Belman: Pres Trump needs to win GA, PA and MI to win. His chances are very good.

T, Belman. In addition to the analysis below, there is another path to victory. Industrial fraud must be summarized in a picture or two that anyone, even a state legislator, can understand.  In the video explaining big data , the authors get pretty close.

Using big data, measuring against historical trends, enables many of the math geeks who inhabit the internet to find these frauds. They will all find the same thing – industrial-scale voter fraud.

The magic is to craft the picture so that anyone can understand it.

Trump’s lawyers are focusing their efforts  to make such a compelling case for the existence of  industrial fraud that it will force  state legislators in the six battleground states to hit Madison’s “do-over button” and let Congress decide.

“If no candidate for president receives an absolute majority of the electoral votes, pursuant to the 12th Amendment, the House of Representatives is required to go into session immediately to choose a president from among the three candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each state’s delegation votes en bloc, with each having a single vote.”

It appears that Trump will lose in Arizona and Nevada giving 17 votes to Biden.

Trump, GOP drop Nevada court appeal of ballot count case

The dismissal leaves two active legal cases in Nevada relating to the 2020 presidential election, as a small number of remaining ballots are counted.

Arizona officials seek dismissal of Trump’s election suit

PHOENIX (AP) — Attorneys defending Arizona election officials argued Thursday that the Trump campaign’s lawsuit that seeks the manual inspection of Election Day ballots in metro Phoenix should be dismissed because the campaign hasn’t proven systematic errors in the way poll workers handled ballots that were rejected by tabulation machines.

President Donald Trump’s challenge is seeking to bar the certification of election results until such a manual inspection is completed of ballots that contained “overvotes,” instances in which people voted for more candidates than permitted. Of the 166,000 ballots cast on Election Day in Maricopa County, 961 contained overvotes, including 191 overvotes cast in the presidential race.

The case was being heard as Democrat Joe Biden held an advantage of about 11,000 votes over Trump in Arizona as 7 p.m. Thursday, with about 16,000 ballots left to count across the state.

Too bad.

Thus using the Epoch Times map giving 232 to Trump and 227 to Biden, this double win, will increase Biden to 244.

Georgia is doing a recount now which must be finished by Nov 20. It is expected that Trump will win the state giving him 248 votes.

Wisconsin (10 votes) also has started a recount which will be finished by Nov 25,  Trump has an excellent chance of flipping it too.

From what I can see, it is likely that Trump will win Pennsylvania and Michigan increasing his electoral vote to 284 (16+20+16). He will need both states to win. Then there is a possible win in Wisconsin raising him to 294 votes.

  1. @ Edgar G.:
    Thanks, Edgar.

In the early part of the election, was concerned about potential elector counts, etc., and whether or not the President’s team could successfully mount a challenge. Now I’m concerned that people, from vote counters to lawyers to world leaders, will accept a blatantly fraudulent and ridiculous result, because it’s the personal path of least resistance against a seemingly endlessly wealthy and powerful juggernaut. It seems to be coming down to how much people value the truth, and whether they will surrender their freedom for a temporary reward. It’s a test of whether they’re Israel, who treasured his inheritance, or Esau, who listened to his stomach.

I can’t even speak for myself, because I’ve never been that hungry.

  2. @ Michael S:

I am not mocking him, rather your obsession with him. .It was an easy guess to prophesy that what had recently happened when the country was independent and strong, could easily happen again at some future time, Because Israel would take centuries to recover…if ever.

I think that even then, thinking people knew that events follow repetitive patterns sometimes centuries apart. Although most prophesies were about imminently arriving events, for instance , like Isaiah’s famous one. , Nostradamus followed an approximately 400 year cycle. You know well that I am sceptical about “prophesies”.anyway, .

  3. @ Edgar G.:
Hi, Edgar. “MI” is “Michigan”, one of the contested states.

Here is a picture of the US under Biden:

    https://media.breitbart.com/media/2020/11/Black-man-sucker-punches-a-Trump-supporter-in-DC.png

After the black man in the back “sucker-punched” the man in front, knocking him unconscious, he kicked him in the head. Unfortunately, this is not just a policital pastime in the US — it is a popular pastime among gangs in some of the better neighborhoods in my city. In Australia, I notice, the assailants are usually white, and they throw bricks — the result of too much beer, with no reference to politics. In other places, of course, the rioters and rowdies use machetes.

This is “beyond Biden”. It’s this:

    Zech.14
[13] And it shall come to pass in that day, that a great tumult from the LORD shall be among them; and they shall lay hold every one on the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour.

Please don’t take this opportunity to mock one of the greatest prophets of Israel, as is your usual. Zechariah is not just foretelling what will soon happen in Jerusalem: He is describing what is happening all over the world, and coming to neighborhoods near you — even in Sidney.

The “sucker punch” scene occurred immediately after a patriotic demonstration right in front of the American capital, a peaceful rally of perhaps at least tens of thousands of people. If the current election fraud is allowed to stand, the United States will effectively be a banana republic. If that happens, it will not be long before Israel suffers the same fate.

  4. @ Bear Klein:

Of course…….. My brain just stopped working here. I’ve seen it a thousand times and used it myself. Thanks Bear. Put it down to “acute ballot-counting-fraud syndrome”….

  5. @ Michael S:
That R&R Law Group I mentioned is the most relevant to date that I’ve found. It shows that actual court filings, with all the relevant details; and covers them them quickly., He also shows the sections from the State Laws that relate to these items, it’s very fully documented. He is not pro of con, just showing what it looks like legally, and he makes some projections and gives some opinions in passing..

I hate to include this on a post to you, but to save my getting involved with him again.. which I dread,…I must say that READER is a…..Now he’s talking about the colour of Trump’s face, I wonder where else his colour guessing will wander…? And he had found a “bird of a feather”…possibly a vulture…

  6. @ MarkMatthews:
It’s not only his hair, his face is white again.
He used to have a brown face and white hands.
    Now they match.
Now Biden looks very tanned also – i don’t know what is with these people.

  7. If there is an incontrovertible proof or multiple incontrovertible proofs, then why don’t the attorneys that represent Trump simply present them in court instead of dropping cases for the lack of evidence of voting fraud?
    Are they THAT incompetent?
At this point, it looks like Trump’s strategy boils down to sabotaging the certifications by slowing them down with dozens of frivolous lawsuits and with manual recounts ordered by the Republican officials to artificially skew the electors’ votes in his favor.
Doesn’t seem very fair and just, in my opinion.

  8. @ Ted Belman:

Does “MI” mean Missouri….?? I thought it was Nevada which had over 9% in it’s rolls who don’t live there. Thousands of Californians , for example.

Or is MI etc. just the initials of the county you mention.. I haven’t seen counties referred to by initials.

  9. @ Ted Belman:
If recounting in Nevada and Arizona -presumably by hand- with proper observers, “should result in a Trump win”,…… May I assume that you have seen a report of this intention from a sold source. It would be great ,

In the meantime Biden is capering around like an organ-grinder monkey, gathering penny-plaudits…….

  10. @ Bear Klein:
Alito ordered ALL the ballots which came in after 8.p.m. to be sequestered, not a “section ” of them. And what about those “after-dinner” ballots which had already been counted before Alit0’s order came down. And much, much more. To me it all sees like a Gordian Knot.

Nevada with all it’s out of state registrations fake ballots and dead people, etc. as well as Arizona with it’s microscopic difference in the “numbers”, which should mandate a manual recount, without needing to go to court to get one ordered ……

  11. Last week, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate a section of the ballots that came in after 8 p.m. on Election Day.

It remains unclear exactly how many ballots would not be counted for this reason.

Leavitt’s order represented the latest in the Pennsylvania Republican Party’s litigation against Boockvar. The state’s GOP filed the initial lawsuit on July 10, 2020, and it reached the Supreme Court shortly before Election Day. A 4-4 order let the state Supreme Court decision stand, allowing officials to count mail-in ballots received up to three days after Election Day. The Trump campaign asked to join the case on November 4.

According to The Wall Street Journal, about 10,000 ballots arrived during the three days after Election Day, far below Biden’s lead of more than 45,000 votes.

  12. @ Ted Belman:
He has a decent chance to prevail in PA provided the amount of ballots which would be changed are more than what he is behind. That is only one state and that is a big maybe.

  13. @ Edgar G.:
One law firm has withdrawn but there are other firms which continue to represent Trump. The case goes on.. I am positive that Trump will win in PA. His legal case is more than solid.

The left is doing everything they can to demoralize us or our lawyers.. It wont happen.

  14. Did you see Trump today? He’s done. Doesn’t even want to color his hair.

Donald knows it’s over. All the Trumpers are being thrown under the bus. 16 Assistant US Attorneys wrote Barr a letter rejecting his election interference. Unprecedented insubordination. I don’t know how many of you are in the US, but the Trump era is over.

  15. Ted Belman Said:

    @ MarkMatthews:
Wrong on both counts. The big lawsuit is just beginning calling into question both PA and MI and WI.

And Biden has zero certified electoral votes.

    What’s yo ur rush?

TED- What about the report that Trump has withdrawn his lawyers from Pennsylvania.?? Is it true, and, if so, what is the significance of it??

  16. Belman: Pres Trump needs to win GA, PA and MI to win. His chances are very good.

Ted, are you taking wagers on this???

  17. @ sabashimon:
They were just as certain of winning Nevada and Arizona. I’m getting worried. When Biden was ahead 11,000 votes, there were still 40,000 to be counted, and the Repub reps were confident of a win by 25-30,000.

What happened to all this, or was it just a smokescreen, and they knew they couldn’t win all the time. Ar that stage, why did Arizona not warrant a hand count with close supervision.
