It seems that Canada has found their true North in this Trucker Convoy for Freedom, even as the elitists under direction from Washington have chosen to disband with democratic norms to preserve their dictatorial edicts. Their scorn of the people whom they were empowered to serve is patently clear for all to see and the people have displayed their recognition of this scorn by supporting the Truckers from one end of the country to the other, from over pass to overpass, one city after the next. To balance this rejection of the govt’s actions, these self-empowered aristocrats seem to think they can declare Bibbity Bobbity Boo, wave their imperial scepters and vanquish all public rejection of their policies by the people.
Their lack of any sense of accountability has placed the govt into a position of complete checkmate. They seem to think that should the Truckers be removed from the streets of Ottawa, victory will be theirs. This is short sighted nonsense. They have declared their own people as terrorists, and not just the Truckers, as they have now empowered themselves to steal the hard earned bank holdings of anyone who has lent any fiscal aid to the Truckers. Yes, it is the Truckers who are seated on the streets of Ottawa shrieking their horns, the same truckers who make the economy economically sound. Yet, they do not stand alone in this fight. The public recognize the rightness of their fight and the lack of reason behind the govt stance. How do we know this? Where is the support displaying approval of govt policies? Where are the counter protesters championing the dictatorial mandates, chanting for vaccine passports or demanding a needle in every arm? Where are the hecklers jeering the Truckers as bigots and baffoons in lock step with the govt claims as the convoys converged on the Capital? They are no where to be found because they have no public support.
Should Trudeau succeed in defeating them in the streets of Ottawa, the war of wills will be played out at every corner of the country. These Truckers came to Ottawa to give the nation the chance to end this nightmare quickly. Should the Truckers be defeated in Ottawa, the only defeat that will be seen is a quick end to the misery that will come from the Truckers sitting on their hands and the test of wills will be taken to the emptied shelves of every store in the nation. Regardless of what instructions Trudeau may have received from The US, regardless of what Schwabb expects of his Lacky in the Great White North, he has only a losing hand to play, and yet, he wields it as though it were a royal flush. He can not win. He can only make his country suffer longer as his defeat is inevitable.
