Both Hamas and Fatah are Iranian proxies, and the plan is to have Fatah “oversee” Gaza to have an excuse for a two-part “Palestinian” state on both sides of Israel.

They are training the public to use this term, the same way everyone was taught to use the term “Palestinians” to refer to the Arabs living in Israel, Judea and Samaria, and Gaza.
There is a big push for the two-state final solution (following the Gaza psyop) and this is the ma marketing campaign for it leading to the new piece-for-peace process..
What is all this stuff about “Palestine”??? There is no such country. There are Palestinians, I suppose, who are really only Arabs living in the territory of the former British Palestine Mandate, but there is no Palestine. There is no unified Palestinian government, and there is no defined territory. There is Gaza, controled by Hamas, and there is Area A in Samaria, controlled by the PA/PLO/Fatah with probably majority support for Hamas.
