Many countries are our “friends” but hardly any support us diplomatically.

By Ted Belman

TOI reports,

Russia’s embassy in Tel Aviv on Thursday excoriated the US for closing the PLO mission in Washington and for cutting funding for Palestinian refugees and hospitals in East Jerusalem, amid tensions between Moscow and Jerusalem over the Syrian downing of a Russian spy plane following an Israeli missile strike on a Syrian weapons facility.

“[The] closure of PLO office in Washington, US decisions on Jerusalem testify to attempts to undermine the well-known international basis for the Israeli-Palestinian settlement,” the mission wrote in a statement on its Twitter account. “We don’t understand recent funding cessation to UNRWA, refusal to help hospitals in Eastern Jerusalem.”

Russia is no different from all our “friends” who vote against us in the UN.

It seems they are willing to milk us for ecponomic benefits but aren’t willing to support us diplomatically. Luckily Nikki Haley on behalf of Trump is now saying that American Aid will only to to friends who support our policies. In other words, the aid is for friends only.

If only Israel could follow their lead.

  1. @ Sebastien Zorn:

I believe you’re right about being a threat, except that Trump has the forgotten people behind him which might maKe it a real fight. And I hope you’re right in your last point.
But the Dems may be ganovim and mamzerim, but not stupid…..although…they seem to love Arabs, especially YESHA Arabs. So they may be not all that bright,,.

A Liberal Reform Billionaire would be just what they need, They could corrupt the whole country by having someone with endless pockets, instead of, like today just the politicians. So far, $51 bill. He seems to almost double his wealth every couple of years. And here am I…having to potter along on a measly 10 or so. . ,

  2. @ Edgar G.:
Bloomberg is talking about running for President as an Anti-Trump Democrat in 2020. I think he would be a disaster for Israel. He is a Reform Jewish liberal who would undoubtedly feel an obligation to bend over backwards not to favor his own people.

And he would be a formidable candidate because he is the same kind of politically independent businessman/politican as Trump. He went from building a communications empire to Mayor of New York, running as an independent or as a Republican at different times, he started out as a Democrat, and he kept the city afloat financially for his 12 years in office.

Also, like Trump, he took no salary and paid for all of his own expenses as well as that of his daughter who he hired. Travel, everything.

Let’s hope the Democrats aren’t smart enough to pick him.

  3. @ Russell:

Being born in U.K. means nothing. I was born in Ireland and it means nothing, My parents escaped from shtetls in Latvia. Ireland, was only a sojourning stop, and we were shown every day that we were resented and hated. We made the best of it we could. Israel came about whilst I was growing up. You should, feel the same about the U.k. Ireland proves every day that it’s the most Jew-Hating country in Europe and it bothers me not a bit. Just a bunch of ignorant, malignant goyim, who are what they have always been. . England also has always been a “genteel” Jew-Hating country, pretending it wasn’t.

Jews in America are only accepted-sort of- when they become non-Jews, as we have been seeing, with so many Jews in name only, and Jewish Jews are never really accepted anywhere except in Israel.

    Or maybe the North Pole.

  4. Theresa May condemns anti-semitism in Britain claiming to be a “Friend” but Britain normally abstains on absurd and disgraceful UN Resolutions. She is a hypocrite, makes me ashamed of my country of birth.
