So the numbers Thorp is referencing here is for all four of the Covid vaccine products but it is not just for the US. Dr. Thorp looks at all the numbers reported to VAERS as opposed to Dr. Rose who only considers the US data reported there(which is a better choice I believe). The total numbers reported to VAERS includes all of the US as well as some other non-US reporting sources, it is not worldwide, though. For the US only deaths, the number in VAERS is about half the value Dr. Thorp references. Today it stands at 9,623 deaths (before adjustment for under-reporting) in the US and US territories.
You are quite correct to relate this to the Pfizer rollout data, but recall that is just for Pfizer in that 3-month period. In that Pfizer data, I would also note that out of 32 pregnancies with known outcomes, there were an additional 28 deaths and Pfizer was contacted to confirm if this 28/32 deaths was indeed accurately displayed in their reports, and Pfizer did not respond. As far as the investigative reporters, I would submit that the investigative reporters, journalists and news stations are all tightly captured in Pfizer’s grip. The hundreds of billions of Federal funding is very useful when spread around and result in ‘good copy’, as it was once called. Sponsored by Pfizer accompanies nearly every news cast you might care to watch on Fox, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS…This leaves non-Legacy news sources to pursue these investigations, such as the article by Celeste McGovern above and others, but none have the scope of contact that the established media hold. I believe recent stories are about to become insurmountable for the censors to hold shut in the coming weeks and months, however. Just an opinion, but the reality is going to be hard to disguise as Omicron remedies the Delta plague and the issues of the deaths are finally being reported by the actuarialists who will confirm the reality of the deaths – they have to explain why insurance premiums are about to rise, probably exponentially, if the recent report is accurate:

peloni1986, thanks for the followup. I was just astounded to think that there might have been almost a million folks whose deaths in some way are related to getting the vaccine! BTW, I assume this is a rollup for all covid vaccines?And I assume that is just here in the US. If that number is anywhere near correct then this is a scandal of epic proportions that everyone in the US…or the world…should know about. This does then follow on the number in the unsealed Pfiizer clinical trial document (originally to be sealed for 55 years by FDA/CDC(?)) of 1223 deaths related to their vaccine during the first 90 days of the trial. Add to that the number of people probably needlessly dying from Remdesivir poisoning and this may be the biggest public health scandal in history! And where are all the investigative reporters??

Dr. Thorp is quite accurate in his estimates. 40X increase is not the same as 40% increase. One means 4000% and the other means 140% increases. The X means a full length increase time the value placed in front. It is actually 40-fold or 40 times (hence the X). Think of a piece of paper. What ever the size of the paper, a 40-fold increase is increasing its full size forty times or folding it over forty times. It is a magnification factor, similarly used in microscopes and photography. For instance a lens on a simple microscope has a 10X magnification, and this means that there will be a 1000% increase in what is seen. So when looking at a ruler, a millimeter will be icreased by 1000% or 10X or 10-fold, not 10%. Same with a zoom lens on a camera or your cell phone. The 10X zoom doesn’t take you 10% closer, it takes you ten times closer. It is a common misunderstanding in terms. But Thorp has it correct.
Note this is very different from when Pfizer claims they have a 90% efficacy, which means 90% increase, ie 190% compared to someone not jabbed.
The biggest issue I have with this conversation with the US OBGYN and the
discussion of VAERS data is when they say that the actual numbers could be 40% to 100% higher and then the host takes the numbers and multiplies by 40X the number of deaths! And the doctor does not disagree. This is totally wrong. The number of deaths would be the number in the chart times 1.4 to be 40% higher. I can’t send this on to my friends with such a glaring error. And I must say that when the doctor does not complain about the hosts math, it makes me wonder about his ability to draw the numbers out of VAERS and correctly state them here also.
