   You miss the point. This is not merely a Turkish decision. There is no US sanction policy being put in place to stop this, nor even any US outrage over it taking place. This is being done with full compliance of the US. So, while you missed the greater point to be grasped, your sentiment is fully accurate – there is no mystery here.
