I hadn’t seen the report on Arutz Sheva, but Fox did the same thing a few days ago. Perhaps they were carrying the story from Fox? Maybe. In any event, shame on both of them. The president has the ultimate authority to declassify the documents.
An interesting theme has been raised as the potential motivation for the seizure of the documents at the link below:

Rediculously redacted – about 21 pages of 38 are either fully redacted or nearly so.

No, but this is far from over. They are only releasing the redacted document to end the conversation, but the conversation is just beginning. They had no basis for the document theft and they know it, and Trump knows it, and they know Trump knows it and Trump knows that too. They used a biased magistrate judge who recently recused himself for a known bias against Trump. What needs to be seen will be seen at some point, and the fact that this flaky judge is offering up a token to Trump so readily only adds to my certainty of this. But we will see what happens.
