Update on Arizona election fraud & Arizona AG Brnovich’s investigation. He just filed an interim report to the Arizona Senate:
AG BRNOVICH: “I just dropped off our initial review of the 2020 election audit to President Fann. We can report that there are problematic system-wide issues that relate to early ballot handling and verification.”
AG Brnovich confirmed that MANY violations happened in Arizona during the 2020 election.
AG Brnovich says 100,000 to 200,000 ballots in Maricopa County broke chain of custody in an election called by 10,457 votes – and 20% of drop box ballots were missing critical information on transfer forms, like HOW MANY ballots were picked up.
Will members of the Arizona Congress call for decertification? I don’t know – but Brnovich just removed their “cover.” They can no longer claim there were no irregularities and illegalities. They have no excuses to hide behind now.

SETH KESHEL: I’ve read the Brnovich letter. Here are my observations.
1) Much like Robin Vos, Brnovich is presented with so much evidence that he has to publicly acknowledge a fraudulent election riddled with errors. And yes, despite having plenty of problems and taking forever, the Maricopa Audit did indeed confirm a fraudulent, uncertifiable election (it was NOT a recount, and of course they would have all the ballots and the tallies would match up – there were 5 months to ensure that after the election and before the start of the audit).
2) The most railed upon methods of fraud are mail-ballots with signature match (cast by fake voters), early voting chain of custody documentation, and drop boxes.
3) Katie Hobbs clearly violated state law in accepting all of the money used to corrupt the election. Fontes, the former recorder, is also an honorable mention. Seems to me that they MAY become sacrificial lambs in this (we throw you guys under the bus, it makes headlines, fraudulent election gets a hand slap and “let’s move on to 2022.”)
4) Several cases are made directly that would be solved by implementation of the 10 Points – clean voter rolls, restricted mail in and early voting, smaller precincts, PRISON time.
5) Reading Brnovich – my personal take is that there will be action to roll up some folks, hopefully Hobbs and Fontes, at minimum. It would also be just to roll up the Maricopa Board that has (as recognized in the letter) hamstrung the investigations wholeheartedly.
6) I believe he will take action on those corrupt folks, and that we may see some of the needed changes for future elections, but pages 10-12 of his letter sound like a pat on his own back and a “we’ve done all we can, unfortunately.” He’s trying to look good for DJT and the Senate seat, and I hope he proves me wrong.
7) The legislature needs to find its collective balls and do something unprecedented, or Arizona will become a vassal territory of California in the next four years.
17 months in, and the fire burns hotter than ever. Brno-gate only threw fuel on the movement.
While there is justifiable frustration over lack of decertification, did yesterday’s events put the election integrity movement to bed, or keep it going? You know the answer.
State officials in WI and AZ have now been forced, due to massive evidence, that their states ran illegitimate elections. No one has quit on PA, MI, GA, or NV either. These all combined are worth 79 electoral votes for Trump.

KAREN FANN: “The AG’s findings of failures, fraud, and potential misconduct during the 2020 election in Maricopa County are not surprising, given the lack of compliance and cooperation Maricopa County elections officials displayed from the start.”

Remember that Maricopa County (Phoenix Arizona) – one of the most corrupt counties in America – hired a “special master” to review the election – who said everything was just fine. He lied. AG Brnovich just proved he lied.
Arizona Senator Warren Peterson said it’s NOT over.
Update on Jack Maxey – who has Hunter’s laptop and fled to Switzerland to decipher it – amid death threats from Team Biden.
Jack Maxey gave the Daily Mail a copy of the hard drive from Hunter’s abandoned laptop in the spring of 2021. He also gave copies and material from it to the Washington Post, Sky News, the New York Times, and Senator Chuck Grassley in his role as ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee—but he claims they all sat on it for months.
For the past two weeks, Maxey has been in hiding in Zurich, working with IT experts to dig out more data from the ‘laptop from hell’.
Maxey, a former co-host of Steve Bannon’s podcast the War Room, claims he and his colleagues have found “450 gigabytes of deleted material” including 80,000 images and videos and more than 120,000 archived emails.
He said he intends to post them all online in a searchable database in the coming weeks. Bannon says that Maxey is the real deal.

Patrick Byrne describes Brnovich’s report as an attempt to temporize the situation while punting on doing more than this interim report til the August primary after which he will not pursue any prosecutions til after the 2022 elections, if ever. He believes Brnovich has received satisfactory name recognition and fundraising for his Senate gambit without producing any actual prosecutions, which, per Byrne, he has had the evidence to do for several months and expected arrests to have been made by at least last December at the latest.
In fairness, Byrne recognizes the importance of the report by the AZ AG stipulating the existence of fraud, but at some point someone needs to be held accountable. Byrne finds Brnovich’s suggestion that he is doing all he can while being stone-walled by Maricopa County is facetious as he is the AG and, after 6months, could easily have had the evidence still being withheld by County officials from the AG’s investigative team. Byrne further attests that he is greatly disappointed in Brnovich’c tactics of delay and is now making contact with Brnovich’s opponents to help place pressure on the AG to begin making the arrests for which Byrne has stated many times was handed to him by the investigation from Senate and other ongoing investigative sources.
In an unrelated subject to Brnovich, Byrne did respond to allegations that he and Flynn had blocked the efforts of Maria Zack and her Italian connection. Byrne responded by attesting that it was his efforts that placed the claims that Zack made into official channels for further investigations and that Flynn had a private investigation pursue the matter. As has been reported by others including Garret Ziegler, Byrne referenced the efforts of Zack to be paid nearly $1 million before she would (or could?) share any evidence of her claims which struck him that the claims could be part of a dodgy scam. In any event Byrne states the limit of his contact with Zack was that Marla Maples, ex-wife of the president, contacted him with the initial report of the Zack story and Byrne facilitated it to be passed onto an offical investigative body. He has not had contact since Dec. 2020 and he denies blocking anything investigation.
One more thing that Byrne did mention in his long Q&A that is worth noting is that a comment that a “security guard who stumbled upon printers, ballots, secrecy, in a hotel!” was true. This was reported in the following weeks(months?) after the election, and Byrne has confirmed this fact was accurate, but following this refused to comment further.
