    A judge in New York City has blocked a father’s right to see his three-year-old daughter unless he agrees to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

    Yes, really.

    In early September, Evan Schein, an attorney acting on behalf of the mother in the couple’s divorce case (the family has not been named), raised concerns about the father’s vaccination status, leading high profile judge Judge Matthew Cooper to suspend his visitation rights until he received the jab.

    According to Cooper, the father needs to submit to the shot because it has become a prerequisite “to participate meaningfully in everyday society.”

    “The dangers of voluntarily remaining unvaccinated during access with a child while the COVID-19 virus remains a threat to children’s health and safety cannot be understated,” said the judge.

    “Unfortunately, and to my mind, incomprehensibly, a sizable minority, seizing upon misinformation, conspiracy theories, and muddled notions of ‘individual liberty,’ have refused all entreaties to be vaccinated,” he added.

    The father’s only other option is to pay for expensive PCR tests every week in addition to taking a biweekly antigen test within 24 hours of his every other weekend visits.

    The ruling was praised by the mother’s attorney, who called it “an incredibly important one that highlights the extraordinary times we are living in and reinforces that a child’s best interests are paramount.”

    However, Lloyd Rosen, the father’s attorney, warned that the ruling sets a terrible precedent.

    “My client is not a conspiracy theorist,” Rosen said. “He has concerns about the vaccine. He’s heard about side effects. He once had a bad reaction to a flu vaccine.”

    “This judge must feel that 80 million Americans who aren’t vaccinated are placing their children at imminent risk or harm and, therefore, the courts should intervene and remove those children from their parents,” he added. “This is an absurd position to take.”

    The father has previously been infected with COVID-19, meaning he has antibodies that offer him far greater protection than the vaccine, but that isn’t even being taken into account.

    As we previously highlighted, patients who are in urgent need of life-saving organ transplants are now being denied treatment due to their refusal to take the vaccine.

    As we warned all along, the agenda behind mandatory vaccination schemes is to make life a living hell for refusniks who don’t comply, while maintaining all along that the vaccine isn’t “mandatory.”

    We are now hurtling full throttle towards a Chinese-style social credit score system where basic functions of living are denied to those who choose to exercise their bodily autonomy.

  3. The background music is from the great Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg’s masterpiece, “The Peer Gynt Suite,” which is Grieg’s incidental music to the play “Peer Gynt” by Henrik Ibsen. Grief was a master composer, and Ibsen a master dramatist. Both Norwegians.

    The section of the suite called “In the hall of the mountain King” describes the scene in Ibsen’s play where the trolls dance wildly and explain their philosophy to the hero, Peer. Their philosophy is “to thyself be enough.” Don’t worry your head about other people’s troubles.

    In Norwegian folklore, trolls are demonic beings who harrass humans ( as in the word “trolling”). They also embody selfishness and miserliness. This video trolls Dr. Fauci brilliantly. But it also suggests that he is a troll himself.

    The Grieg music is the perfect accompaniment to this video, which portrays Fauci, accurately in my opinion, as a demonic personality.

    The phrase “Success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan” has a corollary that tyranny has many versions of success while reality holds only one. This is why tyrants and bullies make poor scientists. This is not to suggest that such personalities are not to be found in scientists unfortunately, just that these traits can not be employed within the standards of scientific research. When mistakes are made and projects are past a valid use, such realities have to be recognized especially by those who are vested with the authority and responsibility of public health policy. Holding to failed standards as successful outcomes has the unenviable consequence of never course-correcting – like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. The consequences of a lack of any centered perspective as plainly displayed in this video has resulted in more and more adverse events in groups of people, including children and infants, who had no serious threat of disease from the virus and carry a devastating risk of disease from the vaccine.

    I recently posted a video of Dr. Ramon, the head of the Emergency Room Unit at Dana-Dwek Children’s Hospital in Tel Aviv voicing concerns that iMOH may not adequately investigate the case of her patient, a healthy child suffering from a fatal cardiac condition, to honestly determine the underlying relationship between the child’s lethal condition and the vaccine recently administered. There is no reason why this doctor should not have the complete faith that the iMOH will pursue her patient’s situation vigorously.

    Her lack of conviction in the iMOH is likely representative of many other clinicians and these concerns are likely held by many of the grieving families of those who have suffered the harms of the vaccines and vaccine policies. I am uncomfortable with this situation for many reasons, not the least of which resulted in some concerned Israelis with a want of reasonable thought to turn towards the ICC, of all agencies in the world, for relief and support of their concerns. The image of a group of Jews pleading to one of the most antisemitic organizations on the planet for aid should carry a greater weight upon all of us than just some foolish action by some untethered souls. It was, in fact, a mindlessly foolish move that can come to no benefit of the Israeli people, but it demonstrates a greater threat than this. These elements of the public find they have no political champion to voice their concerns even as they find punitive measures employed to coercive means of influencing personal health choices involving a risk-laden treatment. It is dangerous for any govt to leave such a public mood to fester unaddressed. Dr. Ramon’s calm, rational, but blistering comments of her lost faith in the iMOH’s commitment to protect her child patient speaks loudly to this same fear, in a more considered and balanced approach, albeit. Yet, it is motivated by the same credibility gap between a govt agency and the public they are meant to protect.

    The reasonable solution to prevent such radical moves of desperate people, clinicians and families alike, is for the govt to provide transparency for all to see their concerns are accepted as rational and that they are addressed to identify and remove the harmful affects of the vaccines. The incredulous attempt to ignore these harms have only served to undermine the govt in the eyes of the public in some measure, and with time, this will grow as it has with Fauci. See the video above. It is not an unenviable position to have those we trust with our care and support to be perceived to abandoned their charge with a want of care or compassion.
