A former Chinese Communist Party insider has shockingly claimed that the government intentionally released the virus later identified as COVID-19 in October 2019 during the World Military Games held in the city of Wuhan.
The whistleblower, Wei Jingsheng, said in an interview with Sky News that his government spread the virus deliberately at the military-themed tournament at least two months before COVID-19 became known to the rest of the world.
There has been much speculation that the virus escaped from a lab in the city — the Wuhan Institute of Virology — where work on so-called “gain of function” research is believed to have occurred; gain-of-function is a process by which viruses are made more virulent so researchers can study how they spread.
Wei also indicated that it was not a coincidence that some of the 9,000 or so athletes from around the world who traveled to Wuhan for the games reportedly came down with a then-mystery sickness.
“I thought the Chinese government would take this opportunity to spread the virus during the Military Games, as many foreigners would show up there,” Wei told Sky News, adding that he had, at the time, heard the government launched an “unusual exercise” as the games proceeded.
“[I knew] of the possibility of the Chinese government using some strange weapons, including biological weapons because I knew they were doing experiments of that sort,” said the whistleblower.
Wei’s version of events appears to align with others who have made similar claims — that the Chinese regime intentionally released the virus.
That includes Miles Yu, the Principal China Adviser to the State Department, who said that American, French, and German athletes at the games took ill at the games with what would come to be known as COVID-like symptoms, though they were not tested for the virus because such testing did not yet exist.
“We see some indications in our own data… that there was COVID circulating in the United States as early as early December, possibly earlier than that,” said David Asher, a former COVID investigator for the State Department, the Daily Mail reported.
Also, Dr. Li Meng Yan, a Chinese virologist who defected to the U.S., told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson in May that she is certain the Chinese government developed COVID-19 at the Wuhan facility and intentionally released it.
“More and more people realize this virus is not from nature,” she said at the time.
In a September 2020 appearance on Carlson’s show, Dr. Li made a similar claim.
“From my first report, I can present solid scientific evidence that Covid-19 actually is not from nature… I work with the top virologists in the world so together with my experience, I can tell you this is created in the lab. This is from… owned by the Chinese military and also, it is spread to the world to make such damage,” she said.
In his interview with Sky News, Wei, a democracy advocate who has spent time behind bars in China, said he informed officials within the Trump administration about the virus in November 2019 but was not taken seriously.
“I felt they were not as concerned as I was, so I tried my best to provide more detail and information,” he told Sky News.
“They may not believe that a government of a country would do something like that (cover up a virus), so I kept repeating myself in an effort … to persuade them,” Wei added.
The Chinese government has denied that the virus was manufactured and intentionally released.

I don’t trust Buzz any further than I can throw him, but what he said is accurate. He “uncovered” a major flaw in the whislteblower’s story, trying to use this to discredit us and others who were stating the obvious truth. If the “whistleblower” said the virus was first released at the military games, that “whistleblower” is lying. Nothing to see there.
I was convinced of the Chinese involvement since the revaluation of the furrin cleavage site, which would require 12 simultaneous mutation in sequential order that actually produced, not just a functional unit, but an exponentially advancement towards weaponizing the virus. This and the circumstantial details around the lockdown around the Wuhan Institute of Virology in October 2019. Nothing since then has even suggested anything but a greater confidence in my earlier conclusion.
As soon as Luc Montagnier discovered unnatural components in the CV19 genome, I was convinced that it was a man-made DISASTER to come.

Montagnier was vilified and ridiculed by the elito-kleptocratic MOB from the West. French and American in particular.
Liz44, I think your conclusions match the evidence better than most. This plandemic, along with all the high-level craziness that accompanies it (the 2020 election, the Biden disasters, etc.) are all wawful enough in themselves; but each can be viewed as yet another face of a multi-headed beast that wants to destroy humanity for some sort of “profit”. Tony Fauci, the godfather of gain-of-function research, deserves notoriety on his own, as the most evil man on the planet.

First of all, the vast majority of scientists have clearly indicated that It was not a manufactured virus as the genomes clearly indicated it was natural, and the “whistleblowers” were anti-Commuinists or democracy advocates that had a bone to pick with the Chinese government. Had it been released at the Military games, it woudl have started spreading back in the USA as soon as the soldiers returned, and it did not. Had the Chinese government done what it is accused of, then why did they not make sure the disease would not backfire and affect its own people, as it did in Wuhan?
How can you publish such bullshit stories and retain any credibility?
I always thought it was created and spread on purpose, by the Chinese, but not by them alone. I believe they worked together with Gates, Soros and the usual suspects to shut down the world’s economy and create a situation where everyone is under surveillance by the Chinese-created 5G network. The whole virus outbreak rehearsal was to prepare for this event, because it was planned far in advance. Cash was to be eliminated, businesses shut down, people reduced to working from home or not working at all. All for the goals of combatting so-called “climate change”, reducing the world’s population, and bringing about the Great Reset. This is coming true before our eyes, and we are losing more and more freedoms every day. People need to speak up and protest before it is too late.

If indeed the virus originated in October 2019 rather than two months later, it becomes an even odder coincidence that the “201 Conference” hosted by Bill Gates at Johns Hopkins University in mid-October (Oct 15-22, I believe), which acted out a simulated coronavirus outbreak drill that kills 65 million people (in the simulation). Of the 15 “players” at the conference who acted out the medical-economic response by world governents to the simulated outbreak, one was the head of China’s infectious disase control bureau, the Chinese equivalent of NAIAID.This official, a PH.D. in infectious disease research, then proceded to take charge of the Chinese reponse to the real COVID19 outbreak in Wuhan only three months later.
