At that time I sympathized with America. I bought into the story that Serbians were abusing poor Albanians in Kosovo.
I was an idiot. Just believed the media propaganda without learning more about it.
During the war, I sympathized with Serbia (though I am half Slovenian and not at all Serbian). I saw the war as simply a power grab by globalists, mainly Europeans. Serbia has legitimate irredentist claims; but at the moment, I don’t see any profit in the beating of the war drums that these pro-Russian newscasters are engaged in. There is a cease-fire in former Yugoslavia, that has held for some 25 years; and I am not in favor of opening up this can of worms and turning Yugoslavia into another Ukraine.
