In order to understand how and why Islamic antisemitism is at the root of the conflict over Israel, I urge everyone to read Robert Spencer’s very-well sourced book, “The Palestinian Delusion”.
Avi considers the events surrounding the Jew-Hatred attack of Rabbi Shlomo Noginski by a Egyptian national to analyze the causes and failures of the West to approach Middle Eastern problems.
He provides an excellent synopsis of how Western influence could be used to produce peace, namely thru strength and respect – very reminiscent of objectives espoused by Jabotinsky. Instead the West is obsessed with using one sided political pressure upon Israel to display weakness and condescension to routinely respond to Arab duplicity and violence.
The only time this policy of the West forcing a square peg into a Middle Eastern round hole was dropped produced real and sincere peace which the return of the Square Peg policy of one sided pressure seems likely undermine in the coming months and years.
This would seem to be foolish acts conducted by serious men, if peace was the objective, which of course it is not. But these Square Peg policies undermine not only the safety and security of the Jewish State but of the world’s Jewish People, as Avi aptly describes in his video.
It should never be forgotten or mistaken by anyone, the West fails to achieve any meaningful resolution because the grit in the region that creates the conflict is the intent of their focus as they pressure Israel with threats and military aid to act the fool in undermining its own objectives while incentivizing the Arabs to disrespect and dominate the Jewish state with violence that will only ever result in more and more dead Jews in Israel and around the world.
To this end, the West alone may benefit from this sinister charade by its mendacious devotion to failing policies on a path towards a peace that seems only ever to achieve war, as has always, save one very notable exception, been its designed intent.
This is the lamentable plight facing both the Jews and the Jewish State while we remain trapped in this lethal shell game intent upon Western objectives. Adopting a misguided policy(America First) focused upon the goals of allies over national interests is why the peace will never be achieved and why innocent tragedies, such as Rabbi Noginski, will always remain it only victory.
