no in Texas, the nation land in Texas is Big Bend National Park [where yamit82 is hiding in a cave in the Chisos Mts.]. The are surveying the Nations land in CO,MT, WY,NV NM etc. Also looking ” improper disposal” of dead animals.

I think the time is long overdue to get rid of a number of federal bureaucracies and let the states take on and pay for those kinds of publicly-funded activities. That is, if the taxpayers of Texas or similar states want their governments to use their tax dollars to pay for it.

But for the plains state in general, I would think that a more useful purpose for any funding would be to extend Amtrak passenger rail services.

Ask some of the folks who are kept waiting for hours to board aircraft while the TSA pretends to do their all but meaningless security checks. In any case, one nice thing about trains is that you never have to worry about them falling out of the sky and killing everybody aboard.

Absolutely not!!!! Disliked women lawyer, said their voice were to high pitched. life with my Dad was an education all in itself. he believed education was it’s own reward and not job training.

  4. @ honeybee:
And I judge a man, first of all, by whether or not he fights back against attackers; and secondly, by whether he floors them; and thirdly, by how much effort he expended to get the job done.

All I know I was NEVER allow to either speculate. At the dinner table we discussed politic etc and was made to prove every statement I uttered.

what epa and agricultural policies did he implement which raised beef to more than double?

More then one can count. Water, grass, dead animal disposal feed, open grazing. Did you know the govt employs drones to spy on cattle rancher to insure the are following the govt draconian laws.

  7. honeybee Said:

    6@ bernard ross:

If you want to blame someone, besides weather, to blame for high beef prices, look to Obama’s EPA and Ag. policies.

the chinese are buying a lot more beef but they haven’t yet got started… the demand of the chinese for american beef will put it out of the diet of ordinary americans. china and saudi are already buying up agriculture and water sources.
what epa and agricultural policies did he implement which raised beef to more than double? Wait till the majority of chinese can afford beef.

  8. honeybee Said:

    @ bernard ross:

Ol’Abe ,my Dad, is goin to come own from that Great Courtroom in the sky and give you such a knock on your head.

No, he will agree with me because the goals in a courtroom are different from those in the world…. thats a fact… truth is not the goal in a courtroom but rather a verdict reflecting admitted evidence. the process and law is more important than truth and facts….notice that in the life and death struggles involving military intelligence speculation is used to interpret facts.

  9. @ honeybee:
china is becoming a consumption economy which was the goal of those who shipped our economy there, using our consumption engine to build them. We wont have to worry about their imports as their prices will become too high for us. We will have to worry about competing with the rich chinese newly created who will buy up our beef and water making the prices too high for us… the elites will say it is necessary to pay back the debts which resulted from shipping out our jobs to china… either way the elites win and get richer.

  10. honeybee Said:

    @ bernard ross:

My Dad was a Litigator. //the first words I learn from him were, “Don’t Speculate”.

whereas military intelligence and survival depend on the good judgement of speculation on facts… two different criteria… one arrives at a verdict whether true or false and the other seeks to arrive at true facts from few facts, in order to plan survival and victory.

I find many of the article ear boringly laborious and ponderous to the max.

actually I dont… this site is primarily to do with israel… I try to post ancillary stuff in an existing article when there can be some connection surmised. I use chit chat for more extraneous posts.
I find this site to be the least censorious and the most facilitating of honest and open discussion. I have learned a great deal from others here as a result of our discussing articles here. Also, this site posts many atypical sources which is important in a world where the MSM is bought, paid for and unreliable. I would never be allowed to say or infer certain perspectives elsewhere as I do here. Because the news sources are so unreliable it is often only comparisons of different sources and discussions with others that one can see what MIGHT really be happening.

  13. State by State Polls will actually indicate who will win the election. It takes a lot of them and much closer to the actual election to know who will win. Since it is the electoral college votes that count. The national polls give a general indicator. Now it looks close.

I tend to trust Rasmussen Reports election surveys a lot more than the stuff run by the New York Times and CBS News.

In any case, we have about 5-1/2 months to come and go before the first Tuesday in November. And Trump looks increasingly “presidential” with each passing week, with him diligently scoping out vice presidential and US Supreme Court choices. Plus, the anti-Trump third party hopes of Romney, the Bushes, maybe the Koch brothers, and whomever, have fizzled out.

But most of all, Bernie and his supporters will not quit until the last vote is in at the convention, and he will continue badmouthing Hillary every day and in every way. I suspect the Democratic Party convention will be getting more attention from the news media than will the Republican Party convention. Because that’s where the heavy-duty news will be generated, while the GOP will come out relatively unified — no matter what has gone down during the primary election battles.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump’s polling numbers grow to double digits over Hillary’s numbers going into election day.

That the Chinese are taking over the World, or like a Silver Back Gorilla they are just pounding their chest to chase off competitors in order to avoid having to take action.

  19. China says it’s ready if US ‘stirs up any conflict’ in South China Sea

China’s attempts to claim a nearly 1.4-million-square-mile swathe of open ocean are without precedent and probably without legal merit, but Beijing continues to assert its right to the economically critical zone — and increasingly puts its claims in military terms.
    http://www.cnbc.com/2016/05/19/china-says-its-ready-if-us-stirs-up-any-conflict-in-south-china-sea.html

the so called free trader corps used the american consumption engine for more than 30 years to build china into an economic and increasingly military power house that is now threatening the globe and the US. Our money built and builds their military machine, thanks to the criminal corporations and elites who bribed congress and the presidents to give them all their wishes. And now due to those traitors we are all in deep doo doo.

LOL, good one… as I have always been called bernie. I am not for nationalizing everyone… only those who are trying to manipulate us with their money. I am not an ideologue….I am a self interested party. its not as if they care about me, so why should I care about them? Instead of repaying their opportunities got here they want to flood us with muslims and fire americans… therefore take what they got and put them in the gutter to beg. dont worry, no one will listen to me.
