Bottom line: Arabs want Israel gone

Channel 1’s authentic report

By Itsik Saban, ISRAEL HAYOM

On Friday, most of the public likely watched the weekend edition broadcasts on privately owned Channels 2 and 10, getting their daily dose of reporting on how we, the Israelis, are living in fear, why we are to blame for the constant attempts to kill us and just how much the Palestinians hate us because, in the words of Joint Arab List MK Ahmad Tibi, we are the bad guys in the Middle East.

But those who watched the Israel Broadcasting Authority’s Channel 1 current affairs program, “Yoman,” were able to see what is really going on in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. An authentic report, presented by journalist Riad Ali, told the story that most clearly illustrates what has been going on here in recent decades and in recent weeks. In the broadcast, Ali went into a village in east Jerusalem and revealed the authentic opinions of Arabs who oppose our right to live in our homeland. We didn’t hear them complain about any violation of the status quo on the Temple Mount. Not a word about settlers. No complaints about sewage in the streets or ramshackle roads, and no claims of discrimination in anything related to environmental development — as the two private TV stations would have us believe.

There was only one crimson thread weaving through the comments again and again: We, the Israelis, have no right to live here. “No, I don’t believe so. They should go back to where they came from,” was the response from one Arab asked about whether there is room for the Jewish people in his country.

Mohammed Abu Oudah, a Fatah member integrated into Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ system, claimed that he and his family are originally from Al-Barriyya, a village that existed between Ramla and Lod. “I am a refugee here in this camp,” he told the reporter, “Of course we want to go back.” The yearning to remove us from our homes still fills the hearts of the elderly in Qalandiya, who bequeath their faded memories to the younger generations. “This land will be returned to us in a bloody [struggle],” a man named Hamza said. When asked what would happen if Israel agreed to return to the ’67 borders, he replied, “We will agree in principle, but the next generation will demand more.” We can only guess that if the reporter were to continue wandering through the Arab villages of east Jerusalem, he would find those dreaming to kill me and my family just to return to Tel Qatra, an ancient hill in northern Gedera — the town where I live — which until 1948 was home to the village of Qatra, conquered and destroyed in the War of Independence.

Yes, folks, this is the real story. The war is not about the 1967 lines, the story we’ve been sold by the private broadcasters and left-wing politicians who say that if only we concede “a tiny bit” more land, eternal peace will be upon us. The real war, as told by authentic Palestinian voices, is about the Jewish people’s historical right to our land.

All you need to do is listen to listen to the opinions in the Channel 1 report to understand for the millionth time just how disconnected from reality many others in the Israeli media are.

  1. When asked what would happen if Israel agreed to return to the ’67 borders, he replied, “We will agree in principle, but the next generation will demand more.”

any fool would know this except jewish delusional fools who keep vainly seeking peace partners that dont exist. Jewish fools cannot tell the difference between con artists trying to swindle them , because they cant kill them, and “peace partners”. Every third world nation is chock full of such swindlers and con artists but most just want the money.

    Arabs want Israel gone

and I want the arabs gone. the difference is that the arabs know what they want but cant get it done by killing and driving out the Jews whereas the Jews can kill or drive them out but not only dont know what they want they also misjudge lying swindlers for “peace partners”, taking their delusions for reality. A peace partner cannot be a leader or government, the peace partner must be the desire of the whole collective and that desire must be proven in fact.

I have come to the conclusion that there is no correlation between high IQ and sound judgment because the Jews apparently demonstrate a higher IQ but I have never known a collective with less sound judgement, and such a low ability to comprehend reality. the absurd discussions which take place in Israel and the diaspora regarding an obvious existential enemy, proven repeatedly, are beyond belief. I doubt that any peoples could be as ridiculously stupid in spite of a high IQ. I think that the world swindles the Jews because the Jews are ideal suckers.

  2. @ woolymammoth:

I do not believe that Peres is venally motivated.
He really believed that Yasser Arafat was a great man of peace.
And that lunacy is much scarier than greed.

  3. @ babushka:
“Peace process” patent holders are many, however one has a name, it is called; Shimon Peres. In order to keep the big lie alive and propagating in order to replace those who inevitably “lose the faith”, it is helpful to have as one of it’s proponent, a standard dreck player, sitting in a ceremonial chair, well, like The Israeli Presidency or The U.S. Presidency. Saves precious resources, which can be better utilized in direct funding of the not to be uttered agenda, at least, not in mixed company. Of course, that does not prevent the agenda being expressed in politically correct terms, well, like ” two states for two peoples”.

  4. Bottom line: Arabs want us gone

It is the only line that matters.
    Everything else is superfluous.
Sixty-seven years of arguing about everything except the one relevant consideration.
The Muslims want the Jews dead.
That inconvenient truth stops the topic right in its tracks, so it must be replaced by impassioned discussions over minutiae.
Let’s debate water rights! Or condemn Jewish carpenters!
Bottom Line: The Muslims insist on killing the Jews.
It is the fact that must be avoided, otherwise the lucrative Peace Process industry will experience a severe recession.

  5. The Oslo aggregate’s mantra is completely discredited. And so are the talking heads pumping that malarke.
The Arabs, mostly Muslims, wanted us destroyed from day one and nothing changed since.
We, in turn must reverse that plan and assure the removal of the PLO and derivatives as well as the removal of all traces of its adherents and leaders.
It is either us or them.
It must be us who triumph.
