Bachmann Says US Jews are Selling Out Israel

Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann says Jewish organizations prefer Obama’s future over Israel’s.

By Gil Ronen

bachman625Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann Bachmann has accused American Jews of having “sold out Israel” by voting for President Obama in 2008 and 2012.

“The Jewish community gave him their votes, their support, their financial support,” Bachmann told Tony Perkins on the Family Research Center’s radio channel, “and as recently as last week, 48 Jewish donors who are big contributors to the president wrote a letter…to the Democrat [sic] senators in the U.S. Senate to tell them to not advance sanctions against Iran.”

“This is clearly against Israel’s best interest,” Bachmann continued, “and what has been shocking has been seeing and observing Jewish organizations who it appears have made it their priority to support the political priority and the political ambitions of the president over the best interests of Israel.”

“They sold out Israel,” she concluded.

Slate.com says that Bachmann also described to Perkins her conviction that End Times, as predicted in the Bible, were coming. As proof, she pointed to Obama’s “threatening” of the Jewish state:

“The nations of the world will come against Israel and the scripture very specifically says all nations,” Bachmann said. “[F]or the United States, we don’t have that experience until recently under President Obama with the United States not standing with Israel.”

Seventy percent of Jewish American voters picked President Barack Obama when he ran for reelection in 2012.

Sugar Darlin, you have sense of humor, thanks for the best laugh this morning. Fortunately nature has not equipped me with a member “to whip out”, unless your talking about my tongue.

  2. @ honeybee:

    “obfuscating again?”

“Not at all. I don’t obfuscate.”

“Never met a man or child who didn’t.”

“Evidently, then, we haven’t met. How do you do? — My name is dweller.”

“So glad to meet you Darlin, now I can call you a obfuscator .”

“Not unless you can find something ‘obfuscatory’ about my introduction.”

    “You so full of it.”

Full of mirth & merriment, that is.

And so tightly packed with same, there simply isn’t room for ‘obfuscation’ (let alone, time for it).

Still, if you think you SEE some ‘obfuscation’ jiggling around in here, then by all means, please DO identify it

    — whip it out, drop it on the table, and let’s have us a look-see.

“Thank you oh thank for correcting me, so nice to have a man who known so much about household products.”

The Swiffer has been around (in CA, anyway) for 25 yrs or more. Hard not to notice after all that time.

I remember the Bissell too (or was that before your time?).

Evidently, then, we haven’t met. How do you do? — My name is dweller.”

“That was HB’s question to me which I didn’t block or ans. Why would I say such a thing?”

It was an error, Yamit; obviously I meant the remark for HB. I was hurrying at the moment; it was closing time, 9pm [PT] on a Sunday nite, & they were shooing us outa the place. I clicked on the wrong reply box.

    — Haste always introduces an element of error; it happens. (Astonishes me that it doesn’t happen more.)

“Why would you answer me with a reply 100% wrong?”

The reply WASN’T “100% wrong.” One detail was wrong, and I freely acknowledge it (below).

“Sounds like the Arab shoukh in the Old City.”

“No big deal but when you really don’t know keep it to yourself.”

But I really DO know. Been there many times.

“The Shuk is in the Heart of Downtown Jerusalem not the old city”

Yes, quite so; that was the one erroneous detail in what I wrote.

    — There was no time to correct it; the lights were going down & they were setting the motion alarms, etc. Hadda go.

  7. @ yamit82:

“I could rephrase it with the addition of Can you ‘Define Jewishness and then how you think it applies to you’? Is that better?”

Actually didn’t realize that was your question till I was almost finished with my post. And even THEN, I had only an inkling that this might be where you were headed.

    “Chicken.”

Right, chicken. . . . Yamit, there truly isn’t a thing about you — or about anything you say, or suggest — that scares me personally.

    — But a great deal about you that gives me ENORMOUS anxiety — and fright, even — for the Jewish people.

“Not asking for silly hints just a plain ans.”

Wasn’t offering the remark [above] as a ‘hint,’ but I realized AFTERWARD that I’d actually given you one in asking you to apply your ‘question’ to Avram.

“Suppose YOU define Jewishness, and then tell us how it applied to Avram.”

“Abraham was not a Jew!!! “

Then that’s the difference between us (or one of them anyway).

I say he was INDEED a Jew.

“Maybe a good Nohahide but not a Jew.”

A Noachide up until the moment that “the Lord said to Avram, go forth from your land…”

    — and by way of response, “Avram went…” From that point forward, he was a Jew.

He believed the promises of the Most High. Submitted himself willingly to each direct command. He was the very first Jew.

Else, why was the Temple built on Mt Moriah, of all places?

Why not on Mt Sinai? — or, for that matter, on any of a dozen other sites? — why Mt Moriah, specifically, hmm?

    — Why there? How come?

Avraham was a Jew all right, and the true template for all those to come.

Where does Avraham get the resolve to travel 3 days alone in the middle of nowhere with his son — the very joy of his life — knowing all that time that at the end of the journey “to the land of Moriah,” he’s going to slit his throat?

Sarah wasn’t in on it. He couldn’t lean on her for solice & support. There’s no evidence that she had any clue as to what was in the works. It was just Avraham & Hashem. . . . for some 72 hours.

I mean, it’s one thing to make a decision, grit your teeth, strike — and be DONE with it.

    — But to live with that decision, to live ALONE with it, for three days BEFORE carrying it out — where do you get the kind of unshakable certainty which says that howsoever horrific the Command may appear, that its fulfillment will be somehow for the best? — where’s that kind of faith come from?

It sure-as-blazes didn’t come from any printed page — any more than it came from the comfort of friends, family, or community.

It came from the same place that the Command itself came from.

That’s what it means to be a Jew.

    — And anybody who tells you otherwise is fullovit, right up to his eyeballs.

    DUZZAT answer your “question”?

You are mistaken. Ball is NOT in my court; it never left YOURS.

If you want me to define “Jewishness,” you must understand that it was YOU who chose the word; you introduced it into the exchange. Therefore, if you sense a difference of understandings between us, then it is YOU who must define it.

As it is, I’ve given you a clue to my OWN understanding of the term, in that I’ve placed the focus on AVRAM — the very template, if there can be one, for the concept.

    Still awaiting your reply.

There is a member of the Pincuros Pueblo that sell at Indian Market named Rael. I introduced myself as a tribal member, he said what tribe I said Judah. We had a good laugh.

  32. @ honeybee:
Hi, HB the Spanish word you just acquired is slang word. It would be recognized in some Spanish speaking countries but not in others. For example even in Spain certain slang words from the northwest are not used in the east or central provinces. SHmuel HaLevi 2 has given you very a very good word to use because he has included meanings and definitions. CA only makes a correction with another big mistake. He tries to correct you with incorrect sentences or phrases. He must learn how to make a correct sentence. Learn the language before correcting anyone.
He tells you to be careful with your pronouns when pronouns had nothing to do with the mistake. Please do not take advise from CA about Spanish. He is a pretentious idiot. He goes to the internet trying to correct something and, because his lack of knowledge comes back with another error. For example, when you are translating a word you look for another word which will not change the intended meaning.
Whilst the word simpatico or simpatica for a female in Spanish means somebody cheerful, pleasant, generally nice in appearance and manner. Sympathy in English means to share another person emotions, opinion or feeling sorry for someone’s situation or loss. Although there are similarities in spelling its meaning is different. HB, do not accept the Spanish of the biggest fraud this forum has ever known. yamit82 has real knowledge. For someone like him going in the internet allows him to see what is right and what is only someone’s opinion. It gives him the capacity to choose.
For example, the communists have been very successful over the year at disinformation. It has often been mentioned in this forum about how a lie repeated a hundred times becomes true. Not because it is really true but because many people unknowingly comes to believe the lie is true. The arabs are following the reds and keep saying Israel is occupying their lands when in fact “they” are the occupiers.
This is just one example. Someone like CA goes to the net and looks at differing points of view, interprets them according to his understanding of the matter which might or might not be accurate and, comes to this forum full of “hot air” to challenge and antagonize the other participants. The “peacock” arrives thinking he has all the knowledge in the world with the attitude of someone knowledgeable to show off.
Knowledge takes years scholarship and hard work. Experiences lived and serious in depth studies = yamit82. He is exceptional. Reason why he has the knowledge to go to texts only an scholar would know it exist and where to find them. Can anyone here picture yamit82 as head of a University Department teaching with cap and gown, lecturing his students? Well no cap and gown but perhaps jeans and a nice t-shirt or shirt. There are several people in this forum who are very good in their fields BR is very analytical and any lawyer who has to oppose him, I wish him luck. I might disagree with him but he is very clever and wonderful in his field. There is AH who at times I would like to call him General Patton. He takes no prisoners. Dove very sweet and insightful but also can be a charitable and forgiving person. rongrand, and so many others. dweller I enjoy his heated discussions with yamit82. dweller is also a scholar. He is witty and knowledgeable. He is real not pretentious.
I have been very busy nowadays. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be able to have some time. HB,I do not promise but, I’ll try to get you a book about very basic Spanish grammar. Do not listen to someone who is trying to impress. He does not know Spanish. He wants to be admired but he is a self centered pompous ass.
In fact, I cannot remember all the participants but the common denominator is most are very real people who love Israel and are proud their own Jewishness. A person who is sincere you can always tell. dweller debates like a Jew. Are you sure you are not Jewish? Humm..
If someone with some expertise in the Synoptic Gospels debates you I think you will end up converting.
to Shmuel, forgive me I enjoy your comments but I’ll call you Samuel because I can’t remember your name the way you write it.
So many intelligent and honest people; regular participants contributors to ideas and then.
Well, I’m going to say it in Spanish even if it is vulgar.
CURIOUS AMERICAN you are “UNA MOSCA COJONERA” = the kind of fly you can observe around the rear end of a bull or cow. Reason for them to be constantly moving their tails. Go and learn the Spanish language before correcting others. Honey bee does not need the respect of a fraud. Many in this forum do not respect you. Most of us if not all respect honeybee. She is sincere and intelligent.
Just like CA the MOSCA COJONERA go where nobody wants them. By the way, all over Spain it would mean the same.
To end, Samuel, in the NOrtheast of Spain. Chupa lamparas is someone who likes to take advantage of others or take advantage of a situation for his own gain. So long. Keep on praying. Help will come in unespected ways.

  33. @ honeybee:
I certainly concede that a vast number of Jews and half Jews in the US are worthy human beings, regrettably they allow “chupas” to represent them and the later project upon them an ugly shadow. You know that in our family there are branches that hail from mixed marriages with Native Americans of the South. Two of them live in Israel and we are very close. Further. Many half breeds are amply more solid part of our people than 100% Jews.
I say good idea not to use that word at the flee market. :0)

  34. SHmuel HaLevi 2 Said:

    Chupas

Thank you for another Spanish word to avoid while at the Flea Market! But please don’t paint all American Jews and half breed Jews with the same brush. I have discovered the South Americans ,from CA’s comments about my poor Spanish, are not as gracious a people as Mexicans. Perhaps it is that Mexicans are Indians.

  35. @ rongrand:
In Spanish there a word fitting those folk lifestyle. “Chupas”… I prefer not to translate. Disgusting sleaze, untrustworthy, cowards, treacherous and those being their best attributes. If anyone ever incorporates those renegades into their social structures, they will soon find out that the said “chupas” will betray them as well.

  36. @ SHmuel HaLevi 2:

Again, I have stated many time here regarding the number of Jewish democratic strangest defending and supporting Ovomit on FOX News.

    Are they for real?

Ovomit embraces Islam, has no love for Israel.

  37. “Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann says Jewish organizations prefer Obama’s future over Israel’s. Bachmann has accused American Jews of having ‘sold out Israel’ by voting for President Obama in 2008 and 2012. ‘The Jewish community gave him their votes, their support, their financial support,’ Bachmann told Tony Perkins on the Family Research Center’s radio channel, ‘and as recently as last week, 48 Jewish donors who are big contributors to the president wrote a letter…to the Democrat senators in the U.S. Senate to tell them to not advance sanctions against Iran’.”

    Tell it, lady.

The roots of betrayal are always to be found first in one’s own household.

  38. Well, now we know it. The unJewish renegades have been doing that since before WWII.
Should I have decision making responsibility I would refuse visas and pursue those identified as leaders of the sell out. They are not brothers, they are mortal enemies.
They intentionally prevented hundreds of thousands of Jews to find safety in the US during WWII. The ones “serving” in the present administration must be blocked… all of them.
