I wrote this letter to Toronto activists today.

I propose to invite Pamela Geller and Ezra Levant to participate in a public debate with two of the ablist in support of the Rabbis’ position, hopefully one senior Rabbi and one Academic or Federation macher.
The question would have to be carefully constructed but in essence the debate would be about whether Pamela and those who are on her side are right in calling out Islam and Islamists by telling the truth and warning of the dangers or whether the Rabbis and their fellow liberals are right to make nice and pursuing dialogue at the expense of telling the truth.
I would be happy to help raise money to promote the debate. I think that the audience will number well over 1,000.
This debate would get international attention.
The biggest problem would be to get two people to debate them. Any suggestions?
If any Americans or Canadians are up to the task of debating Pamela Geller and Ezra Levant, step right up. Abe Foxman, how about you?
@ Rahamim Akerib:
I am looking for people who can support the Rabbi’s position.
The debate should be held in Jerusalem to give it the highest exposure. The TBR should be part of the debate to Geller/Levant. After all they are the opposition.
Hi, I will be glad to contribute towards such a debate to be held in Montreal. The Rabbis action in Toronto reminds me of the history of the Jews around the world for centuries whereby they just cowered and paid extra taxes. The last time they rose and fought was at the time of the Romans. We must stand up and be counted. If we are as we claim to be the beacon for the world, then let us raise our heads and teach the world about the true faces of Jihad.
Ted, to find a couple of Pamela’ s critics, who would be willing to sit down with her and Ezra Levant, to rationally debate the dangers of the global jihad, is going to be like trying to find the proverbial needle in the haystack!
Good luck! 🙂
Abe Foxman? Must be kidding! He’s fat and comfortable. No way he would want to embarrass himself by tangling with Pamela. After all, he’s got his dwindling list of leftish funders to care for. He doesn’t want to look bad and run the risk of having to close more offices.
