Michael and Ted, If I may stand in the middle. I agree with Ted’s conclusion. I also agree with Michaels Highlighted conclusion. We all are being dragged down this road. We can look to the end – according to scripture and see how “everything is gonna be alright” but we have to live in the meantime. As the Rabbi and the Baptist preacher said, Keep your eyes on heaven and your feet planted firmly on the ground. A friend of mine commented one day before she passed away after a long 15 yr. lengthy illness. When God closes one door, he opens another….. But it’s sometimes HELL in the hallway!

We are in a war right now, between NATO (which includes my country, and under which my grandchildren and friends may one day have to serve) and Russia, whose leader Putin despises all things English-speaking. Propaganda flows freely from all sides, including from you; and nearly all of it is fanning the fires of war. I have not followed anyone’s propaganda, but tried to keep my nose out of things.
A very foolish conclusion. The vast, vast majority of Americans couldn’t care less about Russia’s “special” (year-long, with some 100-200,000 dead so far) military operation. We are concerned about our children and grandchildren, and things that actually matter to them — like fentanyl deaths, MS-13 gangs, sex trafficing, unemployment, homelessness and rampant corruption in the US. What happens in this fight between Cossacks, Islamists, Nazis et al is not our business.
There was a time in Israel, when the Babylonians were besieging the Holy City, and King Zedekiah’s most powerful counselors were advising the king to revolt from Babylon and depend on Egypt. God, meanwhile, speaking through the prophet Jeremiah, advised Zedekiah instead to throw himself at the mercy of the King of Babylon. Egypt failed Israel, and was itself subject to the Babylonians not many years hence.
The US, NATO and the WEF are clearly the “Babylon” of today; and as Mark Twain once said about himself, “The news of their death has been greatly exaggerated”. Today’s “Babylon” is not a flimsy club of lazy, unwilling members led by a senile old man. It is the most prosperous, powerful, and even most free society the planet has ever known. Of course, it is more wicked than Sodom and Gomorrah, and God’s judgement is not far off; but they will NOT be overthrown by force of arms, and those who try to do so will meet their fate.
Zech. 4:
[1] And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep,
[2] And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:

The candlestick was, of course, the People of Israel; and in the NT there are TWO candlesticks (guess who?); and today it looks as though both are about to get snuffed out; but they will not be, and the time is coming soon when Messiah (“Zerubbabel”) takes his rightful place above the nations. But this will not be brought about by the Russians, nor the Chinese, nor the Americans; God will do the work in mens’ hearts, and He will not fail.
I have come to the conclusion that all people and countries that ignore events leading up to Russia’s Special Military operation which began a year ago, do so because they agree with the goal of the US and NATO to destroy Russia.
No one in the West is publicizing the facts except for a handful of experts like Brian, Morris, Sachs and Macgregor

Why are you prepared to accept the NATO propaganda? Please explain.

You probably can guess already that I won’t strain my eyes watching videos about someone who “DESTROYS NATO Propaganda on Ukraine War ” You might also have guessed that I am not impressed at Putin’s “achievements” in his very, very, very brief “special” military operation, one year into the quagmire — a year during which both Russia and the Ukraine have buried war dead equivalent to what the the US lost during 10 years in Vietnam.
Did I say, “not impressed”/ Yes, I see that I did…
Neither am I impressed by his accomplishments in the economic sphere, wherein he, in one short year, has managed to remove Russia from the international economic community, back to the isolation it suffered under the former Soviet Union.
On the strategic front, Russia is allied with China now, as it was during the Cold War; except now, Russia is the puppet and China is the puppeteer. He also is now dependent on weapons from Iran, Israel’s age-old friend (???), and rewarding them by supplying them with advanced Russian aircraft.
As God warned Israel in the past, those counselors are foolish, who think they can lean on “Egypt”, whom Hashem likens to a “bruised reed, that will break and run those who trust in her through the armpit”. Russia is today’s “Egypt”. Lean with extreme caution.
