As the days go by, what happened in the 2020 election becomes even more apparent.
Researchers now estimate that Joe Biden received over 255,000 extra votes in key swing states.
There appear to be over 250,000 “extra votes” for President Joe Biden in six key battleground states in the 2020 election, if not far more, according to a new analysis of ballot counts.
A peer-reviewed study for Public Choice by eminent gun expert John Lott Jr. challenges – or explains – former President Donald Trump’s margin of victory over former Vice President Biden in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
According to Lott, there were 255,000 excess votes and possibly as many as 368,000 for Biden in the key states mentioned in his report, on Public Choice’s website but yet to be approved for publication.
In making his report, Lott, who runs the Crime Prevention Research Center, did not intend to overturn the 2020 election. Instead, he said that voter identification, absentee voting, and provisional ballots need to be changed.
“The point of this work isn’t to contest the 2020 election, but to point out that we have a real problem that needs to be dealt with. Americans must have confidence in future elections,” he stressed.
During Lott’s study, he looked at voter registration rolls, actual in-person voter counts, absentee ballots, and provisional ballots in counties where fraud has been reported. According to him, these numbers should be similar in neighboring counties.
Significant differences were found, raising concerns about fraud.
There were unexplained votes, enormous differences in absentee voting, bloated voter lists, and felons voting illegally, among other things.
“In Fulton County, Georgia, 2,423 voters were not listed on the state’s records as registered, and 2,560 felons voted even though they had not completed their sentences,” Lott wrote in his report.
He asserted, “The voter turnout rate data provide stronger evidence of significant excess Biden votes in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The estimates imply that the counties wherein vote fraud was alleged returned between 142,000 and 368,000 excess Biden votes. While the findings reported here are dramatic, they may be underestimates because the voter turnout estimates do not account for ballots cast for the opposing candidate that are lost, destroyed, or replaced with ballots filled out for the other candidate. While it would involve a lot more work, it would be possible to apply the precinct level tests to compare turnout rates in adjacent precincts across all the counties where fraud was alleged.”
Those findings are likely to fuel Trump supporters’ concerns that an election they thought they had won flipped for the opposition after midnight.
A majority of voters (52% to 40%) believe that “cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election.” That’s according to Rasmussen Reports’ survey this month. This contrasts strongly with the numerous news headlines advocating “no evidence of voter fraud” and “the myth of voter fraud.”
It’s not just Republicans who believe that this cheating took place. Among Democrats, 34% believe it, as do 38% of those who seem to support President Biden in some way. This view is shared by a majority of Americans: men, women, all age groups, whites, people of all races, Republicans, people of all political leanings, all job categories, all income groups except those making over $200,000 per year, and all educational groups except graduate students.
Challenges to the 2020 presidential vote have generally been rejected by courts because there is little evidence to suggest that any fraud would have changed the outcome. Since Republican plaintiffs were unable to observe vote counts or to see other evidence, they insisted they couldn’t provide proof without investigations under subpoena power. Despite that, some judges agreed that irregularities occurred in 2020, but they were unwilling to grant discovery because there was no evidence that fraud would reverse the outcome. Republicans were thus in an impossible position.
Due to the fact that recounts simply involve recounting the same presumably fraudulent ballots, they have not proven to be useful in resolving fraud concerns.
Election workers must check signatures in as little as five seconds, making signature verification far from perfect. Numerous states didn’t even attempt to verify signatures during the 2020 elections due to unprecedented numbers of mail-in ballots. There was not much that could be done if someone submitted multiple ballots. With no tamper-resistant photo ID, fraud is less likely to be proven. A person cannot be caught unless he or she votes multiple times at the same precinct.
Trump spoke at CPAC last month, hinting at a 2024 run, and saying Republicans would recapture the legislature this year.
“The socialists, globalists, Marxists, and communists who are attacking our civilization have no idea of the sleeping giant they have awoken,” Trump said at the time.
“But they’re going to find out the hard way, starting on Nov. 8, and then again, even more so in November 2024, they will find out like never before. We did it twice and we’ll do it again. We’re going to be doing it again a third time.”
“The radical Left has tried to replace American democracy with woke tyranny,” Trump declared. “Our mission in 2022 and in 2024 is to take on this radical and power-hungry ruling class and to deliver them an electoral defeat.”
