Yes, like Trump, that’s his specialty. That’s why we need them. Thank you for hitting the nail on the head right out of the gate, so to speak.
@Michael Empirical science is nothing but theories constructed to account for reliable coincidences. Awful lot of coincidences to be accounted for. And Occam’s Razor states that the simplest answer is usually the right one. Got a better theory? I’m all ears.
1 The last time the U.S. government refused to veto an anti-Israel resolution at the UN Security Council was in 1979. On March 22nd, 1979 the Carter administration chose not to veto UN Resolution 446. Four days after that on March 26th, the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty was signed in Washington. As a result of that treaty, Israel gave up a tremendous amount of territory. Two days later, on March 28th, the worst nuclear power plant disaster in U.S. history made headlines all over the globe. The following comes from Wikipedia…
The Three Mile Island accident was a partial nuclear meltdown that occurred on March 28, 1979, in reactor number 2 of Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station (TMI-2) in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was the most significant accident in U.S. commercial nuclear power plant history.[2] The incident was rated a five on the seven-point International Nuclear Event Scale: Accident With Wider Consequences.[3][4]
#2 On October 30th, 1991 President George H. W. Bush opened the Madrid Peace Conference which brought Israelis and Palestinians together to negotiate for the very first time. In his opening speech, Bush told Israel that “territorial compromise is essential for peace”. At the exact same time, “the Perfect Storm” was brewing in the north Atlantic. This legendary storm traveled 1000 miles the wrong direction and sent 35 foot waves slamming directly into President Bush’s home in Kennebunkport, Maine.
#3 On August 23rd, 1992 the Madrid Peace Conference moved to Washington D.C., and the very next day Hurricane Andrew made landfall in Florida causing 30 billion dollars in damage. It was the worst natural disaster up to that time in U.S. history.
#4 On January 16th, 1994 President Clinton met with President Assad of Syria to discuss the possibility of Israel giving up the Golan Heights. Within 24 hours, the devastating Northridge earthquake hit southern California. It was the second worst natural disaster up to that time in U.S. history.
#5 On January 21st, 1998 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the White House but received a very cold reception. In fact, President Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright actually refused to have lunch with him. That exact same day the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke, sending the Clinton presidency into a tailspin from which it would never recover.
#6 On September 28th, 1998 Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was working on finalizing a plan which would have had Israel give up approximately 13 percent of Judea and Samaria. On that precise day, Hurricane George slammed into the Gulf Coast with wind gusts of up to 175 miles an hour.
#7 On May 3rd, 1999 Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat was supposed to hold a press conference to declare the creation of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as the capital. On that precise day, the most powerful tornadoes ever recorded in the U.S. ripped through Oklahoma and Kansas. At one point one of the tornadoes actually had a recorded wind speed of 316 miles an hour.
#8 On April 30th, 2003, “the Road Map to Peace” that had been developed by the so-called “Quartet” was presented to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon by U.S. Ambassador Daniel Kurtzer. Over the next seven days, the U.S. was hit by a staggering 412 tornadoes. It was the largest tornado cluster ever recorded up to that time.
#9 In 2005, President George W. Bush (the son of George H. W. Bush) convinced Israel that it was necessary to remove all of the Jewish settlers out of Gaza and turn it over entirely to the Palestinians. According to the New York Times, the very last of the settlers were evacuated on August 23, 2005. On that precise day, a storm that would be given the name “Katrina” started forming over the Bahamas. The city of New Orleans still has not fully recovered from the damage that storm caused, and it ranked as the costliest natural disaster in all of U.S. history up to that time.
#10 On May 19th, 2011 Barack Obama told Israel that there must be a return to the pre-1967 borders. Three days later on May 22nd a half-mile wide EF-5 multiple-vortex tornado ripped through Joplin, Missouri. According to Wikipedia, it was “the costliest single tornado in U.S. history.”

@ Michael Right. Israel didn’t exist so your list is irrelevant. But, here’s a couple more for you: FDR dies within a week of promising the Saudi King to block the rebirth of Israel, The first case of Covid reported within the U.S. within days of Trump announcing his plan to divide the land of Israel. One more, Biden threatens to cut off support to Israel if Israel doesn’t withdraw after failing to veto an anti-Israel resolution at the UN shortly before and less than a week later, this past week, New York/New Jersey experienced an earthquake. Last one of similar (but less) magnitude was 140 years ago. I’ve lived here all my life and in all that time, we’ve never had an earthquake.

…Skipping from the headline over the Christian commentary
Are you talking about all that “Christian” talk, like,
“I do believe the reference to blessing and cursing Israel to be completely out of context, and there is a reason for it. The specific reference to that is to Abraham himself (Genesis 12:3). However?
OK…
“America has been hit 10 Times with Major Disasters following attempts to divide Land of Israel”
I don’t see your “prophet”‘s name on the article; but I can assure you that the US has been hit by more than 10 major disasters since 1948, and they were probably not linked to Israel. Let me see if I can find a list. Here’s one:
2. September 11th — “W” was backing the Two-state Solution (TSS); but then, so were most Jews.
3. COVID-19 — President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the united, eternal capital of Israel.
4. Galveston, Texas Hurricane September 18th, 1900.
5. San Francisco Earthquake April 18, 1906,
6. Hurricane Maria September 2017 — the year Trump moved our embassy to Jerusalem.
7. Exxon Valdez Oil Spill March 24, 1989. That’s when GHW Bush came to power. The Berlin Wall fell then… did that make God angry at us?
8. Johnstown Flood May 31, 1889,
9. Peshtigo Fire October 8th, 1871
10. Hurricane Katrina August 2005. Ariel Sharon quit Gaza in May, 2005. Most of Israel supported Sharon, even after he was incapacitated by a stroke, early the next year.
11. Hurricane Harvey August 25, 2017 — another one to blame on Trump, for recognizing Israeli sovereignty?
12. Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill April 20, 2010. Obama was in office.
I have to send this, or the Administration may trash it.
@Michael hello yourself, Actually I do believe God exists based on the objective evidence rather than faith after reading articles like this but I believe this is all that can be known about him. Skipping from the headline over the Christian commentary to the examples.
I wish Bibi the best. Israel has not been short, over the years, of military leaders in politics. Ariel Sharon and Ehud Barak come to mind; and Bibi is also Israel’s consummate political survivor, the very best at playing the system.
But all of this is for a bygone time. Bibi could not stop 7 October; those jokers opposing him couldn’t stop it. Mossad couldn’t stop it. And after six months of hard fighting, the IDF has not won. Countries without navies are sinking 11,000 ton cruisers; $100 drones are taking out the world’s best tanks, and young computer geeks are dominating battlefields. Those are just tiny examples: We are in a new world, and frankly, Israel is falling behind.
Can Bibi pull a rabbit out of a hat? Maybe — all things are possible; but as your broker tells you, “Past performance is no guarantee of future gain. Caveat emptor.”
God has kept Israel for thousands of years, and it has gone well for them when they have trusted in Him. Do you trust in Him? You’re not even sure you believe He exists. I trust Him. I trust Him more than Biden, more than Trump, more than Netanyahu, more than myself.
Shalom shalom 🙂
On the other hand, maybe Bibi is following the path blazed by President Trump when he defeated ISIS by simply using special forces to surgically take them out militarily, withdrawing and then returning where and when least expect it without worrying about governing a hostile population at all. Bibi is a special forces veteran, as a commander in the field, you know, and one with a stellar record. The less we can predict what he will do, the less Biden, and Hamas can and that’s all to the good. We just saw an example of
That when hundreds of Hamas terrorists were killed and captured at Al-Shifa hospital because they had returned there thinking the IDF wasn’t
Coming back.

I think so. Nothing new there.
