The only way he can remain in office after heis term limit is up is if there is an extreme national emergency. Now what do you expect to happen so extreme or catastrophic to keep him in power???
Extending by law presidential term limits with a Republican house and Senate is a non starter.

Many Israelis who were for the Oslo process are now against it. Pointing why the beliefs are wrong in lieu of calling them viles has a better chance of positive change. May not happen in many cases but certainly happens in some. Acting towards them like they are creatures from the evil planet will be divisive.

One must realize that many immigrants to Israel over the years who did not come voluntarily but were brought to Israel in many cases to escape persecution or worse were never Zionists, never loyal to the State and in many cases worked feverishly against the state. Many over the years left but many assumed primary positions in our national and cultural institutions. They have set the general tone since 1948. Not because they constitute a majority but due to undue influence based on their positions even though a small minority.
