Not possible. Where they came from is now Saudi Arabia. It WAS the Emirate of Hejaz, but in a long lingering unsuccessful war with Ibn Saud, they LOST and, since it was shortly after WW1, and the (Sharif) Emir of Mecca had a son to whom Churchill had GIVEN Amman in Trans Jordan, they had somewhere to go. Also the eldest son Feisal, who’d been kicked out of Damascus by the French, had been placed by the British,as King of then Mesopotamia, It turned out not too badly formmthem. However after revolts and assassinations and bloodless coups etc, Jordan is all that is left of their hoped for Empire of all Arab and Islamic areas. They spent some time on Cyprus also. They saw themselves as successors to the Ottomans..
Fortunately no one else did.
The important thing is to liberate Jordan and send the Hashemite occupants back to Arabia where they came from.
