HuffPost publishes incendiary anti-Semitic libels (again)

Huff Watch

Supporters of Israel are well-accustomed to hearing inflammatory claims and conspiracy theories hurled at it by al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah and other militant Islamists:

  • That Israel is intent on “exterminating” and “starving” Muslims in the Gaza Strip
  • That the U.S. government gives “lockstep support” to Israel, presumably because it is owned or so strongly influenced by the nefarious Jewish lobby

Of course, both of these allegations are demonstrably false — but militant Islamists don’t exactly need truth in order to muster sympathy and support from “useful idiots” in the West, to condemn Israel and Jews.  What they do need, however, is major Western “newspapers” to carry forth their cyber-jihad.  And as HUFF-WATCH has proven time after time after time, Huffington Post — the #1 blog in the world, now a top-ten U.S. “news” site – seems perfectly content to acts as a facilitator of the cyber-jihad.

See 6/6/10: HuffPost publishes incendiary anti-Semitic libels (again) — this time, from one of its own “reporters” for detailed documentation of the fact that:

  • HuffPost made the decision to publish these inflammatory claims and conspiracy theories against Israel
  • They are both untrue
  • Arianna Huffington claims she explicitly prohibited inflammatory claims and conspiracy theories at HuffPost – but apparently, she’s made an exception in cases in which they are directed by her own people against Israel

  1. Jason Linkins’ accusations in the Huff Post are as follows:

Meanwhile, the Gaza flotilla, starring the Israeli ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren! I sure hope he will be fair to Israel, because I’m beginning to think that the lockstep support from the U.S. Government and the tacit agreement to not make observations or conclusions that suggest the Israel is not infallible to a Pope-like degree isn’t good enough for anyone, anymore!

Cartoon I could not cut and paste

Anyway, Oren is really sorry about everything that happened to the IDF forces, who were cunningly tricked into shooting an American four times in the head, by terrorists! The blockade is necessary because the Palestinians will get rockets and kill the “peace process.” Well, you know, the slow systemic extermination of people through starvation and privation sure is peaceful. I wish I could get Michael Oren’s “peace process” inside a snowglobe at the duty-free? Because I would come home and shake that thing for hours. HOW MANY SHAKES DOES IT TAKE BEFORE I FORGET?

Of course, there will be an “investigation” of this, and Israel will not participate in any such investigation, from international authorities, because Israel is a democracy. Instead, there will be an internal investigation only, because “Israel has a right, an obligation” to absolve itself from wrongdoing.

As for the person who was shot four times in the head at close range, that was self-defense, of course! One shot to the head leaves all sorts of ANGRY LOBES left, for terrorism, so you really need to pump the brain full of more bullets!

Oren says, regarding the Obama administration and the government that throughout this whole matter, he hasn’t heard “a word of rancorous criticism, not one.” This is obviously a tremendous surprise. Oren goes on to say that Turkey has now sided with Iran and Hamas, and shall not get an apology from Israel, for anything.

  2. It only rains straight down. G-d doesn’t do windows.

Since I learned of ayn’s passing I’ve been thinking a lot about G-d.

I want him to know I’m really really pissed off.

If G-d was my neighbor I would break his windows.

  3. I have a question that keeps bugging me,I can’t shake it or get it out of my head, so I need anybodies input here, maybe I can put my mind to rest.

If you tell a joke in the forest, but nobody laughs, was it a joke?

  4. If you show me how to post photographs,

    No problem be my pleasure.

I promise not to portray you as a newborn baby with a scrunched-up face.

actually I grew to like it in an endearing way.

By the way, she only teased people she really liked..

I know I loved it coming from her.

I have a barfing cat here who needs to see the vet.

I hope it’s just hair balls.

    See you tomorrow then.

  5. Thank you, Jeff. I took your advice and looked at some of the archives of your conversations with Sarah. I hadn’t laughed recently, but you two were quite the comedy team. If you show me how to post photographs, I promise not to portray you as a newborn baby with a scrunched-up face. By the way, she only teased people she really liked. I’ll check back tomorrow. I have a barfing cat here who needs to see the vet.

  6. Since Ted has graciously invited me to comment,

    You are among friends (Repeat)

Your presence has lifted my mood

  7. It’s so much easier to crunch cockroaches when they wander out into the sunlight. 🙂

I have always hated insecticides and when I lived on the kibbutz we just couldn’t control cockroaches. We had the pygmy variety and they were as quick a shooting bullet. I developed a sport I would awake in the middle of the night catch them in the open and start to swat them. I got to be quite expert. later I adopted a cat , then another and soon I had no cockroaches to contend with.

There is a lesson here somewhere?

My theory of evolution is that Darwin was adopted.

    “Helen “Haman” Thomas”
All the world knows the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego (their Babylonian slave names) who are thrown into the furnace by that wicked king, all know the story of Daniel in the lion’s den. They are taught to the youngest of children.
Their Hebrew names were Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah by the way. Far more fitting names.

Helen Thomas will be 90 this summer so there is no excuse for her cruelty or seeming lack of knowledge.
Helen’s wish for Jews to return to the lands where genocide was plotted against them is a wish for all Jews to die, a wish shared by much of her kind. Just what is her kind? She is of those who don’t know Joseph and seemingly can’t be bothered.

Haman, the evil arch enemy in the book of Esther is alive and well in every generation.

  8. It’s so much easier to crunch cockroaches when they wander out into the sunlight.

I love it Joy, (see folks Ayn is still with us).

Yes and as I mentioned a number of times Obama is no more than a “acorn, community organizing, anti-Semite impostor president” created by the liberal left and promoted by the liberal left media and the kool-aid drinkers gobbled it all up.

Let’s make sure this a one term president.

  9. I only wish Obama were as candid. It’s so much easier to crunch cockroaches when they wander out into the sunlight.

You just nailed Obama’s ‘strength’, it lies in darkness. His personal history is vague, his voting record is loaded with “present” votes; when something controversial happens, he disappears and refuses comment until he is forced to make a statement, in which case, it is almost solely platitudes or ambiguities.

Obama is slicker than Thomas, but you’re right about what goes on in his head; it’s devious.

  10. Since Ted has graciously invited me to comment, I’ll begin by thanking Helen Thomas for publicly exposing the hateful liberal media bias against Israel that is present in almost all of their reporting. From years of watching her, I knew Thomas was anti-Semitic. I just couldn’t prove it, but she could and now she’s gone. I only wish Obama were as candid. It’s so much easier to crunch cockroaches when they wander out into the sunlight.

    Helen retires

    I asked this elsewhere:

Steel belted or – as I suspect – inner tube?
