  1. This doesn’t come CLOSE to describing the utter failure of the US military over the last 60 years!

The speaker only discusses SOCOM, a *very small* part of US mitary which is not designed to win wars.

The force that is intended to win wars is the US Army. However, the culture of the US Amy has been eroded by careerists and conformity so its general officers look forward more to corporate offices after retirement than winning wars.

As a result the US Army now and in future has no strategic capability to project force to win wars. It is staffed with soft-brainers, people incapable of thinking in terms of military risk at strategic, operational and tactical warfare that is not conducted by-the-book, a book every opponent knows by heart by now.

If the US Army ever came to combat with the Soviet Amy during the Cold War, it would have been utterly wiped out, but the unilateral retreat of the Soviet Union from Eastern Europe lulled NATO into belief it had somehow won the Cold War.

    All beliefs are falsifiable.

The US military is not worth the money the US taxpayer is forced to pay for it which has not produced one strategic win or any security benefit to the USA.
