ANTI-SEMITISM… IN THE RAW

With the ascendancy of the Left’s near total control of academia, the media, and the culture, an increasing number of articles, news reports, and other media items are circulated reporting various outlandish and egregious outrages taking place in our country. The problem is that these outrages occur at such increasing frequencies that one becomes almost inured to them. Some might argue that the other side, specifically our president, is equally responsible for some of these outrages. Even if one were to nominally equivocate – an approach which I eschew – at worst the president’s outrages are limited in scope and number while the Left’s are literally off the charts. The Left is responsible for indoctrinating our youth with socialist and Marxist values, designing and promoting identity politics with all its abhorrent ramifications, tolerating if not promoting outright anti-Semitsm, ideologically seeking to deny any differences between the sexes, and in general undermining American values and western civilization as a whole. Volumes can be written on any of the above topics.

Recently I received this video which typically I would have filed away with other similar videos and articles. Knowing the gravitas of the person who sent it to me, I decided to watch (all five minutes of) it. It was literally beyond belief! This video wasn’t about some garden variety anti-semitism espoused by a fringe neo-Nazi group or cleverly shrouded by the likes of some of our new freshman congress people. This was a hidden recording at the University of North Carolina where it was joined by Duke University in an approved forum to discuss various alleged and otherwise completely fabricated atrocities Israel is accused of committing in Gaza. It was attended by and supported by students and professors of those institutions and by many of their departments.

There was no discernable difference between what was advocated and promoted at that forum – without any objection – to the most vicious types of anti-Semitic libel of the Third Reich and of many Islamic countries today.  Watch how it ends with a rabidly anti-Semitic musical performance. This was not some Sascha Baron Cohen skit edged on to some country yahoos.  This performance was joined and relished by the students and their professors alike.

Today’s Left openly and actively supports Islam which is doctrinally at it core anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti gay, and anti woman, while it simultaneously forbids any criticism of Islam by labeling it “Islamophobic.” To the Left that’s almost as bad as calling something or someone racist. That forum at UNC was sponsored by various Islamist organizations. Jews and Israel on the other hand are routinely denigrated, libeled, and condemned by the Left. This is what’s happening under the guise of anti-Zionism and what many if not most college students are subject to today. I urge you all to watch this video and fully recognize the frightening ramifications of what you are seeing.
