  2. @ Michael S: Michael, the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is not a minor matter, but a very big deal. It could well result in World War III and a nuclear Holocaust in a few years. Definitely more important than the Mueller investigation, Fusion GPS, the Steele Dossier, etc.

    The lead up to World War I is a good example of how this might happen. Several European nations committed small scale acts of aggression, which were ignored by Britain, France and the United States.Italy, Serbia and Bulgaria seized territory belonging to Turkey, Serbian extremists murdered an Austrian Archduke, Austria and Germany used it as an excuse to invade Serbia. Most people yawned or only felt slighly uneasy. The press gave little “play” to these stories, instead focusing on domestic issues and scandals.

    Then Germany invaded Belgium, and Britain and France felt they had no chance but to declare war. The United States joined them less than three years later. Perhaps if the Western democracies had paid more attention to these escalating conflicts before they arrived at their doorstep , war could have been avoided.

    Now PUtin’s Russia is committing aggression against Ukraine. If he is not sanctioned and firmly opposed, he might attempt to reconquer the Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia and Esthonia==which are members of NATP. Then the NATO treaty would compel the U.S. to go to war with Russia. We may suddenly wake up to the string eat and deafening roar of nuclear explosions.

    I don’t mean to negate your very fine post…. I head Dan Bongino expose it all on Youtube a few days ago although it had been on for at least a week and I’d ignored it. It’s still there.

    I want to go “biblical” for a moment…… There was NO voice “crying in the wilderness”.. you must get this straight, and go to the original Torah passage.

    It says … “A voice is calling -being Isaiah, it’s likely from Jerusalem, but it could have been anywhere… “Make a path in the wilderness for the LORD”…

    I checked this quote out many years ago from my own 5-6 Bibles and several others. The ONLY one that had the “voice crying in the wilderness” was the KJV… to add to it’s other over 3999 translation errors.
    If the voice crying out was in the wilderness, t would probably be that of a motorist who got a puncture.

  4. Levin and Hannity are worked up about this — unsurprizingly, I must say, since this news is far, far bigger than Watergate… with one BIG exception: Watergate was a media extravaganza. How is the media covering this corruption, sleaze and treason?

    I checked: Fox News? Nada. Breitbart? Nothing. Who’s left? Drudge Report? Nothing I can see. How about Sputnik? Forget it. Moscow Times? Debka? Jerusalem Post? Utah’s own KSL? I’m really reaching here… Believe me, NOBODY is talking about this except Levin and Hannity.

    So, what are they talking about? They’re talking about a caravan that has all the appearances of a Barnum and Bailey circus, with special flourishes from Pallywood. They’re talking about Russian-Ukrainian encounters in the Black Sea, which noboby gives a poop about. They’re talking about celebrities getting drunk and beating up their wives and neighbors, about prima dona singers giving their worthless opinions. They’re talking about red herrings, red herrings and red herrings. The whole internet smells like fish.

    …and Israpundit? Thank you, Ted, for posting this; but I don’t predict a great following on this thread. There’s nothing catchy or kitchy about it, no “Jews against the World” about it. It’s just about the US President… which reminds me. What does Donald Trump say about it?

    When Mueller does his final report, will he be covering all of his conflicts of interest in a preamble, will he be recommending action on all of the crimes of many kinds from those “on the other side”(whatever happened to Podesta?), and will he be putting in statements from………hundreds of people closely involved with my campaign who never met, saw or spoke to a Russian during this period? So many campaign workers, people inside from the beginning, ask me why they have not been called (they want to be). There was NO Collusion & Mueller knows it!

    One thing is really good about the recently concluded (Is it? Is it really over?) election: Paul Ryan is out; Mitch McConnell is out: Jeff Sessions is out, and others are due to follow. The Democrats may have gained the House, but they lost a LOT of RINOs. There’s also the possibility that most of the Phony News outlets will simply go belly up, and maybe take Facebook and others with them.

    A jolly good performance by The Great Levin. At least I enjoyed watching it.

The infamous “Steel Dossier”, supposedly written by a former British intelligence officer, that was commisioned by Fusion GPS and payed by Hillary Clinton in 2016, consisting in unverified, ridiculous lies about Donald Trump and Russia, but was nevertheless used by the FBI to get (illegally) a warrant for wiretapping on a secondary figure of the Trump Campaign, Carter Page…WAS NOT WRITTEN BY STEELE!
    Dan Bongino, the former Secret Service agent, in his new book, “Spygate”, has revealed that the text of the Dossier MATCHES ALMOST COMPLETELY with an article published over eleven years ago (April 17/2007) in the Wall Street Journal, written by… Glenn Simpson , co-founder of Fusion GPS! The title was “How lobbysts help X Soviets woo Washington”. All he had to do was to change some names, insert “Donald Trump”, and the Steel Dossier was magically born.
