Brigitte Gabriel Raises Hell

By Ted Belman

I met Brigitte Gabriel about 8 years ago and we became friends. She created the movement ACT for America

Here she gives a rousing speech in which she lays into Americans for allowing the Muslims to take over their universities and public schools.

Here is the speech which she gave 5 years ago before the Heritage Institute. It was the beginning of her meteoric rise. A great speech.

  1. Most of the Muslims in the US left their country to escape poverty and or escape the fanatics in their country of origin. They did not come to the US with the intention to fight here when they did not fight there. The Muslim American masses are already blackmailed into silence by the extremists who are already challenging the US system. The American left and most liberal universities are getting petro$ to overcome the right. The left will realize at their own peril that the real enemy of the US is Islam. Most mass media are on the left.

  2. Ted,

Like Dr. Math above, I also prefer to see the print, but I can’t cite any academic scruples. I just like to have the words right in front of me, so I can quote them exactly. That said, I’ve seen enough in the intro for a comment, and that’s this: I’ve spent many years in universities, getting this degree and that, and I honestly didn’t see Moslems taking over the place. It may be simply that I went too long ago — I got my M.S. in 2005. As a grad student, I worked with three South Koreans, a man from P.R. China, a Polish woman, a Turkish woman, four Americans and a Frenchman that I can recall. As an undergrad, I worked with two Egyptian Moslems who asked me questions about the Bible, sincerely wanting to know what it said; and when I showed them the passage and explained it to them, they accepted the explanation. I worked with those fellows in the late 1970s, so of course, things have changed since.

“What is wrong with the picture” above, is that so many advanced science students in American universities were from overseas; and you may be amazed at the reason for it: It’s that the universities I went to really bent over backwards to get Americans interested in their science programs, but they couldn’t find enough, so they had to recruit foreigners!

Who should be blamed for the above? The Moslems? The Atheist professors? I’m a scientist, and I enjoy science. I don’t know what makes peoples’ minds tick that like other things. I can’t see why on earth someone would rather sit through boring Philosophy and Psychology classes to get an MBA, or read about endless court cases to get an LLD when he could be playing with chemicals and making things fizz and pop; but apparently, that’s where Americans are at. It takes all kinds to make a world, but apparently some of those kinds are absent in large numbers in America. Did the Moslems tell them to be that way? You tell me; I really don’t know, but I doubt it.

  3. I would like to read the transcript. I dislike listening to speeches. I am very worried that too many Americans do not know how to read, and instead read one word at a time. For these people, reading a transcript takes the same time as listening. I am a math professor, and constantly encourage my students to read without moving their lips. If we cannot read, thinking while we read, thinking of the objectives of the article and our reactions, but instead require listening, then we are an ignorant people and will suffer as bright salesmen sell snake oil to us.

Note that the article failed to mention a transcript.
