I don’t agree at all with the CO2 global warming theory, one reason being that H2O is a far more powerful global warming “gas”, one that varies in accordance with the amount of solar radiation that hits the earth; the oceans in particular, where the effect of increased solar radiation is increased evaporation.

    Looking at it from the other side, we on Earth have been having major events, such as the Ice Age, which ended relatively recently (about 10000 years ago) but, as far as we know didn’t arise from human activity… if only we knew how it arose…

    Everything is cyclical, and if we stopped looking at the ground and became more aware of something called the Solar System, which is part of the visible universe, we may be inclined to consider that nothing around us is always in perfect sync. The earth’s orbit for example, and the tilt of the earth’s axis…

    The best we Earthlings can do is adapt. Not necessarily easy, and certainly requires a high overall level of intelligence… which brings me to the way we educate our children…
