My comments were in response to the video clip. There are certain “Armageddonites” that preach a certain doctrine and that doctrine is prevalent in many evangelical circles. We see more that Beck isn’t talking about simple politics but is promoting a certain religious dogma, a certain brand of Armageddonism. He now speaks of antichrists which causes a person to consider what eschatology is he promoting. Those who believe Xtians will be on earth during the “Great Tribulation” are the most dangerous. If and when that time comes a person should just be careful not to be caught up in some frenzy that is reminiscent of times past. Once blood is drawn from vilified Jews that taste will create a hunger that isn’t easily satisfied. All one has to do is read the news articles of the pogroms around Odessa in the late 1800’s. Fortunately my parents left just before and didn’t have to see what happened. We are on the road to that time again.

Christianity, like all other religions has gone through many changes during past centuries.
Example (they are no longer torturing heretics, etc) The Pope has even exonerated the Jews.

First of all here’s a video snip of Beck on Jews. Since his speech was on being the victim or being the conqueror the remark about what the “Jews” did stands on its own and was not part of the victim. Therefore, any attempt to whitewash it doesn’t “stand”.

This was on the subject of “collective salvation” and “liberation theology”. Little does he know that Judaism does teach collective salvation. And this is where his damage is being done. Xtians are unaware the spiritual devastation that Beck and others are perpetrating. When virtually every Jew is bound to each other then is when the true New World Order will begin.
So, when a person attempts to pit one Jew against another and create disunity then this creates havoc in the spiritual realms and HaKadosh Borchu creates havoc on earth. Our community had a large Jewish population and they like the majority of all of us were all registered democrats.
And as you stated they all Jewish, Italians, Polkas, Irish and Lebanese voted for the straight democratic ticket.
I was originally registered democratic but found I was more of a conservative who supported Barry Goldwater decided I could not follow a ticket regardless what party.
I believe most conservatives will split their vote while democrats still vote the ticket.

Most Jews in America were brought up in democratic households. They didn’t vote the candidate, they voted the
ticket. I was no differently brought up. That Roosevelt was an anti semite was not even a thought in our minds. Truman? Couldn’t be….wasn’t his very best friend and partner a Jew? And…so it went. I changed because in my mind the democratic party changed. But before I did, I am ashamed to say that I voted for Carter, and my last liberal vote was for Gore. There, I’ve said it, and now I don’t need to go to confession.
I look back and marvel at how dumb I was…but no more. I truly believe that this jerk in the White House now may have that same effect on a lot of American Jews. They have been (as I said before) disillusioned by him, and I guarantee that X amount of the Mid term House landslide were Jewish votes. There will be a much larger
percentage come 2012. I think because of Obama, the democratic hold on American Jews has been heavily damaged. Incidentally, IMHO, that their vote is much more significant than their numbers, because they vote almost to a man and/or woman, while a huge percentage of non Jews don’t.

I think that it is now under that 50% mark. He is being castigated by his own

As anyone who follows Glenn Beck would know, any Jew who demonizes him must HATE Israel, no matter how much they may deny this. You are either with Israel and Beck, or you are intentionally or unintentionally supporting the terrorists.

Why would any true Israeli regret Bush? Bush shunned Yasser Arafat, an enemy of Israel and deposed an Arab tyrant like Saddam Hussein who had attacked Israel with Scuds and paid bounties to the families of suicide bombers in Israel. Bush supported Israel with US grants, loans and arms, and openly pledged to stand with Israel against a nuclear threat from Iran. Bush supported a two state solution which every Israeli government since 1947 has done. So, what’s to regret about Bush?

There is a significant division occurring among the people of America. There is still a huge amount of support for Israel, but you wouldn’t know it from watching the American news channels. The Obama Administration’s abandonment of Israel is only the latest action that has been giving the American people a serious feeling of helplessness. This is just adding the feelings of alienation that began since this government started pushing socialist agendas and unsustainable financial policies.

Well, I see my last comment was deleted. There was certainly nothing inflammatory about it, unless questioning the methods a person uses is inflammatory. What is striking is that someone with anti-semitic postings is alright but if there’s a disagreement with the administrator it causes consternation. You can hop on the Beck bandwagon but, as I did with Bush, you may find yourself regretting it in the future. If Beck can ask “why” to those he ‘hates’ then what is the difference with someone asking the same of Beck. Perhaps it wasn’t appreciated that Laura’s comments about the ratings isn’t born out by the facts, as I highlighted.

Apparently you didn’t read post. Fox wouldn’t allow the photos of Itamar but they WOULD allow the photos of the Americans standing over the bloody bodies of their victims.
Now how do you Know this station is cowardly. Are we just making up facts in order to suit one’s opinion. This station also plays Rush and Hannity and a business like a station is in the business of making money, which is why liberal talk radio never succeeds. According to reports his audience on Fox is also dropping. I listened to him for an hour on radio this morning and the vast majority of the program was about some Easter eggs and chocolate. Is it any wonder his rating are going down. He did get a caller, a Xtian, who had just returned from Israel and was speaking about how alone they feel. I suspect they were probably secular Jews, as the religious Jews know full well what is going on. Of course Beck also gave his support, but he only gave it about 30 seconds of air time.
I have to conclude, from some of the people here, and elsewhere, that Beck is more admired because of his hatred of Obama and his policies rather than supporting Israel. He had ample opportunity this morning, as other times, to go into some death, rather he was more concerned about some chocolate Yeshu hands. For my own part I am much more skeptical, considering the disaster called Bush, who was also saying nice things about Israel. His anti-settlement policy proved otherwise. Where was Beck when Bush was pursuing his anti-Israel policies.

So far nothing Glenn Beck has claimed has been refuted because what he says is the truth. This is an administration of self-proclaimed socialists and communists.
Glenn Beck almost appears to be Jewish himself. His support for Israel is astounding. I wish the Jews in America would be a supporter of the State of Israel like he is. He is truly of the Elect.
Maybe it’s just that I expect just a little bit more from those who profess such a support for “Israel” The problem with such a focus on a conspiracy is many people will just roll their eyes and just dismiss it, and what is to gain. As a result, they sound much more credible. I daresay it may be having a deleterious effect. The local station here, a bastion of Conservatism, pulled his morning radio program because the ratings dropped so precipitously.
I would still like to know why he showed the gruesome pictures of the Americans but couldn’t allow the Fogel family’s pictures to be shown. The family did authorize their release, for the sole purpose that people should know what these people are capable of. When a person sees a picture of a 3-month old lying next to the father with the throat slit, it is not an image a person will forget. Then when a person sees the 12yr old crying her heart out, it drives it into the deepest regions of the heart. At present there is no sympathy for anyone in Israel. It’s these kind of images that can, at least, make some take a second look at the situation. They only matter that is on the radar screen is the Arabs and their quest for more of Israeli lands. Nothing about the Jews of Judea and Samaria, except for the occasional “settler” bashing. Beck could do a lot of good by simply bringing more to the forefront. Has anyone on TV, which I don’t have, seen videos of the luxurious living the Arabs have in Israel and in Gaza. It’s not the template the media wants to portray. But Beck could do this. He says he “stands with Israel”, but I’m afraid he’s standing at the back of the bus.

People, stop nitpicking. Glenn Beck is a mench and is clearly a friend of Israel.
A couple things I found interesting. First, why did he always use the term, Israelis, instead of Jews. Israelis can also be Arabs. Since he always says, “This doesn’t make sense”, then we can also ask, it doesn’t make sense not to specify Jews.
He brought up the Itamar massacre again and it should be kept in the forefront. Now, when he first mentioned this he said he couldn’t “show” the pictures. Yet, when it came to the soldiers of the “Kill Team”, those pictures Were shown. This is the same as what the “palestinian” Arabs do, that is, they see to it that images are given the international press. By showing the pictures of Itamar it tends to cement in a person’s mind there is a real horror. When the media only shows pictures of a happy family that is all that is reflected upon. The horror of the situation isn’t reflected upon at all. Admittedly it’s not easy to view such pictures, but it does bring a greater emotional connection to the event. If, on 9-11, all we were witness to was after the smoke had cleared there wouldn’t have been near the emotional reaction. But when a person sees an event where people literally had to jump to their death, to escape a worse death it has an effect that lasts years and years.
We also have the news that speaks of rocket attacks from Gaza. Nothing is shown of the effect on the individual, nor is it even mentioned. It’s as if nothing happened. “No one was injured”. Does this tell a complete story. Speak to the children of those attacks and see the real devastation. This is my problem with Beck and virtually all news outlets. Instead of trying to find a conspiracy, the time can be better spent giving much more information. Much is lost when the focus is a conspiracy and real lives are ignored.
Mr. Beck is only on a major network to mislead the public and think they are opposing the coming order. What Beck is saying, most Americans want and stand for. But understand, that this will not be the policy of the american leaders and unrest could happen in America as it is in other countries today.
