To whatever level these claims of the CCP approaching a collapse are to be believed, it will draw the CCP ever closer towards military actions in an attempt to unify the nation behind them. It is a practice often employed by China to redirect their public’s attentions from thoughts of insurrection towards unifying thoughts of national support against their international opponents. With Obama’s third term commanding things in the US, this could be unfortunate on many levels.
