Trump is BEATING Biden! Here’s Why!!!

By HANNAH BLEAU, BREITBART

CLEVELAND, OHIO - SEPTEMBER 29: Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden participates in the first presidential debate against U.S. President Donald Trump at the Health Education Campus of Case Western Reserve University on September 29, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio. This is the first of three planned debates between the two candidates …

Joe Biden (D) holds an eight-point advantage over President Trump in the swing state Arizona, a New York Times-Siena College poll released Monday revealed.

The former vice president is leading Trump in the Grand Canyon State, 49 percent to 41 percent, the survey fielded October 1-3 among 655 Arizona likely voters revealed. Three percent chose Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen, and six percent indicated that they were undecided:

“Have you decided you’ll definitely vote for [CANDIDATE NAME] or is there still some chance you could change your mind?” the survey asked.

The vast majority, 91 percent, said they are “definitely” going to vote for the candidate they named, eight percent said they could change their mind, and one percent said they do not know.

The survey also examined the Senate race between Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ) and her Democrat challenger Mark Kelly, who leads the incumbent by double digits, 50 percent to 39 percent. Ten percent said they “didn’t know” or refused to answer.

A majority of Arizona voters disapprove of Trump’s job performance, with 48 percent saying they “strongly” disapprove and four percent saying they “somewhat” disapprove. Thirty-five percent said they “strongly” approve, and another ten percent said they “somewhat” approve. Forty-five percent of voters have a generally favorable view of the president, with 52 percent holding an unfavorable view. On the flip side, 52 percent hold a favorable view of the president, with 45 percent holding an unfavorable view.

Despite holding an eight-point advantage over the president, 49 percent of voters said they trust Trump to do a “better job” on the economy, compared to Biden, who garnered 46 percent. However, voters indicated that they tend to trust Biden over Trump on other key issues, including unifying America, maintaining law and order, and choosing a Supreme Court justice. Notably, a plurality of Arizona voters said they support the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, with 42 percent supporting the nomination, 37 percent opposing, and 21 percent remaining undecided.

When asked who they believed their spouse or partner would vote for if the election were held today, 44 percent said Biden and 44 percent said Trump.

The survey’s margin of error is +/- 4.2 percent.

Trump won Arizona in 2016 by 3.5 percent. Monday’s RealClearPolitics average showed Biden leading in Arizona by three percent.

  1. @ Sebastien Zorn:
It didn’t occur to me that we in Dublin mostly spoke Latvian and Lithuanian Yiddish. I’ve heard on this side of the ocean, “nebbish”…. meaning about the same thing. Just “sh” pronounced by us like the beginning of the word “chazar”….or “chollere”.. Perhaps the “al: at the end is a king of emphasis, or to express “pity”… ???

  2. I watched the debate tonight, and Harris looked so familiar, but I couldn’t figur who she reminded me of. The it dawned. A cross between Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff. She spent most of the time acting out in front of the camera, alternately smirking and doing the shrug-shake with her shoulders, but said little of substance. Wouldn’t answer anything about the packing of the Supreme Court, . Every time she talked about Joe working tirelessly for the people I visualised the poor pathetic nebuchal crouching in his basement.

I thought there would be instant “analysis on news channels but can find nothing yet.

Stated as facts many known lies, brought up the typical “sensational” CNN stories that Trump wouldn’t condemn White supremacists, etc.etc.

To cut it short, her whole concoction seemed to me to be a conglomeration of lies, half truths and plagiarism. The moderator used an especially soft interrupting voice for Harris whilst almost shouting Pence down….like a stentor.

  3. Rasumussen poll again on Wednesday shows Trump trailing by even more. This a steady trend.

I hope the polls are wrong but it is not looking good for Trump right now. This includes many of the Swing States he needs to have a chance to win.

  4. Frankly, when the polls show Biden ahead, I don’t believe it. Too many people are afraid to tell anyone what they really think and these are just small random samplings, anyway. People are not red and green marbles. There are too many variables in this political climate to be sure of anything, especially when it changes from day to day, which is ridiculous if you think about it. Do your opinions go back and forth every day? I don’t believe people are that stupid.

  5. @ Michael S:
Oops. I filled the form wrong. When they say, “First Name”, they do not want any initials, etc. Otherwise they can’t find the record. I still recommend checking with your local election board, so you don’t get lost in the shuffle.

  6. I just checked with my county election commission website.

THEY HAVE NO RECORD THAT I AM REGISTERED.

I have been registered at this address, receiving and casting ballots at every major election. This is how it is in Oregon, which has had an all-mail-in system for several years.

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED YOUR BALLOT IN THE MAIL, CHECK INTO IT NOW
