Bliken received a blunt message at the Negev Summit.

Messages delivered to the US Secretary of State at the NEGEV SUMMIT:
1-Arabs WON’T increase oil production, will stick to OPEC guidelines instead.
2-Region will never accept a new Iran deal or lifting the sanctions, response to either will be defiantly harsh, possibly militarily

We will supply the share of oil and fill the shortage in the global market, but on the condition that sanctions against Iran are not lifted, and we will act militarily against Iran and its militias in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Yemen with US-Israeli support…This move is a sincere promise and the collapse of the Iranian regime.
