A message for the Pope… from a Catholic

1. Erin’s heart is in the right place. She supports Israel, opposes all the lies people tell about her, and opposes the terrorists who are attacking Israel and the countries and organizations that support and finance the,

   Her message to the Pope are couched in extremely respectictful terms. Many Catholics who podcast on the internet are far less respectful of him.

   However, her presentation is flawed. The biggest flaw is that she never mentions the terrible atrocities that Hamas committed in their October 7 invasion of Israel. In fact, she doesn’t mention the invasion, even though it was the cause of the present war. She never advocates that Israel continue the war until victory. She says that the war will end if Hamas releases the hostages and “lays down their arms.” But while the Pope, one would hope, will support the release of the hostages, he will not support Hamas laying down their arms until he gets the message that they are terrorist murderers who should not have access to weapons. Unfortunately, Erin does not emphasize this point strongly enough.
