A Dominion Employee educated at Wuhan University in China was given elevated permissions by Dominion! Lingming Cen is in Dominion’s Toronto, Canada office. Mr. Cen is in Michigan Sheriff Leaf’s letter (see what else is in that letter also, image below).
Wuhan University adopts the governance model led by the China Communist Party Committee of Wuhan. “Lingming Cen specializes in software development and programming.” On his LinkedIn page, see attached image.
On May 12, 2020, Serbian Goren Obradovic, Dominion employee and “inventor” of Dominion patents filed in the US, requested that Lingming Cen receive “elevated permissions” and be given “access to server resources.”” And I just checked: Mr. Cen deleted everything about Dominion Voting from his LinkedIn page!
Chinese Nationalist programming Dominion voting machines we use in the USA – that is not allowed per federal FISMA, NIST, NSA law, requirements, or standards. Where is Cen’s background check papers? He can’t work on USA critical infrastructure; I knew Dominion and ES&S’s attorneys (I have the letters) jumping on ‘oh, it’s critical infrastructure so you can’t see anything’ would come back to bite them.
Lingming Cen makes all Dominion Voting machines/systems uncertifiable.

If this is true, it exposes China’s malevolent (not just adversarial) intent toward the United States. OK, they’re bad guys. We knew that. So the question then becomes, did the Democrats know that they were being “helped” by the Chinese? They surely must have. Maybe they even hired them…ya think?
