Two things can be true simultaneously. In this instance, I would suggest that Bibi has performed brilliant leadership in opposing the demands of the US while the Jews of Israel have provided him both the guidance and support to do so. Should either Bibi’s leadership or the public support for his obstinate regard for US demands of capitulation falter, Israel would find itself in quite a different position from where she stands today, even as where she stands today is still quite precarious. Or so I would suggest.

I am far from knocking down Netanyahu. As Reader would attest to I defend him against Biden. But that headline is very untrue. Dream land thinking which is a trap. But people unable to think will live in their dream world. It is the Jews of Israel who are the heroes to me. And the idf youth and commanders.
