A group of “elite” Iranian troops have stealthily entered Ukraine to help the Russian armies along the front lines of battle, according to an exclusive report from The Daily Mirror.
The report reveals that up to 50 Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps specialists were deployed to Ukraine, with the intent of training Russian forces in how to use so-called “kamikaze” drones.
The Iranian experts have reportedly been sent to the southern and eastern front with “hundreds of Shahed-136 drones,” which have been “hammering” Ukrainian cities.
And according to the Mirror, some of these Iranian specialists have already played a role in controlling the flight path and target pursuits of the Shahed-136 drones.
The Mirror report apparently adds to the “growing concerns” of the Russian armies needing alternative weaponry in their military conflict with Ukraine — which first launched on Feb. 24 — because they might be running out of standard missiles.
According to Mirror sources, Ukraine’s artillery and drone teams recently destroyed a Shahed-136 base in the southern territory.
“At least one of the Iranian training teams has been hit recently and they are actively being hunted down,” a Ukrainian military source told the Mirror. “We have been concerned for some time that [Iranian] specialists are helping Russia in their terrible attacks on civilians and they are of course being targeted.”
According to reports, the 11-foot-long Shahed-136 drones can travel up to 100 mph and carry explosive, “devastating” warheads in the nose.
The Shahed-136 drones can also be carried on the back of a fast-moving vehicle, meaning that launch sites can be swiftly changed after opening fire.
The Iranians’ on-site involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war — even with Iranian officials denying their direct assistance — suggests that Russian President Vladimir Putin could be worried about the Ukrainians’ recent military victories.
Or, perhaps he’s plotting a move that would end the war altogether, the Mirror speculates.
According to the Mirror, Russia’s hold in Kherson has been “weakening by the day.”
Also, the Mirror reports that Moscow has failed to hold back a stunning Ukraine counter-offensive in the east and south — “retaking 600 settlements in just a month.”
While speaking to Newsmax Tuesday, Alexey Goncharenko, a Ukrainian Parliament member, declared that Ukraine’s army was on the verge of defeating the Russian troops, and potentially ending Putin’s regime.
“[Putin] started this terror attack, killing civilians,” said Goncharenko, while appearing on “American Agenda” with hosts Bob Sellers and Katrina Szish. Putin “can’t do anything [against] the Ukraine army, so he’s taking revenge on women and children” occupying Ukraine’s playgrounds, universities, and hospitals.
“I think this is a very unique moment we’re in now. … With long-range missiles now, and tanks, we can finish everything in weeks, because one, two, or three more military defeats, and Putin’s regime would not survive,” said Goncharenko. “Because Ukraine is winning this war.”

I’m sure Putin has objected to this cult of personality display just like Stalin did. But, what can he do about it? 😀
