That is why they keep repeating the failed policy of nation building.
Once again the US security organizations have confirmed their ineptitude.
The abandonment of Afghanistan will mean Al-Quaida, afer years of relative quiescence, now will have a functioning base of operations there. Also Islamic State. That will mean these Islamist groups will not only be able to mount attacks on Israel, but also on the United States and Western Europe.
