“There is something happening down here tonight. Twice we’ve heard explosions without the Red Dawn warning siren. It sounds like Israeli artillery into the Gaza strip. I am 10 km from Gaza border, houses are shaking and we are hearing a deep boom.
As best I can tell, this is outgoing fire from Israel into Gaza.
