Establishing Facts In The Field

THE OUTPOST METHOD – PALESTINIAN STYLE
In Recent Months The Palestinians Have Settled Dozens Of Points All Around Judea And Samaria – The Method: Erecting Prefabricated Buildings In A Few Hours, While The Monitors Are On A Break – The High Court Will Soon Be Compelled To Decide On The Volatile Issue.
A few weeks before Passover 2011 a factory in the industrial zone of Mishor Adumim received an exceptional order. The factory produces prefabricated buildings. The Palestinian customer asked to receive urgently more than 80 prefabricated buildings. The factory owner had never encountered such a large or urgent order, but he fulfilled it on schedule. Some weeks later while the civil administration monitors were on a Passover break, hundreds of Palestinians came to the area in Nahal Kidar under Ma’aleh Adumim and in a short time erected all the buildings.
In recent months the outposts that settlers in Judea and Samaria have erected became material for headlines, after the High Court ordered the state to evacuate the Migron outpost and five buildings in the Ulpana neighborhood in Beit El. But it appears that in recent years the Palestinians adopted the outpost method, and they create facts through quick building in the style of “Tower and Stockade”. In the assessment of figures in the field, the Palestinian outposts are taking up thousands of dunam.
In 2009, after a long political freeze, the prime minister of the PA Salem Fayyad revealed a plan whose purpose was dedication of the territory in anticipation of declaration of a Palestinian state. Among the clauses of the plan which received the name “Fayyad Plan” the PA prime minister stated his intention to acquire as much land as possible in Territory C. In recent months dozens of Palestinian outposts were erected in the area of Judea and Samaria: in Mt. Hebron, along the Jerusalem – Dead Sea highway, adjacent to the Begin highway in Jerusalem (in the part that connects to highway 443) and in various points in Samaria. In each one of the outposts the Palestinians have erected between three and dozens of buildings, and next to each one is a yellow water holder and a generator, on which the Palestinian Authority symbol is displayed.
The most extensive building operations took place during the break of the civil administration monitors. The method that worked very well in Nahal Kidar has been repeated since then in dozens of additional points all around Judea and Samaria. During the night, on holidays, during breaks, and on Shabbat, dozens of Palestinians come to the territory and quickly erect the buildings.
The law enables the civil administration monitors to disqualify a building only if it is in building stage. If the building is completed, a destruction order must be issued. The administration does issue orders, and the Palestinians in response petition the high court. The Supreme Court judges demand that the state prosecutor provide justifications for destroying the buildings, and until a response comes down the outposts multiply in the territory on practically a daily basis.
“Robbery In Broad Daylight”
Establishment of the outposts is liable to have far reaching political significance for Israel. During negotiations the state will find itself in a disadvantageous opening position while the Palestinians are in fact already settling thousands of dunam, the lion’s share of which is located inside what is accepted as “the settlement bloc”.
The Regavim movement which deals with tracking and documenting illegal building by Arabs in the green line and the territories, filed a petition this week to the high court demanding that it order destruction of dozens of buildings out of the hundreds that have been erected in the Palestinian outposts. The petition includes proof of state ownership of the land and aerial photos that document their swift proliferation. “What the Palestinians are doing is land theft in broad daylight, emanating from a clear political objective of the PA to take control over as much state land as possible,” said Oved Arad, Regavim’s coordinator for Judea and Samaria.
A defense official commented on the situation also. “There is no doubt but that the Palestinians have learnt how to bend the Israeli system,” he said. “They are duplicating the method of “Tower and Stockade” and then they know how to elicit the protection of the court. The massive theft of land has to concern us very much, and the court should relate to the situation with great severity.”
@ CuriousAmerican:
wrong again in your interpretation but as you said no theology.
You mistake speaking the truth for arrogance.
“‘When you go forth to battle against your enemies’ (Deut. 20:1)… What is meant by ‘against your enemies‘? G-d said, ‘Confront them as enemies. Just as they show you no mercy, so should you not show them mercy.’”
G-d is described as follows (Ex. 15:3): “The L-rd is the Master of war, ‘Hashem’ is His name.” Despite His name being “Hashem,” a name indicating mercy, He is still “Master of war.”
(Isaiah 48:22), “The L-rd says to the wicked, ‘There is no peace.'”
Who won the “covenant of peace,” the everlasting reward of peace, if not Pinchas? Pinchas acted zealously on G-d’s behalf, taking G-d’s revenge, and becoming the first mashuach milchamah, or kohen anointed to lead the nation in war (Deut. 20:2-4). Yet G-d said (Num. 25:12), “Tell him that I have given him My covenant of PEACE.”
Eccles. 3:1,8,11: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven… a time for war and a time for peace… He has made everything beautiful in its time. Peace is surely a magnificent thing, but only when its time comes. As with any other trait, G-d “made everything beautiful – in its time.” To apply a trait in an inappropriate time or place is a foul deed. It is just so with war and peace. Each has a time, and that time is learned from the laws of war and peace scattered throughout the Torah. Since peace is limited to its own time, it follows that in wartime all traits associated with love, kindness and mercy are redefined. It is then kind and merciful to go to war against the wicked.
“There is ‘a time to kill’ – during war; ‘and a time to heal’ – during peace. There is ‘a time to break down’ – during war; ‘and a time to build up’ – during peace… There is ‘a time to seek’ – during peace; ‘and a time to lose’ – during war. There is ‘a time to rend’ – during war; ‘and a time to sew’ – during peace… There is ‘a time to love’ – during peace; ‘and a time to hate’ – during war.
There is ‘a time for war’ – during war; ‘and a time for peace’ – during peace.”
Interpret This last verse if you can? 🙂

Jews may not be all that good but compared to everyone else we are saints. Especially those nihilistic antisemitic Scandinavians who still pray to Oden and worship trees. Whether Jews admit to belief in the G-d of Israel or not they still tower over most Gentiles in keeping most of the moral ethical teachings in the Torah. Most still keep many of the Jewish traditions and commandments. Consider us as our G-d’s experimental mice. We are used by Hashem in his program for the human race. We serve his purpose
“and the nations shall know that I am the Lord when I shall be sanctified through YOU before their eyes“.
“The woman said to him [Jesus], ‘Sir, I perceive that you are a prophet. Our fathers worshiped on this mountain; and you say that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.’ Jesus said to her, ‘Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for Salvation is from the Jews.'” (John 4:19-22)

Mexican–American War
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Mexican–American War, also known as the First American Intervention, the Mexican War, or the U.S.–Mexican War,[4][5] was an armed conflict between the United States of America and Mexico from 1846 to 1848 in the wake of the 1845 U.S. annexation of Texas, which Mexico considered part of its territory despite the 1836 Texas Revolution.
American forces quickly occupied New Mexico and California, then invaded parts of Northeastern Mexico and Northwest Mexico; meanwhile, the Pacific Squadron conducted a blockade, and took control of several garrisons on the Pacific coast further south in Baja California. After Mexico would still not agree to the cession of its northern territories, another American army captured Mexico City, and the war ended in victory of the U.S.
The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo specified the major consequence of the war: the forced Mexican Cession of the territories of Alta California and New Mexico to the U.S. in exchange for $18 million. In addition, the United States forgave debt owed by the Mexican government to U.S. citizens. Mexico accepted the Rio Grande as its national border, and the loss of Texas.
American territorial expansion to the Pacific coast had been the goal of President James K. Polk, the leader of the Democratic Party.[6] However, the war was highly controversial in the U.S., with the Whig Party and anti-slavery elements strongly opposed. Heavy American casualties and high monetary cost were also criticized. The political aftermath of the war raised the slavery issue in the U.S., leading to intense debates that pointed to civil war; the Compromise of 1850 provided a brief respite.
In Mexico, terminology for the war include (primera) intervención estadounidense en México (United States’ (First) Intervention in Mexico), invasión estadounidense a México (The United States’ Invasion of Mexico), and guerra del 47 (The War of 1847).
America did not steal the territory. Americans outnumbered the Mexicans 10 to 1 at the time even before the war. The Mexican Californios were considering joining the USA, even before the war; and Mexico started the war.
While not perfect, it was not horrible. In 1958, during Jim Crow, San Antonio elected a Hispanic Mayor.
New Mexico was officially bilingual on the day it became a state.
You truly are vain and vicious.
What an atitude?!
You are not better. You are equal. Read Ezekiel 36:22-24 where God says the Jewish people have profaned His name in the diaspora.

I understand the religious point of view.
However, I’m not religious. I just base my opinion on reality as I perceive it. I don’t claim anything beyond that. But since I don’t live in Israel, it really doesn’t count anyway.
1) The evil perpetrated on Jews by Western powers and Muslims (sometimes in mutual alliance) has been enormous. Therefore I don’t underestimate what they can still do to Jews. Yes, I’m afraid.
2) That evil spills over into Israel due to globalization and the Israeli ruling elite’s own twisted interests. Therefore we should be cautious regarding anyone – big or small – in areas of influence.
3) Considering the national and international ruling elites’ immense power, it’s better to opt for legal means of social, judicial, and political change. Israelis have not even availed themselves of them in issues such as borders yet.
That’s why I always advocate proceeding in ways that are strictly within national and international law, particularly on controversial issues regularly discussed on this blog.

There are ways and ways of achieving a goal. The ones I listed regarding the absorption of PA Arabs into a fully Israeli Yesha, plus some divine help, could result in positive changes in unexpected ways.
CuriousAmerican Said:
They were and still are allied with the arab/muslim entities which drove out the Jews. These entities did it, and still do, to punish the Jews for the actions of Israel. The so called palestinian arabs are in complete agreement with killing and driving out all the jews. All areas of the former Palestine mandate Trust territories which are controlled by the arabs are today JEW FREE(gaza,jordan,west bank arab areas). Your dismissal with that statemnt regarding the Jewish refugees from arab lands show that for you it is a non issue and that everyone should instead be concerned with the arabs. Your anomalous stories were appropriately answered by Yamit better than I could. However, the question arises whether it is through ignorance of facts, and just stumbling on anomalies, which guides your reasoning or is it as I suspect: that you are a very disingenuous person. I do not believe you are ignorant of the facts but rather that you have an agenda. I believe your agenda is a form of jew baiting. This jew baiting takes on the appearance of frank rational discussion and therefore the Jews take you seriously. This jew baiting takes advantage of jewish trust and gullibility. From my point of view I must say that “your slip is showing”. There must be reciprocation on the jewish refugee issue.
@ CuriousAmerican:
So after America stole Mexican territory they granted citizenship to the indigenous peoples? I guess some would consider that a step up from enslaving them?
Ask any Hispanic how long it took them to actualize their rights as full citizens. Even today in some states and communities Hispanics are still discriminated against.
In light of American history I don’t think you should bring up facts that make you appear any more hypocritical than you already project.
Voting is democracy? Since when? Especially in single party dictatorships. Are you so obtuse or….?
Yes we are better than the Arabs as well as everyone else. Two reasons: Jewish ethics and because we are The Chosen People.
The Jews’ status as chosen people is politically incorrect. The concept is not racist: unlike the black/white skin-color distinction, anyone can join the chosen people by converting properly. Of course, it’s better to be chosen than not. Chosen-ness means the greatest imaginable advantage in the most valuable sphere of all, in the transcendental realm. The Torah is explicit: Jews were chosen in order to raise us up (Exodus 20:17).
In our prayers, we thank Hashem for having chosen us from among all nations and exalting us above all towns. It’s great to be chosen by the biggest authority in the universe.
It’s hard to live chosen. Jews have many more religious obligations than Gentiles, and therefore more dangers of transgressing them. Being a good Jew is tremendously more difficult than being a good Gentile. Many Jews do not live up to their chosen-ness, but we don’t believe that the divine choice was in vain.
@ CuriousAmerican:
This is not theological it’s political and relevant. You can’t explain why my interpretation is false because it isn’t. I can always back up what I say and not from non Jewish sources when dealing with Jewish subjects.
@ CuriousAmerican:
Every Arab considers himself as part of the Umma!! Arabic word for community, especially the Islamic community. The Arabic word umma, derived from umm (“mother”), is a term used in Islam to denote the worldwide community of the faithful. In the twentieth century, the term was sometimes used by Arabs to mean “nation” in a political sense, both in global terms (the pan-Arab umma) and local terms (a specific nation).
More anecdotal crap in place of facts and verifiable evidence? You repeatedly use any anomaly to justify your less than factual contentions.
Truth is that the King of Morocco was enriched by his Jews and did use his office and influence (descendent of the prophet)to protect some Jews. That said he like all Muslim reactionary rulers used the Jews as scapegoats when it was convenient. 90% of an ancient population does not wake up one morning and flee their ancestral homeland leaving everything of value behind. They left to save their lives and the Jew loving King was part of the process by omission or commission. What the hell difference does it make then or now? The Israeli government should redirect all payments to the PA to a fund to compensate Jews who came as refugees and their families. In that way indirectly the Arabs will pay for their perfidy.

We already have a blueprint and instructions of how to treat the Arabs or any non Jew in the Land of Israel and there is no need to do otherwise and make new rules edicts and reverse the divine instructions.
I can expound on this if necessary.
Joshua reinterpreted this commandment relating to the remnant of the Canaanites who were not killed or driven out to a status of second class residents having no political power and many restrictions of alien residents. Their civil and personal rights would be respected and guaranteed by law. So far as they were loyal to the Jews and the Jewish national politi. Enemies are killed or driven out and there will not be any intermingling between Jews and non Jewish aliens. They were not permitted freedom of pagan worship in the Land of Israel.
The Palestinians of 1948 were not the Arabs who expelled Jews from Morocco, Syria, Jordan, etc. You do not like to be held responsible for the crimes of bad Jews … likewise, neither should you hold Palestinians responsible for the crimes of other Arabs.
BTW: I know Sephardi, where I live. One told me that the King of Morooco liked the Jews; it was the mobs he could not control. The man was a doctor, whose family left Morocco in the 1950s, voluntarily. It was not always black and white; though I know Iraq had savage pogroms.
I could explain to you why your interpretation is false, but Mr. Belman has threatened those who get off into theological debates.
CuriousAmerican Said:
You are cherry picking verses that support your inane theology but there are also these verses and if you accept some you must to be consistent accept all others in context which you don’t.
Josh 6:21. And they completely destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.
The Book of Joshua is the Jews political blueprint and it’s ultimate political manifesto. Time for the Jews in our time to revisit and relearn what the Book of Joshua is teaching.
Those who remain loyal to the Jews and the Jewish state may remain as long as their numbers do not reach a level where they could threaten either the Jewish culture of the state or it’s political stability. They will have no political rights and cannot hold any public office or own property

You appear to be a legal or moral force to be reckoned with. However, it is curious to me that you have not replied to my focus on the jewish refugees from arab lands. What law, from God or otherwise, says that the arab receivers of stolen jewish propety must be rewarded with citizenship. what law states that Jews must give citizenship to those who maintain JEW FREE areas(gaza,west ban, jordan, etc, (no tokens please.) Perhaps it is you who is no better than the arabs as you appear to be trying to convince jews that their salvation lies in suicide, giving away what is theirs, accepting jew killers as citizens and generally using age old cons to cheat jews out of Justice. It is true that the jews have been prone to such swindles before. When all reason and right fail then one can always rely on the jews self sabotage and guilt complexes. The jews are still begging at the table of their european swindling masters rather than giving them the justice they deserve.
Righteousness exalteth a nation Pro 14:34, not might
You have to offer them citizenship. If they do not accept it fine; but it has to be offered otherwise you are not better than the Arabs. Remember that most Arabs in East Jerusalem do not take up citizenship, though it is still offerred to them.
CuriousAmerican Said:
There is nothing new in this phrase as it is intentionally. People like you always throw up a double standard and circus hoops for the jews to jump through. I dont care what the US did or others did. If international law did not protect the jews in their expelling from arab countries then it is worthless and should be ignored. Only might and military can secure a future for the Jews. People like you will always invent the rationalizations for why Jews should lose out. Please dont keep repeating arguments that have no value.
CuriousAmerican Said:
This statement makes no sense. Jews already have the right to settle west of jordan river according to san remo, league of nations and UN charter which is binding in international law whether teritory is annexed or not. there is also the argument that as the ceding of transjordan as a jew free state was illegal, as a violation of the mandate trust they also have the right to settle the rest of the palestine mandate land. Annexation does not necessitate citizenship. I have already mentioned the alternatives: primarily transfer as a population exchange to account for the jewish refugees from the lands of the other belligerents and the creation of jew free jordan on the palestine mandate territory.
The automatic citizenship issue has been used to scuttle even the mere talk of sovereignty for Yesha.
Opponents of Jewish sovereignty have inflated Arab demographics.
And then they play on Jewish guilt by saying, How could you even think of having a population without citizenship, just like an Apartheid state.
Israelis should see through this emotional manipulation.
There are several facts to consider:
– PA Arabs already have – or had – Jordanian citizenship. They would only need residency and the right to vote in municipal elections.
– If offered Israeli citizenship, Arabs may decline due to their own leaders’ pressure. That’s Arab politics.
– And if they are interested in obtaining citizenship, they would have to apply individually. They would need to fulfill certain requirements, such as a clean criminal record, and a solemn oath of allegiance to Israel, promising to obey all the laws of the country. –
And go through a preliminary period of probation, just as it is done in every other country. Five years, for example.
Children of non-citizens don’t have to get automatic Israeli citizenship.
– Financial incentives could be offered to Arabs interested in relocating abroad. A fund for this purpose could be created by donations at home and abroad. Polls always indicate that a large percentage of young PA Arab families would prefer to live abroad.
Israeli sovereignty over Yesha would offer many practical advantages:
Among them, it would open all that area to settlement. Aliyah would soar. Housing would be made more affordable. Policing and environmental control would be made easier.
And then all the obvious security advantages.
Actually Jews can vote in Syria, and Iran.
The issue here is simple: ARE YOU BETTER THAN THE ARABS?!
History here works against you.
When the USA annexed the Southwest in 1848, even the Mexicans were offered US citizenship, even though they already had Mexican nationality.
Same with the Hawaiian, and Alaskan annexation.
If you want the right to settle, you have to annex … and offer citizenship.
The USA had a second class citizenship on the Philippines, but it had NO plans of annexing it and no plans of American colonization. It was a stewardship at best, and 48 years later, it was given Independence.
When France annexed Corsica, the Corsicans became equal French, including one Buonoparte family, from whom Napoleon Bonaparte sprang.
The “only democracy in the Mideast” cannot do otherwise.
CuriousAmerican Said:
Apparently the jews must do what no one else does. The “palestinians” for the most part have not been given citizenship in other arab lands which they occupy. These “worries” about what citizenship the arabs occupying the west ban have were not a worry when the jews fled from arab/muslim lands. what happened then to the geneva conventions and international law? The only way to “legalise” the jewish transfers is to consider them to be the first part of an exchange of populations between all the combatants of the arab israeli wars. I am much more interested in justice for the jews than land for the arabs/muslims. they have land beyond a gluttons wildest dreams already. but greed know no bounds.
CuriousAmerican Said:
where are the rights of jews in arab countries? The west bank arabs were given citizenship by jordan. apparently this was later withdrawn, is that legal? There are many alternatives to giving citizenship. Your perspectives would receive greater acceptance on the haaretz site.
@ yamit82: Hear, Hear! There is no reason to seek peace with those seeking to kill jews. In fact it is a good reason to decimate them!
CuriousAmerican Said:
It can declare Oslo breached on many fundamental points including continued incitement of anti semitism(which to a jew is important)It can then annex and transfer the arabs as it would be the quid pro quo for the transfer of jews from arab areas even after the the geneva conventions were in force. The completion of an exchange of populations. The former palestine mandate was illegally severed with the east bank being operated jew free. Therefore the west bank may be operated muslim free. I notice that countries like China are not so concerned with possible adverse interpretations of international law. When international law protects the jews then it has a reason to be meaningful.
@ CuriousAmerican:
A few points:
1) Even if Oslo was legally binding, considering that it violated previous international agreements – http://www.justicenow4israel.com/ – the Arabs did not fulfill their part. Therefore technically Oslo is no longer valid.
The Israeli government refuses to acknowledge this in order to pursue Israel’s partition at any cost.
2) The reason why Regavin may have used the terms “non-Jewish territorial contiguity” is that the Bedouin are in some ways culturally distinct from the general Arab population. A small number of them serve in the IDF. That difference has blurred in the last few years, though.
Still, Israelis are aware of that difference and that’s why Regavin may have grouped all of them as “non-Jewish” instead of “Arab”. That’s my interpretation.
3) I don’t see the evidence that Jews do not regard Arabs as human. In fact, all the evidence points to the contrary. Jews have endeavored to live in peace with the Arabs, and have provided those who remained in Israel after the War of Independence with full citizenship rights.
The personal feelings of Jews sensitive to the carnage perpetrated by Arabs on Jewish civilians are quite legitimate, though. However, Jewish restraint in face of constant incitement and terror should be recognized.
For years the world has had to put up with the idiocy of the Arab name for Israel, “the Zionist Entity.”
Well, apparently, the Jews have descended to this idiocy now.
At (1:06) this Regavim video refers to the Arabs as “a non-Jewish territorial contiguity.”
http://www.regavim.org.il/en/index.php/component/content/article/110 (1:06)
So now it is the “Zionist Entity” vs “the non-Jewish territorial continguity.”
What is a “non-Semitic personage” like me to do when confronted with such linguistic gobbledy-gook?
Both sides not only detest each other; but some do not recognize the other side as human. Some do not even recognize the other side as existing at all.
Regavim is in denial that Israel has signed Oslo.
Now maybe Israel should not have signed Oslo; but it did.
To that end, Israel, at this point, cannot claim Judea and Samaria as state land. Yet, for Regavim, who does not recognize the local Arabs at all, who relegates the Arabs to a “non-Jewish territorial contiguity,” any Arab building is theft of state land.
In order to claim Judea and Samaria as state land, Israel must void Oslo and annex Judea and Samaria.
But in annexing Judea and Samaria, it would have to give political rights to the Arabs, by offering them citizenship.
Regavim is deceptive.
@ yamit82:
If I were conspiracy minded and watched the hateful anti-religious and anti-settler sentiment among an influential sector of the population, and watched the continuous empowering of Arabs at the expense of Jewish security, and then remembered the British experience some years ago… well, if I were conspiracy minded I would start to wonder whether there is a method to the elite’s madness.
Labour wanted mass immigration to make UK more multicultural, says former adviser.
“The huge increases in migrants over the last decade were partly due to a politically motivated attempt by ministers to radically change the country and rub the Right’s nose in diversity, according to Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett.
“He said Labour’s relaxation of controls was a deliberate plan to open up the UK to mass migration.”

One has to wonder what are authorities thinking when they see the disastrous results of their withdrawals from Sinai and Gaza – and still want to carry out another withdrawal, whether through an agreement or through the establishment of irreversible Arab facts on the ground.
I don’t believe that your politicians are consciously aiming at the weakening of Jewish Israel, but there are international powers and a Jewish leftist minority doing all they can to achieve just that. And they have clout.
The alliance between anti-Semites and the deranged Jewish left doesn’t need an army to defeat Jewish Israel. All they need is to push for a certain policy here and another policy there – with the happily collaborating leftist media creating the proper atmosphere for their implementation – and then wait for effects to take place. Much can be achieved with time and patience.
@ Canadian Otter:
I think corrupt, political cowardice and totally incompetent are terms more fitting and to the point.
If they are dishonest what standards of honesty do you support to contrast their ‘dishonesty’?
The answer is to round em up and move em out, dispersed to the four corners of the world but no more concentrations along our borders.
No Arabs no terror.
No Arabs no problems.
The only good Arab….!
True, but they will counter that establishment of Jewish settlements will have far reaching political significance for the “Palestinian” Arabs.
Agreed, but this view comes only if you accept Israel’s right to the land. The “Palestinian” Arabs say it is Jewish settlements which are settling thousands of dunams. The Arabs say they are already at a disadvantaged position due already accomplished Jewish settlements.
Here, the PA would say the settlement block itself is the illegal action.
When Israel signed Oslo, it made itself open for this. Oslo said no side would take unilateral actions which would affect the final outcome. But building Jewish settlements, according to Israel, will be taken into account in the final outcome. So Israel did take unilateral actions which will affect the final outcome. Israel is certainly more moral, but it has broken Oslo as much as the PA. The PA is merely copying Israeli tactics.
The problem here is that Israel signed Oslo.
This would be funny, were it not so tragic.
Did Israel formally annex the land? When? If not, this is not “state land” and not theft but merely illegal use of contested areas, which because of Oslo, both sides are guilty of.
I can hear the Arab response. What the Zionists are doing is land theft in broad daylight, emanating from a clear political objective of the Zionists to take control over as much [Palestinian] state land as possible.”
Imitation is the sicerest form of flattery.
And Israeli methods, as well.
Which is what the Zionists did in their early days.
This is rank hypocrisy … EVEN THOUGH I AGREE WITH ISRAEL.
The Arabs are merely copying Zionist tactics.
I may not agree with the Arabs, but you can’t fault them for using your methods.
Only if Israel formally annexed the provinces. Did Israel annex Judea and Samaria? Maybe it should, but until it does, it is merely misuse of contested lands, which is what the Jewish settlers do.
Do not blame me. I did not sign Oslo.
Regavim has a map of Israel
http://a7.org/pictures/313/313474.jpg
The map assumes Israel has official ownership of the whole land.
Now maybe Israel should; but Israel signed Oslo. Do not blame me. Blame Rabin.
Until Israel repudiates Oslo, Regavim has no standing.
If Israel annexes the land, it has to award citizenship to the Arabs. It cannot offer them Jordanian citizenship.
When America annexed the Southwest it did not offer Mexican citizenship to the local Hispanics, it offered them American citizenship.
I understand Israel’s predicament. But Regavim’s methods are dishonest.
The answer is either to pay the Arabs to leave or import enough Jews that annexation can occur than the Arabs still be given the vote.
Bedouin in Negev too. REGAVIM org has been monitoring the huge expansion of illegal Bedouin construction, and challenging it whenever they can, but it’s an impossible task unless the general public mobilizes too.
The houses are there for anyone to see. Nothing secret about them. The government not only tolerates this but even builds schools for them – in illegal towns.
Here is a short video

And an eight-minute video:
http://www.regavim.org.il/en/index.php/component/content/article/110
It shows how land already occupied by Israeli Arabs plus these expanding Bedouin illegal Negev towns are shaping up on the map as a contiguous Muslim area which may at some point separate from Israel.

It’s rather puzzling how these illegal buildings go up with no opposition from the general population. Israel is such a tiny country, these construction sites can’t be hard to spot.

AUTHORITIES PROTECT ARAB ILLEGAL HOUSING
“Access to many of the municipal areas where illegal construction is booming is controlled by the IDF, due to their location beyond Israel’s security wall that winds through western Judea and Samaria, and Jerusalem.
“Activists charge senior IDF and police officials systemically refused to carry out demolition orders in eastern Jerusalem, or even allow inspectors access, frequently citing “security concerns” as the reason for inaction.”

NOT ENOUGH MUSLIMS IN ISRAEL? LET MORE AFRICANS IN?
As if Israel didn’t have enough trouble with rapidly increasing Arab population, the government is still unwilling to deal with the African invasion. Oh, they talk about it. And make suggestions. And try to persuade South Sudan to take them back, please. This has been going on FOR YEARS. But the infiltrators keep coming in at a rate of 300 to 500 A DAY.
“Interior Defense Minister Yitzchak Aharonovich addressed the issue of the illegal African aliens at the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station Wednesday: “This is a national problem. The fence is an improvement, but there are still 300-500 aliens coming in daily.
“We also have to remove those already here. They should each be given a passport, a plane ticket and $1,000 cash. We have prepared 2,000 places in prison for illegal aliens, but the Interior Ministry still has not actively enforced alien law.’ (Maariv)”

($1000 in cash? Brilliant. There won’t be 500 but 5000 a day coming in.)
The longer these Africans stay in Israel, the harder it will be to remove them. They will eventually need housing too, maybe their own towns.
500 a day – plus their offspring – over the years and decades. The math is mindboggling.
What about handing them over to the UNHCR or UNRWA? It’s their job to look after refugees. Migrants can be just sent back. With only lunch money.
Israel is being slowly undermined by Muslim demographics, anti-Zionism, political ineptitude and Jewish disunity.

And one more gem from this month’s news:
PA ARABS – NO NEED TO SNEAK IN, JUST TAKE THE BUS
PA Arabs are able to travel to the heart of central Israel without the need to go through any security checks, simply by boarding a bus.
“The Afikim (bus) company stated that it is obligated to abide by the rules set by the Transportation Ministry, among them Article 434, which requires drivers to provide transport to any passenger who purchases a ticket. There cannot be discrimination.”
At no point are their IDs checked or baggage inspected.

If I were conspiracy-minded, I would think that authorities are actually allowing Israel to become a Muslim state.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
these acts are a blatant display of ‘arabs do what is good for the arabs’, knowing full well that no repercussions are to follow, or if they would, they would be laughably anemic and edentulous.
shoyn.
my question (actually, my silent SCREAM!!!!!) is
why aren’t jews doing what is good for the jews, which would translate into first and formost eliminate the enemy!!!
it really does not get more basic than this.
is the best that we can hope for is to always plan for trying to outsmart the arabs and their insidious methods? there will always be ‘something else’!
shouldn’t we deal with the SOURCE of the problem and ELIMINATE it ???
again.
the late (unfortunately) rabbi kahane was right.
THEY MUST GO!
