geologist made multiple attempts in the 1950s to make German and Argentine authorities aware of Eichmann’s location, but received no response. German authorities were aware Eichmann was hiding in South America, but made no effort to search for him.

Klammer told an ex-military priest about Eichmann, and he relayed the information to Fritz Bauer, a Jewish prosecutor searching for Eichmann.
On May 11, 1960, Eichmann was captured by the Israeli Mossad after Bauer handed over the information of his whereabouts. Disguised as a crew member of El Al, he was smuggled to Israel and charged with his crimes during the Holocaust.
Adolf Eichmann was brought to trial in 1961 in a Jerusalem court, protected by a glass booth, with 15 charges against him. The trial saw a total of 111 witnesses, including writers such as Elie Wiesel and Hannah Arendt.
On December 15, 1961, Eichmann was sentenced to death by hanging, convicted on all counts. His appeal on May 31, 1962, was denied, and he was hanged at Ramle prison close to Tel Aviv.

  37. I’m distressed at the article on QAnon where it states that Michael Flynn lied to the FBI. He didn’t lie to them, that has been proven over and over again. As for the QAnon bunk, Mike has always said that it’s garbage. He’s a friend, so I know whereof I speak. Please fix this article and eliminate the lie that Mike lied to the FBI

  38. Tore, the whistleblower who provided part of the intel behind the Shadowgate documentaries and the author of the ToreSays podcast, has launched a libel case against Dominion for mis-characterizating her Deposition that was cited in the Kracken case Powell brought in Michigan. She claims there has been some impropriety after she filed her case by the judicial officials. Before her case was tasked to a judge, the Clerk’s office is reputed by her to have contacted Dominion’s lawyer. She intends a host of people to be deposed in her case including FBI director Wray. The judge that was selected on the case has since called for a in-camera hearing out of public view. May be interesting, or perhaps just another punt by the judiciary.

  39. Another fascist idea:

Study: Personal point system for individuals may help nations reach carbon goals
Multinational group of researchers, including one Israeli, suggests time is ripe to enlist households — responsible for 40% of carbon emissions — in climate crisis fight
By Sue Surkes Today, 6:36 pm [08-17-21]

Tradeable personal carbon allowances could significantly cut global warming gas emissions and help nations to reach their zero carbon goals, according to research published Monday in Nature Sustainability.

Each adult citizen in a country would receive a standard carbon emissions “budget,” which would reduce over time in line with national targets.

Under one possible model, credits would be deducted for journeys in private cars and by plane, home and water heating and electricity use.

The individual’s use would be registered every time a car was filled with gas or a bill was paid to a utility.

Tools to help householders monitor their carbon emissions could include online applications, LED displays on electrical appliances showing how many units of carbon are being emitted, and tracking of behavioral choices combined with anti-carbon waste recommendations gathered via artificial intelligence and machine learning.

I can assure you, there is more of this stuff coming and it will be implemented.

Anyone feels yet like tearing his clothes, donning sackcloth, putting ashes on his head, and crying bitterly in mourning for the times which will be no more?
