At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.
Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is now representing one of the State Department employees. She told Fox News her client and some of the others, who consider themselves whistle-blowers, have been threatened by unnamed Obama administration officials.
“I’m not talking generally, I’m talking specifically about Benghazi – that people have been threatened,” Toensing said in an interview Monday. “And not just the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA.”Toensing declined to name her client. She also refused to say whether the individual was on the ground in Benghazi on the night of Sept. 11, 2012, when terrorist attacks on two U.S. installations in the Libyan city killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.
However, Toensing disclosed that her client has pertinent information on all three time periods investigators consider relevant to the attacks: the months that led up to the attack, when pleas by the ambassador and his staff for enhanced security in Benghazi were mostly rejected by senior officers at the State Department; the eight-hour time frame in which the attacks unfolded, and the eight-day period that followed the attacks, when Obama administration officials incorrectly described them as the result of a spontaneous protest over a video.
“It’s frightening, and they’re doing some very despicable threats to people,” she said. “Not ‘we’re going to kill you,’ or not ‘we’re going to prosecute you tomorrow,’ but they’re taking career people and making them well aware that their careers will be over [if they cooperate with congressional investigators].”
If Benghazi is “old news” and congressional hearings are “a partisan witch hunt,” why the threats? Why keep the 34 men and women who were in Benghazi and evacuated after the attacks from talking to Congress?
The question isn’t whether the Obama administration’s narrative about what happened before, during, and after the attacks is unraveling. It is. The question is does anyone in the rest of the media care about the truth?
When Rep. Trey Gowdy said over the weekend that new hearings on Benghazi by the Government Oversight Committee would be “explosive,” he apparently wasn’t exaggerating. There is also a special operations member who claims that the Obama administration could have flown military assets to Benghazi within 4 hours – plenty of time to deal with the second attack on the safe house.
This is why the administration just wishes Benghazi would just go away. So much of what they said about it has been contradicted or shown to be false, that getting to the truth is now a necessity. Americans died and Congress wants answers. This next round of hearings should give us some interesting ones.

The film is based on speculation with no smoking gun… Need someone close to the President to whistle-blow. The attack from what I have understood were Al-Qaeda not MB.
That there was a coverup is clear but what and why it happened is still in the conspiracy theory realm till provable information can come to light. If Victoria Toensing is involved it might produce something. I know her and she is one of the old legal war horses that is always on the right side and she is tough.

So President Barack Obama’s civilian appointees who lead the Pentagon are confirming that the military will make it a crime–possibly resulting in imprisonment–for those in uniform to share their faith. This would include chaplains—military officers who are ordained clergymen of their faith (mostly Christian pastors or priests, or Jewish rabbis)–whose duty since the founding of the U.S. military under George Washington is to teach their faith and minister to the spiritual needs of troops who come to them for counsel, instruction, or comfort.
This regulation would severely limit expressions of faith in the military, even on a one-to-one basis between close friends. …:

If what the WCFJ claims is true, then the entire administration is guilty of high treason.”

Dear Honey Bee: The Benghazi killing of Ambassador Stevens and the three others could have been for gun running and any one of several other crimes, but I truly believe the main purpose was to get Ambassador Stevens kidnapped, taken to a safe house, and held while Hero Obama brokered his release by trading the Blind Shiekh to Morsi of Egypt. Think about all of the un-answered questions the news media asked. Every one of those questions would be answered by the video produced by The Western Center For Journalism. If you haven’t already done it, go to your search engine and type in BENGHAZI A BOTCHED KIDNAPPING. The video is all over the internet, but our media is totally silent on it. Then, write to Victoria Toensing at dt@diGenovaToensing.com and ask her to look into it.

What you are saying is very important and eventually this information needs to be examined by the media and the public.
The plan to exchange the “Blind Sheikh” for the kidnapped Stevens made this an almost ironclad, incident-free, staged kidnapping followed by a negotiated release to make Obama look like a hero.
Speculation: The Islamist factions that attacked Benghazi were shocked by the defense put up by two navy seals and perhaps terrorists other than Obama’s terrorist kidnappers were upset with Libyan weapons transfers to Syrian Al Qaeda factions (and, like Hezbollah, they were on Iran’s and Assad’s side).
It will be interesting to find out more.

It is the worship of Molech all over again, so to speak. These people (Clinton, Napolitano, Biden, etc.) sacrificing human beings for “powerful political interests” do so as a means of making of Obama a king, whose power, incidently, will someday extend beyond that of the president of the USA. I know for a fact that Victoria Toensing is aware of the video (produced by The Western Center For Journalism) that a Whitehouse insider claims Benghazi was a botched kidnapping so Obama could be the hero by trading away the Blind Sheikh to Egypt to get back Ambassador Stevens. The whole thing was designed to be a CAKE-WALK in which the Jihadists would simply walk into the building with no resistance, take Ambassador Stevens unhurt to a safe house, and hold him until Obama offered the Blind Sheikh. If you have not seen the video, simply type in “BENGHAZI A BOTCHED KIDNAPPING” and you will see a dozen links to this story. This scenario answers all of those un-answered questions about the poor security at Benghazi, why the CIA and those two Seals were ordered to stand down, why The General of AFRICOM and a Navy Admiral were fired for initiating a rescue attempt, and most important, why the perpetrators will never be apprehended. If the scenario The Western Center For Journalism is true, then Imam Obama is guilty of HIGH TREASON. But for some reason – threats from the Whitehouse? – not a single newscaster has even referenced the video.

Why is BenGhazi not worse than Watergate? No one died in the Watergate affair. Nixon resigned. People went to jail. America was strengthened by the open investigation. The truth became known. BenGhazi is far more serious with its cover up of deaths that could have been avoided or mitigated by proper decisions. America seems to have regressed to the point of allowing and justifying human sacrifices to propitiate powerful interests. Our poor efforts will come to naught in this tainted atmosphere.
