Keane speculates as other’s have done that Israel is behind the explosions to sensitive nuclear and military site’s in Iran.
He says only Israel and the USA have this capability (this is arguable).
Maybe Trump ordered the CIA to work with Iranian dissidents to do this. Keane could just be throwing the Iranians off of the USA’s trail.
