Hello. I am Reiner Fuellmich and I have been admitted to the Bar in Germany and in California for 26 years. I have been practicing law primarily as a trial lawyer against fraudulent corporations such as Deutsche Bank, formerly one of the world’s largest and most respected banks, today one of the most toxic criminal organizations in the world; VW, one of the world’s largest and most respected car manufacturers, today notorious for its giant diesel fraud; and Kuehne and Nagel, the world’s largest shipping company. crisis, which more and more people worldwide are asking. All the above-mentioned cases of corruption and fraud committed by the German corporations pale in comparison in view of the extent of the damage that the corona crisis has caused and continues to cause.

This corona crisis, according to all we know today, must be renamed a “Corona Scandal” and those responsible for it must be criminally prosecuted and sued for civil damages. On a political level, everything must be done to make sure that no one will ever again be in a position of such power as to be able to defraud humanity or to attempt to manipulate us with their corrupt agendas. And for this reason I will now explain to you how and where an international network of lawyers will argue this biggest tort case ever, the corona fraud scandal, which has meanwhile unfolded into probably the greatest crime against humanity ever committed.

Crimes against humanity were first defined in connection with the Nuremberg trials after World War II, that is, when they dealt with the main war criminals of the Third Reich. Crimes against humanity are today regulated in section 7 of the International
Criminal Code. The three major questions to be answered in the context of a judicial approach to the corona scandal are:

    “The coronavirus variant discovered in South Africa can “break through” Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine to some extent, a study in Israel found.

    “The South African coronavirus variant managed to penetrate the protection offered by two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to some degree, though it remains unclear just how much efficacy is lost, it said.

    “The research, released on Saturday, compared nearly 400 people who tested positive for COVID-19 two weeks or more after they received one or two doses of the vaccine, against the same number of unvaccinated patients with the disease.

    “It matched age and gender, among other characteristics.

    “The South African variant, B.1.351, was found to make up about 1 percent of all the COVID-19 cases across all the people studied, according to the study by Tel Aviv University and Israel’s largest healthcare provider, Clalit.

    “But among patients who had received two doses of the vaccine, the variant’s prevalence rate was eight times higher than those unvaccinated – 5.4 percent versus 0.7 percent….”

  3. I figured out the reason for this worldwide spectacle after rereading the 1st 50 or so pages of Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.

    I bet they did test the vaccine on mice or rats and it was found to cause infertility (possibly in the 2nd or even 3rd generation – it is possible).

    This would be the perfect tool for implementing a Brave New World-like system of the specialized breeding and conditioning of humans if after a few years or even after one or two generations mass infertility across the globe would occur for “an unknown reason”.

    The “experts” and the Big Pharma would be, of course, forced to step in and “save humanity from extinction” by instituting just such a system since mass “viviparous breeding” would no longer be possible.

    This agrees with Dr. Mike Yeadon:

    “I think the big money of pharma plus cash from BMGF creates the environment where saying no just isn’t an option for the regulator.

    “I must return to the issue of ‘top up vaccines’ (booster shots) and it is this whole narrative which I fear will he exploited and used to gain unparalleled power over us.

    “PLEASE warn every person not to go near top up vaccines. There is absolutely no need to them.

    “As there’s no need for them, yet they’re being made in pharma, and regulators have stood aside (no safety testing), I can only deduce they will be used for nefarious purposes.

    “For example, if someone wished to harm or kill a significant proportion of the worlds population over the next few years, the systems being put in place right now will enable it.

    “It’s my considered view that it is entirely possible that this will be used for massive-scale depopulation.”/strong>

    ATLANTA — Dr. Joseph Mercola published an article in 2015 entitled “How Conflicts of Interest have Corrupted the CDC.” He cited, among other things, a 2009 investigation by the Office of the Inspector General. It concluded that 97% of disclosure forms filed by the Centers for Disease Control were incomplete.

    The article talks about the obscure CDC Foundation, a nonprofit created by Congress in 1995. Its purpose is “to mobilize philanthropic and private-sector resources.” Pharmaceutical companies and other private interests gave the CDC Foundation at least $28 million in 2014, according to Dr. Mercola. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation gave the CDC Foundation $13.5 million in 2013. Further, Dr. Julie Gerberding was CDC Director from 2002 to 2009. She left the position to become President of the Merck vaccine division.

    The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in 1982 that the Federal Reserve is not a federal agency, despite most people believing it is. We’re unaware of any similar court decisions about the CDC. But the agency is listed on the Dun and Bradstreet business directory. It also owns at least 57 patents, including 20 vaccine patents. The CDC clearly has vested business interests and is beholden to the pharmaceutical industry. Now a peer-reviewed manuscript is revealing the extent of CDC manipulation to promote its products and satisfy its “shareholders.”

    CDC violated data collection laws?

    The manuscript, entitled “COVID-19 Data Collection, Comorbidity & Federal Law: A Historical Retrospective,” was published on October 12, 2020 in the journal Science, Public Health Policy & the Law. The Institute of Pure and Applied Knowledge (IPAK) and the Public Health Policy Initiative launched the journal on August 1, 2019. Ten scientists, doctors and professors authored the manuscript. The lead researcher is Dr. Henry Ealy, a naturopathic doctor based in Portland, Oregon.

    The manuscript focuses on the Paper Reduction Act (PRA) of 1980/1995 (44 U.S.C. §§ 3501–3521) and the Information Quality Act (IQA) (Section 515 of the Congressional Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2001 Public Law 106-554). PRA mandates procedures on agencies collecting information from the public. IQA “provide[s] policy and procedural guidance to federal agencies for ensuring and maximizing the quality, objectivity, utility, and integrity of information (including statistical information) disseminated by Federal agencies”

    The CDC, without repercussions, missed several deadlines and bypassed federal oversight of its data collection methods related to COVID-19 beginning in late 2019 and spanning the middle of 2020. The most glaring was March 24, 2020. The CDC, in potential violation of PRA and IQA “issued COVID-19 Alert No. 2, significantly altering cause of death reporting exclusively for COVID-19.”

    The manuscript is a fascinating, thorough chronology of what appears to be manipulative data practices by the CDC, in violation of federal law. One damning piece of evidence against the CDC speaks for itself. It is a comparison chart of COVID-19 deaths based on 2003 statistical reporting guidelines versus 2020 reporting guidelines.

    Note that the 2003 guidelines were in effect through 2020, until the CDC changed them to accommodate COVID-19 reporting.

    Statements by Dr. Ealy

    Lead researcher Dr. Ealy said via Facebook that the manuscript, “was reviewed by at least 9 attorneys and a judge prior to peer-review submission and survived an extensive 7-week peer-review process to ensure accuracy.” It was a successful collaboration with attorney Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the Children’s Health Defense organization, he said. RFK Jr. was censored and de-platformed from Instagram yesterday under the mainstream and social media euphemism “vaccine misinformation.”

    Dr. Ealy continued:

    My intention is to work in collaboration with state and county health departments to usher in evidence-based nutritional guidance for our safe reemergence into the country we all love.

    A country where children can go to school and play together.

    Where a person can dream, open a business, and have a fair shot at seeing their dream come true.

    A country where we can sit beside our loved ones as they recover from what ails them in any hospital because they had evidence-based options to choose from.

    Midwin Charles, a 47-year-old legal analyst for MSNBC, passed away one month after receiving at least one experimental coronavirus shot, reports say.

    Charles, a Brooklyn-based defense attorney, had posted the trendy “I’m vaccinated” announcement on Twitter on March 1.

    “Just got vaccinated (qualified because of my asthma) at a FEMA center. Everyone at the site is in uniform. It’s good to see our service men and women! Process was organized, efficient, and everyone is kind and in a good mood. Let’s do this!”

    Charles later said she had experienced “fatigue after the shot.”

    The Covid Blog noted that Charles had “retweeted a North Carolina professor talking about ‘black vax hesitancy.’ An analysis of her tweet activity thereafter indicates that her health started deteriorating three weeks later.”

    Charles, “was always very active on Twitter. She averaged about 25 tweets per day since May 2009,” the blog report noted. “Charles was even more active last month. She averaged 39 tweets/retweets per day from March 10 to March 20, according to Social Blade. Those were her last days of good health.”

    Charles’ family announced on April 6 that she had passed away. It was 37 days after the first announced experimental shot.

    The Covid Blog noted: “As we’ve learned in 2021, vaccines are the leading cause of coincidences. A Google search for Midwin Charles right now brings up stories from the New York Post, New York Daily News, Newsweek, The Hill and a few others as the top results. None of said stories mention the experimental mRNA shot she received on March 1. The experimental Johnson & Johnson viral vector shot had just been authorized for emergency use two days earlier. Thus she received the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA shot.”

    Meanwhile, two vaccination sites in the U.S. have shut down after people experienced side affects after being vaccinated, reports say.

    In Colorado, 11 people suffered adverse reactions to the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine — prompting the closure of a vaccination site at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City. The people experienced symptoms including nausea and dizziness, according to health officials.

    Two people within that group were also taken to the hospital for further observation, the Denver Post reported, citing a statement from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

    In North Carolina, a vaccine lot at the PNC Arena clinic in Wake County was temporarily shut down after 18 people had reactions to the J&J shot.

    County officials said 14 patients suffered “minor reactions” and were “treated on site,” while four others were transported to area hospitals for observation.

    An April 8 article in The Defender notes that recent science suggests that mRNA vaccines could permanently alter DNA.

    Research on SARS-CoV-2 RNA by scientists at Harvard and MIT has implications for how mRNA vaccines could permanently alter genomic DNA, according to Doug Corrigan, Ph.D., a biochemist-molecular biologist who says more research is needed.
