T. Belman. I am concerned by what the Judge says she must prove. He set a criminal standard which requires intention on the part of Hobbs. Turley says the law is otherwise.

The judge provided a legal loophole for the defendants. Arguing intent is the radical leftist fail-safe. When caught, the Democrat strategy is to claim their malfeasance was accidental. Here is the problem. Claiming the Covid bioweapon release was “accidental” and/or claiming the Arizona election malfeasance was “accidental” is a strategic deflector because elections have consequences, and so do bioweapons. The “I didn’t know the gun was loaded” defense is not a compelling argument for mass murder and stealing elections, particularly when the outcomes comport with the political agenda of the doers. The appearance of justice is not the same as actual justice, and feeling safe is not the same as being safe. The gifted globalist strategists who fund, foment, and design the radical leftist Democrat narrative, are trying to convince the public that apppearances are the same as reality – they aren’t.
