BREAKING: Arizona Appeals Court Denies Kari Lake Lawsuit

T. Belman. The Left keeps fighting any rule that would suppress the vote such as requiring Voter ID. Now the C of A dismissed the argument that the machine screw up in republican dominated areas suppressed the vote because “voters were able to cast their ballots”. So much for “suppression of the vote”. We’ll see what the SC will do with that argument and all the other claims that were dismissed.

Lake Moves To Take Election Fraud Case To Arizona Supreme Court

When Arizona Republican Kari Lake lost to Democrat insider Katie Hobbs in the November race for governor, there was voting chaos in the news in Maricopa county. As viewers watched, polls experienced problems with machines, sending voters to alternate locations and causing late and missing ballots. Hobbs was declared the governor in the match, but Lake has been protesting the integrity of the election ever since. So far, her lawsuits have not been successful in Arizona, the very state where all this occurred.

Lake launched a lawsuit seeking to overturn the “rigged and stolen 2022 Gubernatorial Election in Maricopa County” arguing “that Hobbs’ swearing-in ceremony on January 2 and the “electoral chaos” that targeted and disenfranchised Republican voters in Maricopa County on Election Day justify an immediate decision from the Arizona Supreme Court and a new election,” GWP reported.

In December, Lake had filed a motion for transfer, so that her case would be expedited in order to bypass the Arizona Court of Appeals where she was next headed with her case, but her request was denied by the Arizona Supreme Court. The order denied transfer “without prejudice to seeking expedited review of an adverse decision in either proceeding.”

Now the Court of Appeals has dismissed the case, affirming the trial court’s decision to dismiss her case and denying Kari Lake’s requested relief. The Court agreed with the burden of proof used in the Maricopa County Superior Court and opined that Kari Lake did not provide “clear and convincing evidence” of voter fraud.

But despite the unfavorable ruling, Kari and her team appear to be optimistic and excited to now finally go to the Arizona Supreme Court with the lawsuit. Lake strategist Colton Duncan told The GWP, “Kari Lake pledged to take this fight to the Supreme Court, and now, that is exactly what she is doing. It should come as no surprise that Kari is following through with her promise. She’s not your average Politician—that’s why America loves her.”

Duncan also tweeted that they have already received “confirmation” that Lake will have a Supreme Court hearing!

Lake has continued to release supporting evidence to her claims that Republican voters were targeted in the election. During a recent rally in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lake revealed even more evidence that these Election Day failures were intentional by showing the crowd a Republican heat map, which hung on the wall at Maricopa County elections facilities, and comparing it to a map “showing all of the vote centers that were sabotaged on election day.” Oddly enough, the maps lined up perfectly!

A presentation in the Arizona Senate Elections Committee revealed that Election Day tabulators rejected nearly 1/4 million vote attempts on election day. the county continues to ignore the fact that the 17,000 voters who they contend were affected by voting issues match up with the 17.000 votes that decided Hobbs over Lake in the race. Other discrepancies, including missing chain of custody documentation for hundreds of thousands of ballots, Maricopa County’s failure to verify signatures on hundreds of thousands of ballots, and suspicious vote reporting irregularities were also mentioned in Lake’s Appeal.

The Arizona Court of Appeals stated in their opinion of the dismissal of Lake’s suit, ” Lake’s arguments highlight Election Day difficulties, but her request for relief fails because the evidence presented to the superior court ultimately supports the court’s conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies setting aside the election results.”

The issues under question have been widely reported. GWP previously reported on a recent Arizona Senate Elections Committee presentation revealing nearly 300,000 mismatched or fraudulent mail-in ballot signatures were illegally counted in Maricopa County’s 2022 Election. After examining ballot envelope signatures and determining that OVER 420,000 ballot affidavits “failed signature verification in the 2020 Election,” investigators extrapolated the data. They concluded that there were “a total of 290,644 failed signatures in the 2022 Election.”

The opinion also read, “The court chose to dismiss these counts, including the signature verification, stating, “at best, Lake’s signature-verification claim attacked Maricopa County’s process for verifying signatures that first-level reviewers questioned” finding that the procedures were to be questioned instead of the result of those procedures. Lake’s team was not allowed by the Court to examine the signatures and demonstrate that the signature verification procedures were violated.

So, it appears that although the Court has dismissed Lake’s case so far, the irregularities have come to light and are a matter of court record. In that, Lake has now succeeded, but her ultimate goal is to overturn the election based on the issues, especially in regard to Republican voters.

Lake is determined to leave no stone unturned in her quest to unveil the voting irregularities that she has found in Arizona, no matter how far she has to go up the judicial ladder.
