Jacobavici’s vision of Hollywood as a Jewish thing plays into the hands of the antisemites who claim that Hollywood Jews corrupt the morals of young Americans with on-screen sex, in order to get them under their power for some sinister purpose or other.
Hollywood was founded by certain Jews, But most American Jews had nothing to do with its creation and had no relationship to Hollywood studios, Hasidic Jews, to this day, refuse to allow their children to watch Hollywood-produced movies out of comcern that they will instill all sorts of immoral desires and heretical ideas in them.
Once, when Richard Nixon was ranting in a conversation with Henry Kissinger (recorded on the notorious White House tapes) ranted against the American Jewish community, descibing them as his enemies. To which Kissinger replied, “well Mr, President, there are Jews, and then there are Jews.”
